The Wolf Among Us 2 Is Actually On The Way To Us All Along With Another Update
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of June 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
A new update for The Wolf Among Us 2 is finally here, and we are getting a new version of The Wolf Among Us as well It has been years since we had the last delay for The Wolf Among Us 2, and even more since the game was first promised to be on the way. Hells, we even saw as Telltale came and went, and then came back in all of that time, but it looks like we might finally be seeing the game in 2027. That is the promise from the latest update and video that we have for The Wolf Among Us 2 at least. Only time will tell if we will truly see it on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in that timeline, but for now, we can at least keep the dream alive with one more video highlighting it all. SAW: Genesis Asks Us All To Play A Very Old Game Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of June 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
A new title in the SAW IP is on the way to us, with the announcement of SAW: Genesis taking us into The Great War Even though the film side of things seems to be in a weird limbo, the video game side of things got a little bit of a surprise with SAW: Genesis getting announced. A new and interesting entry into the IP with Anshar Studios and Bloober Team coming together to bring it all to the PC. Not the exact set of teams I was expecting, yet still the teams that I have a feeling have a good chance of doing it correctly. Even if SAW: Genesis does seem to take a weird turn right out of the gate when it comes to the setting. Read More…

It's Time To Scream Into Space For The Reveal Of Alien: Isolation 2
by Jana Lass [ Tuesday, 9th of June 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
The horrors of the Alien IP are carrying on, with the full reveal we just had for Alien: Isolation 2 We all knew it was coming, and now we are here with the official reveal for Alien Isolation 2. A title that Creative Assembly was not coy about coming, as they announced it almost two years ago, but out of all of the recent videos dropped out there, we have an official reveal for the game. On that, it might be a little different from what any of you might have thought was on the way to us all. One that still holds up the fact that nowhere is safe in the universe of Alien, and the Ripley family is not getting any breaks when it comes to all of that. Read More…

Resident Evil Veronica Officially Shambles Its Way Into Existence
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of June 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
The Resident Evil remakes keep coming, with the official announcement that we now have for Resident Evil Veronica The fans have been crying out for it, and after a solid run at remakes that Capcom has been giving us all, we are finally getting Resident Evil Veronica. This would be a remake of the Code Veronica title from so long ago for those who are not fully up on their gaming lore, even if the title should have given that away a little bit. That all said, it was revealed to us and the world that Resident Evil Veronica will be giving this little title a new bit of life with a release on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC in 2027. That is a bit of a turnaround for it all, given that we just had the recent mainline title release this year, but they do have quite a few working on the IP over there, so I can see how that can all flow out there. Michael Myers Is Picking Up The Knife In Single Player For Halloween
by Jana Lass [ Monday, 8th of June 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
The single player mode for Halloween is on display to give us a feel for how that will play out when Halloween starts We have had the multiplayer look at Halloween, and now we have a solid update on how the single-player part of the game will flow out there. The bigger selling point for so many when IllFonic and Gun Interactive said that the game would have a true single-player mode on top of the asymmetric multiplayer modes that can get rather repetitive quickly. This is something that a few other titles have tried before, and with September 8th not as far off as many might think, this could be the biggest selling point for Halloween when it is ready for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. At least for the audience that currently has so many options for the style of play, or has watched as all of the others have been shut down in rather quick timelines. Read More…

Including a little bit of the music that we will get to play in this new title. Also, for those who love to have fun cosmetics, a solid look at that for your performers, along with the various instruments that we will get in-game and out of game for Stage Tour. Read More…

This Week In Video Games 6/2/26 — 6/5/26
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of June 2026 - 11:00 PM ]
A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Even as I am writing this little update, the week is still going strong, and so many video games are getting announced and revealed out there. Partially, as the Summer Game Fest continues on, along with the IGN Live event that will go down over the weekend. We cannot allow that to take away from the big things we saw this week with God Of War Laufey, Marvel’s Wolverine, and Until Dawn 2 getting a showcase during the week, but that does mean that the week is not fully over. Just what we can handle with the load around here for all of the video games. Read More…

The Adventure Goes Beyond The Legend Next Year With Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis
by Juliet Meyer [ Friday, 5th of June 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
The release date is here for Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis, and we will be off to the new Tomb Raider adventure early in 2027 The adventure is building up as we all wait for Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis to hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC out there. A solid build since we had the first announcement that this was going to be the next massive title in the IP that Crystal Dynamics has crafted for us. There was just not much in the way of knowing when we should be ready for that to hit us all. Now, though, we have the announcement that Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis will bring all of this adventure to those platforms on February 12th, 2027. Read More…

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Has Revealed The Battle We Will Soon Be Fighting
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of June 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
The reveal of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is here, and we have a new location this Modern Warfare will take us It is that time of year, again, and here we go with the announcement for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The next of the main game reveals for the IP with Infinity Ward behind the wheel of it all. One of the better versions of the IP, in my opinion, and it looks as if they are striving to keep that a constant out there. Not only in the visuals, but taking us to locations in the world that we do not normally get to see in these FPS titles. Read More…

The Flower & Flame Is Almost Here For Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2
by Juliet Meyer [ Friday, 5th of June 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
The next DLC for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is on the way, and we will have just a bit more to experience in Bloodlines 2 The night seems to be coming to an end with what was promised for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2, as the next announced DLC is about to land. Something to give us a look at another of the vampires in the city and what they had going on. Read More…

The Knights Of Doom Are Gearing Up For The Coming Fight In Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls
by Juliet Meyer [ Thursday, 4th of June 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
More of the Fighting Souls are coming into the mix, with the Knights Of Doom coming for the release date of Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls We've had a chance to test out Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, and we are getting so much closer to the final release of the game. A date that we know now Arc System Works is gearing up for August 6th for the PS5 and PC. Just after that sweet spot of showing the game off at SDCC this year, while giving them plenty of time to make sure we know all of the fighters and teams that will be in the mix. Something that we also have here for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, with the announcement of the Knights Of Doom joining the fun of it all. Read More…

Silent Hill: Townfall Has A Release Date Set To Give Us The Fear Behind The Static
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 4th of June 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
Get ready to head into Silent Hill very soon, with the release date now set for Silent Hill: Townfall to open up It certainly looks as if this Halloween is going to be stacked with horror games, with Silent Hill: Townfall getting a release date that will place it in our homes around that time. No, not on the day specifically, but with Screen Burn and Konami getting a little ahead of all of the season with the game landing on the PS5 and PC on September 24th. Sure, that feels like a larger gap between the release date and the holiday, but it does allow for the new trend of not buying games on the launch date. Read More…

The Story Is Starting To Spread Out There For The Upcoming ILL
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 4th of June 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
A new bit of the story for ILL is on display, and we can get a little more to understand why we are walking in ILL We have had some fun thinking about ILL after it was first revealed to us all, but now we have something a little more specific to take in for the game to get us ready for the 2027 release on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Okay, maybe that is a little far off into the future, but Team Clout is ready to show us all a bit of the story beyond the horror that we are going to take in. Even if ILL did look like it could have been something that was given very little to a narrative and still be creepy, now we have a better look at what is going on. Read More…

Until Dawn 2 Announces Some New And Terrifying Ways To Die Out There
by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 3rd of June 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
The world of Until Dawn is on the way back to us all, with the announcement that is here for Until Dawn 2 to frighten us The world of horror is getting expanded just a bit more, with the announcement out there for Until Dawn 2. It has been a wild ride, and a bit of time since the IP had something truly new to give us, and it looks as if Firesprite is on the task to give it to us on the PS5 in 2027. Yes, that is a different studio from the one that gave us the game the first go around, but it does look as if they are taking the DNA of Until Dawn and amping it up for the new generation. At least, in terms of the gameplay and visuals. Read More…
