SDCC I try to donate blood during SDCC each year, and here is my experience with the Blood Drive of SDCC 2025 Every year SDCC has a massive blood drive held in The Grand Hyatt. As usual, when I attend Comic Con, I make sure to stop by this year and offer up a donation that is always critical. Peacefest The Peacefest brought so much to SDCC 2025 to entertain & to allow Peacefest to help usher in Peacemaker season 2 There was a whole lot of hype for Peacefest before we all went out to SDCC 2025, even to the point that tickets for it were so popular that the server crashed for it all. This was not some new or massive con that was going on instead of SDCC, but a fun little off-site event to further hype us all up for the upcoming season 2 of Peacemaker on HBO Max. Adult Swim Another run behind SDCC for Adult Swim this year, with the Adult Swim Pirate Purrrty On The Green & Panels There is going to be yet another party for SDCC 2025, with Adult Swim bringing its whole experience back to the convention grounds. In another of the events that you do not need a badge to make it out to, they are offering up yet another Pirate Purrrty On The Green. Literally right behind the San Diego Convention Center where fans of Rick And Morty, Robot Chicken, Smiling Friends, and Haha, You Clowns will be able to have a few experiences and pick up some fun merch along the way. Peacefest Peacemaker and IT: Welcome To Derry are on the way to SDCC, and Peacefest is going to give us all a fun experience to enjoy in the fandom With a fun twist of events, it looks as if Peacemaker and IT: Welcome To Derry will be making a bit of a show out at SDCC this year. There was a lot of conversation about how HBO and Warner Bros. were not planning on bringing much to the convention this year. Twisted Metal Twisted Metal will be bringing more cars out to SDCC this year, with panels and a fun Twisted Metal bumper car experience Just ahead of the second season for Twisted Metal, we are getting some extra fun out at SDCC 2025. It was pretty much expected at this point after Peacock put on a fun little showing just before the first season and then took it on a tour. For those who will be in the San Diego area for the massive convention, you will get treated to another fun slice of the Twisted Metal universe with a different spectacle. South Park South Park is making another big splash out at SDCC 2025 with a few panels and fan experience for all South Park fans After a few little hiccups, South Park is finally making its way back with a new season. Disney All of the Disney IPs are on the way for us at SDCC 2025 with many events, experiences, and panels from Disney Entertainment Television With all of the weird mergers going on out there, it is nice to see that Disney is still going to bring so many of their IPs back to SDCC this year. Some of them, we all might not even know that were part of the new-ish umbrella, but will have a massive presence out there. Some of them will just be basic photo-ops, others will be panels, and others will have some extra events and parties going down for them. The Lodge Paramount+ is bringing The Lodge back to SDCC in 2025, and here is a look at all the fun The Lodge will open up for us For the fourth year running, Paramount+’s The Lodge is on the way back to SDCC 2025. A solid little showcase and bit of fun for fans of the various shows that Paramount+ has running or will be launching soon. Given how it has been in the past, this is going to be one of the fun events going on during the convention that will have many lining up again. Hulu Hulu is bringing more massive fun to SDCC with the announcement of Hulu Animayhem’s Factory this year Even more of the SDCC fun is gearing up for next week with the latest showing of Hulu Animayhem’s Factory. This was a thing that the company brought out last year to help show off many of the animated shows they have in their lineup as well as give fans all manner of photo ops and fun experiences to enjoy. Last year, they brought the Planet Express building to life along with many of the other animated shows on Hulu, and at SDCC 2024, they are coming hard by bringing us all the Slurm Factory from Futurama along with many other shows in tow. The Lodge The fun of Paramount+’s The Lodge is coming back to SDCC this year and The Lodge will hold even more shows & swag within The fun of Paramount+’s The Lodge is happening once more during SDCC this year and will be bringing us a whole lot of extra fun. The experience has hopped around from last year to now and this one is looking to bring back some favorite things along with more to hype up the upcoming shows and IPs that the streaming service has. Sadly, there is now South Park, as the Las Vegas version of The Lodge had, but that does not mean we will not have a lot of fun with the other Paramount+ shows. Adult Swim The backside of SDCC is being taken over by Adult Swim again with Adult Swim offering up a four-day pirate-themed event and panels One of the big staples of SDCC every year, at least outside of the main convention, has been the fun that Adult Swim brings every year. They have brought so much over the years to entertain not only on the show floor but also outside for those who might not be able to make it inside. This year, is not going to be anything different with Adult Swim bringing a Pirate Parrrty outside and many panels and screenings going on inside.
