Hogwarts New footage for Hogwarts Legacy is here to show off how much deeper into the Hogwarts experience we will go It should come as no surprise that when Hogwarts Legacy launches that it is going to look and handle better on the Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC. It is no knock on the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch, but the better hardware and features of the newer systems will allow for Avalanche Software to give us all a deeper experience. Something this looks like it will go even deeper on the PS5 with all of the various extras that will come to Hogwarts Legacy there. Call Of Duty The next Call Of Duty is coming up to us all with a date listed for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II Here we go with the announcement for this year's Call Of Duty entry and it is Modern Warfare II. Not that Modern Warfare 2 from before from 2009 but one that will be a direct sequel to the Modern Warfare reboot from 2019. I hope that clears things up since it seems like Infinity Ward has opted to not focus on original game names but to give us some solid video games in general. Gotham Knights Gameplay for Gotham Knights dives further into more of the finer details out there we will experience in Gotham Knights After all of the delays and pushes, we finally have some true and solid gameplay for Gotham Knights to take in. Gameplay that has WB Games Montréal showing us all how Nightwing and Red Hood will function in the game and various other aspects we will need to employ in the mix too. Things like traversal and character progression in the mix of things that we will need to handle out there. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Star Wars More of your favorite Star Wars characters are rushing into the fun of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga It is definitely fitting for the day here, as we have a whole lot of new characters joining in the fray for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. A whole lot more characters with the new DLC packs that TT Games has ready for us that will include new characters from so many other stories outside of the core Skywalker Saga. Not that we did not have over 300 characters from the Star Wars IP already, but these new batches will give us more of the recent and truly older characters to opt into while playing too. Dune The Early Access for Dune: Spice Wars is now here for all of the Dune fans to head back out there and control the Spice Fans have been waiting and now they can dive right into the war with Dune: Spice Wars on the PC. The Early Access is kicking off so you can get a taste of what Shiro Games has in the works and what they are working toward. That and to make sure that things keep a bit more balanced in this four versus four strategy title. If the game is not fun and players do not want to dive in, then Funcom is not going to want to keep the Dune IP in their wheelhouse and moving forward with any other titles that could come. Souldead A new fast-paced shooter, Souldead, is coming to us with Souldead taking the best inspirations from gaming past If you are a fan of titles like DOOM or Quake in the past, then you will be excited to see that we have another title coming in the way of Souldead. This is a new title coming from Heathen Software that looks like it is using all of the well-worked mechanics from those other titles to give us one more explosive title to play. A highly action-oriented FPS title for the PC that might come before the end of the year, but since this is the first for Souldead out there, that could be something we have to wait a bit further for. Back 4 Blood The first expansion for Back 4 Blood is almost here and it looks like we are getting a whole lot added into Back 4 Blood Some of us have been waiting patiently and others not so much for the first big expansion for Back 4 Blood. We still have a little bit more to wait for it, but Turtle Rock is still bringing it all to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on April 12th. Just a bit of a wait for it all, but it does look like it could be offering us all quite a bit of new content for Back 4 Blood. Dune Dune fans will be able to give Dune: Spice Wars a spin as the Early Access opens up in a few weeks Still riding off the fun we have had before, it looks like Dune: Spice Wars will be ready soon to start letting some of us in on the Spice. That is, it has been just announced that Shiro Games and at a point to start letting PC gamers in to try the game in an Early Access form of it all. A form that will let those hardcore Dune fans into the new war on April 26th if they want to see what they could be getting down the line. Star Wars More of the Star Wars saga is being fleshed out there with the dark side in the LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Some could say that the Dark Side users in the Star Wars IP has been at the forefront of the entire saga so far. Some could while others will lean into the Light side a bit more and give us all a bit of hope. With TT Games and what we will be seeing on April 5th here, it looks like they are adding some lightness into their Dark Side when it comes to LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. It does retell the full run of the core films with the LEGO humor, and now we have a bit of a showing of how that will bleed into the more villainous of characters out in this universe. Read More...

Suicide Squad The Suicide Squad is going to have to be put on ice as Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has been delayed Well, it looks like that whole call of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League being the next great thing of 2022 is not going to hold up. Yes, that means that we are seeing a delay out here for the game now. A delay that will be pushing the title out to Spring of 2023 now instead of sometime in 2022. This could be why the teams have never put down the solid release date for when the Suicide Squad would be heading out to take on the massive task, but thankfully, it is still coming to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Hogwarts The gameplay is revealed for Hogwarts Legacy for us all to see how we will be returning to Hogwarts later in this year Here we go with the first gameplay for Hogwarts Legacy out of the State Of Play to show off how the game will look and play on the PS5 and PS4. It is easy to assume it will be close to what we will have on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC when it drops this holiday season, but this is what we have. Not just a small showing from Avalanche Software either, but a full walk-around of Hogwarts and a showing of the classes, casting, and crafting we will be doing in this action RPG. Gotham Knights The new release date for Gotham Knights is set down with us seeing Gotham Knights before the end of October Here we go fresh off the current Batman hype with the new release date for Gotham Knights now. Thankfully, that delay we had from WB Games Montréal from before was not too long and the Bat Family will be hitting the streets by Halloween now. We can all expect to see Gotham Knights hit the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 25th now.
