Just as we are all about to dive into the digital version that Fishing Cactus and Untold Tales has for us all, it looks as if Perp Games is stepping up to give those who like to have their games in their hands something to drop into their goodie bags. Along with the game, though, it also looks like there will be a few extra tidbits to surprise us in the box, so one might want to hold off on picking up Gloomy Eyes until October 31st. Winnie-The-Pooh Winnie-The-Pooh is coming back into the horror genre, again, with the recently announced Winnie-The-Pooh: Black Honey We are never going to be safe, it seems, from all of the quick runs at IPs that have hit the public domain, as now we have the announcement for Winnie-The-Pooh: Black Honey. War Mechanic Reintroduces Us All To The Upcoming Gameplay Of War
by Jana Lass [ Tuesday, 9th of September 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
War Mechanic Official gameplay for War Mechanic is out there to give the world a look at how War Mechanic will handle before Early Access It looks like it is time to gear up once more for a look at how war never changes with War Mechanic. Some might have thought I was leaning toward a different IP with the "war never changes" bit, but this is for the upcoming title from Chronospace on the PC, which will do pretty much what the title dictates it will do. Have us all playing as a War Mechanic. A title that was announced a while ago, but has now undergone a bit of an overhaul to things, as well as the gameplay. Read More...

New Cyberpunk Mysteries Are Unlocked With The Announcement For Dreadcore: Locked Unit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 8th of September 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Dreadcore Head out into the world with Dreadcore, and a new cyberpunk horror with the announcement we have for Dreadcore: Locked Unit It feels oddly fitting that we have had a few dystopian and cyberpunk-style horror games announced here, and now we go out there with Dreadcore: Locked Unit. A new one on the way from a lone developer that is going to lean into some different themes than we have had as of late when looking at the genre. Themes like transhumanism and false freedom, to name a few, which weirdly do feel on point for the current climate out there. All so we can see more of the Dreadcore line out there and have a new and dark experience on our PC when it does come out there. Read More...

by Jana Lass [ Thursday, 4th of September 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
007 First Light New gameplay for 007 First Light is out there, along with a release date for when we can play 007 First Light in 2026 I was not certain we were going to get as much for 007 First Light as we have here before 2026 came about, but do we ever have a whole lot to take in for the game now. During the most recent PlayStation State Of Play, IO Interactive dropped all manner of details for the game. We have a lot of gameplay to take in for it, word that the pitch was pretty much Hitman but as James Bond, as well as a release date for the game. Read More...

The Clan Of Kings Walks Amongst Us In Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2
by Juliet Meyer [ Wednesday, 3rd of September 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 See more of the Ventrue as they will be in Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2, and some of the powers that will be in our hands in Bloodlines 2 Even as all of the issues with the clans are going down for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2, talking about the ones still behind a paywall, we do have something to sink our teeth into for the game. In fact, it is something more in terms of the clans, with The Chinese Room starting to let us have some looks at the various ones we are going to get to play in this World Of Darkness. All so we have a better idea of what we are going to want to start our run of Bloodline 2 with when it hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 21st. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of September 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy Tactics Take in the opening cinematic for Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles to get yourself ready for Final Fantasy Tactics to launch It is always a weird thing for me to think about that there is a good portion of the gaming community that has yet to experience Final Fantasy Tactics. Granted, this is a title that Square Enix placed out there for us all so many years ago, and it was more of a cult classic title than anything widespread out there. With September 30th on the way to us all, more will get to experience it all with Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles coming to the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC again. by Juliet Meyer [ Thursday, 28th of August 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Star Trek Star Trek fans will have a new title flying their way, with the announcement for Star Trek Voyager: Across The Unknown We are all going to have a chance to head off into the final frontier with the announcement of Star Trek Voyager: Across The Unknown. A new title that gameXcite and Daedalic Entertainment announced out at Gamescom this year, and one that will give players on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC a bit more of a taste of what the universe has to offer up. At least in terms of the Star Trek universe, as that is a bit different than the one we currently are surviving out here. That will be part of the game, as we will be taking control of a Voyager-class ship and heading into the great unknown, while also managing so much more than we could imagine, and dabbling in some of the extra "What If" kind of things that could be possible in all of the universes out there. Mortal Kombat The full roster of Mortal Kombat titles have been announced for the upcoming Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection So many have been waiting to see all that Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection is going to hold, and out of Gamescom, we finally have that answer. Not when we will get to experience this collection of titles on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC, sadly, but the full line-up of titles that Digital Eclipse is going to cram into the package. Many that we already knew with the core Mortal Kombat titles, but now a few more that I am sure no one might have thought were coming. Those two being Mythologies: Sub-Zero and Special Forces.
