Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week is now over and we can finally put it all to rest here and enjoy some video games. Given the state of the world out there and all of the insanity going on, it is something that can be needed if it is possible for you. If the PSVR 2 was out there already it would be a nice escape from it all but we will just have to focus on Elden Ring and the demo for Babylon’s Fall to keep us all going. John Carter Things are about to pop off for John Carter: Warlord Of Mars as the John Carter IP has its Kickstarter starting next week Things have been gearing up for John Carter: Warlord Of Mars to finally kick off and get funded out there. We have had little updates for the game up to now and have seen that Hypnotic Ants will be helping out to get the development flowing. Now we just have to wait and see if it has enough traction and more of the John Carter fans out there truly want a game based on the books here. Dune The first gameplay for Dune: Spice Wars is here to take us all a bit deeper into the universe of Dune We have been waiting patiently for some real gameplay for Dune: Spice Wars and now we have it. Not in the way of things spotted in more behind-the-scenes from Shiro Games, but in the way of a bit of a breakdown on what we should expect when the game hits the PC early in this year. Gameplay that highlights more of the RTS and strategy elements of the game and a little bit more of the parts of the Dune IP that will be used here. War Hospital A new cinematic trailer for War Hospital is here to give us one more look at how bleak War Hospital might be at launch War is always claimed to be hell on humanity and we get many games out there that try to remind us all of that. War Hospital is another one of those titles that is doing the same and from the looks of it, it is taking things in a vastly different direction than most are used to. This one is a survival game from Brave Lamb Studio where we will need to be in charge of one of those hospitals tending to all of the horrors the soldiers have been through. If that does not sound too bleak on things out there, then we have a look at a new cinematic for War Hospital that sets some of that tone a bit more as we wait for the game to launch on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC later this year. Hidden Deep The release of Hidden Deep is here and Hidden Deep is heading into its Early Access today The wait has slightly come to an end for Hidden Deep, as the Early Access of the game is here for us to jump into on the PC. Cogwheel Software has the game at a place where it should be stable enough for the gaming community to give it all a go and help get it ready for the final launch. With that, you can now head over to the Steam store and give the game a download to explore all of the 2D action and Sci-Fi that Hidden Deep currently has in store for us.
