This Week In Video Games 3/23/26 — 3/27/26
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of March 2026 - 11:00 PM ]
A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We did it! We made it to the end of another week, and most of a month, when it comes to life and all of the video games coming out. We all need to claim that achievement or trophy out there. Even if the news of Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish being a thing, or the multiplayer showcase for Halloween the video game was not a thing to claim in the first case. I mean, we even got out two reviews this week for Order 13 and I Hate This Place, so it was a wild week. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of March 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
The full version of Dispatch is now on the way to the Xbox systems to bring more into the fold with the fun of Dispatch Talk about a weird release cycle that AdHoc Studio has had for Dispatch up to now. Back in October, it kicked things off on the PS5 and PC, and came to an end in November. Then in January, the game made its jump over to the Switch and Switch 2. Thankfully, that was in one full bundle and not the weekly releases. Read More…

Review — Order 13
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of March 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
We sit down and review Order 13. A warehouse shipping simulation with a very dark twist that has launched onto consoles. Here is our review of Order 13. It took a bit of time, but Order 13 finally made it off the PC and onto the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. This would be the warehouse shipping game that Cybernetic Walrus had out there for a bit, and with the help of JanduSoft, it made the console move. Just so that more gamers out there can see what other horrors are lying out there besides just the day-to-day work that has to go on. You know, because the bigger twist in Order 13 is that there is something even worse than corporate America behind the scenes in a facility like this. Read More…

We have not seen how all of that will function along with the investigation aspect that has been teased along the way. Read More…

It is the end of an era, but it looks like Deck Nine Games is going to take us all out in a blaze of glory when it comes to the Max and Chloe story they have been telling for so many years now. Eleven years and a few different console generations have come and gone since we first fell in love with the Life Is Strange saga, so it does have a bit to live up to. So, it is time to know that you can grab the game as soon as you can to let the events all play out and see how different these two have become over the decade. Read More…

Have a look at the multiplayer aspect of Halloween The Video Game to see just how they are bringing Halloween into a new form It's time to check back in with Halloween The Video Games to see just how multiplayer matches will function in the game. It's exciting to say that, specifically, as IllFonic and Gun Interactive still have plans to give us a true single-player mode too. For now, we're going to focus on the matches and how they are going to function in the 1v4 style. That is, players will be either a Civilian or one will play as Halloween's boogeyman, Michael Myers. Ritual Tides Has Some New Gameplay Filled With More Lovecraftian Horrors
by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 25th of March 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
A bit of gameplay is out there for Ritual Tides, and it shows off how horrifying some of the monsters in Ritual Tides will be I hope you are ready to have some of your skin crawl out there, as we have a new look at Ritual Tides that offers up a few things that will do that to you. I am sure it will build further into the narrative psychological horror title that Vertpaint is working on once we get into the bigger game, but for now, we get to see these Lovecraftian things crawling about. There's a good reason I keep using those words, as these all look to be spider and insect-like in Ritual Tides, just with the cosmic horror twist to some of them. All while still fitting in the world that we will get to explore when this title hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC out there. Read More…

Review — I Hate This Place
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of March 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
We sit down and review I Hate This Place. A new isometric horror title based on the comic series I Hate This Place. Here is our review of the game. It has been a bit of time coming, and we are finally here with a look at I Hate This Place. The latest title from Rock Square Thunder and Feardemic is a retelling of the story from the comic of the same name. All with an isometric horror view and a little bit of a focus on crafting and base-building. Well, more ranch house building, but I am getting ahead of myself here. Read More…

Invincible VS Pulls Titan Back Into The Fights Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of March 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
Another antagonist from Invincible is coming back into the fight, as we see Titan join in Invincible VS We are getting near the end of the list of the roster for Invincible VS, as we now have the 17th fighter announced for the game. Another fun brute-style of character that Quarter Up and Skybound have pulled from the pages and screen to join in the fight. Our favorite big rock enforcer from the Invincible universe, Titan, has joined in the fun to take a few swings. A nice little addition to the whole experience that I am all here for, as it does seem to offer up a little more variety in the mix out there. Read More…

REPLACED Has Had Its Release Date Replaced With A Slight Delay
by Juliet Meyer [ Monday, 23rd of March 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
A new release date for REPLACED is set, with REPLACED dropping in April instead of March now Those hoping to have seen REPLACED out there on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC by now, might have noticed that it is not as of yet. You are not going crazy, but it does seem like there was a quick little update for the game that Sad Cat Studios and Thunderful had to get done before we could all play the final version of the game. One that seems to have pushed the release of it all out by another month, so, now REPLACED will be landing on all of those platforms mentioned on April 14th. I'm sure there is a good reason for all of this, but for now, let's mark down the new date for when we can expect to head out there into this cyberpunk world that they'll have for us. Read More…

Bite, Rip, & Rise Into Some Of The New Gameplay For Stupid Never Dies
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 23rd of March 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
A new bit of gameplay for Stupid Never Dies is out there to show off some of the new styles coming in Stupid Never Dies It is time to see more of what Stupid Never Dies is going to have to offer up beyond the weird zombie love story that sold it in the first place. Okay, maybe that was not what sold it, and it might have been more that GPTRACK50 was leaning into the weird anime over-the-top aspect of things when it came to the world and gameplay. I am not currently here to debate all of that, as we now have a nice little gameplay showcase that offers up a little more of a look at the story Stupid Never Dies is going to bring, along with the actual gameplay cycle we are going to go through. Not just a button-masher and overly exaggerated moves. Read More…
