Wolverine A new cinematic look at Marvel’s Wolverine shows off some of the story and two more of Wolverine’s antagonists Just ahead of the bigger showcase going down at SDCC 2026, we have a new look at Marvel’s Wolverine. Well, more of a cinematic look and reveal of some new antagonists in the game, along with a bit of the story that Insomniac Games is cooking up for us. As long as we are all still onboard with snagging Marvel’s Wolverine on September 15th on the PS5 after everything that has gone down with the publisher. Adult Swim Head back to the Green to party with Adult Swim, as well as have a look at all of the things upcoming for Adult Swim It is another year for SDCC, and it looks as if Adult Swim is going to be hitting us all with the tradition we have had many times over the years. The massive fan experience is coming back and giving all who are at SDCC 2026 a little more fun with all of their favorite IPs. This time with a few new things to partake in, and many of the games that we have seen over the years. Only that this year's Adult Swim On The Green event will be focused a bit more on Rick & Morty, You Clowns, and the upcoming President Curtis show that will be on the way to us in the future. The Lodge Paramount+ is bringing The Lodge back to SDCC in 2026, and here is a look at all the fun The Lodge will open up for us It has become the tradition out there each year of SDCC now that Paramount+’s The Lodge comes back and gives us so many more experiences to have. This is the update that we are getting, just that, even if it looks as if most fans will be standing in the standby line to get in. Unless more reservations for The Lodge experience are dropped out there before July 22nd when the whole thing opens up to experience. We will hope that is the case, as it does look as if Paramount+ will be celebrating so many big things this year, with Star Trek, South Park, and Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender amongst the fun that will be seen behind these closed doors. Not just in the game, but it looks as if there will be some extra fun for the game out at SDCC when Cold Iron Studios and Daybreak Games offers us all a new look at the game. Control A new look at Control Resonant will be on display during SDCC 2026, along with many of the voices bringing Control Resonant to life Add more video games to the list of titles out at SDCC this year, with Control Resonant getting its own panel to help highlight the game before the September 24th release date that it has. It looks as if Remedy is getting fully behind it all after the last big showing just a few weeks ago, and next week, on July 25th, they will be hosting a nice panel to give us all more. Lanterns An escape room experience for the Lanterns show will be out at SDCC, along with a few other HBO Max experiences Those looking for a new kind of experience, and if they can hang with the Green Lantern Corps., will find it out there at SDCC this year. Not in just the normal cosplay and fandom style, but in a new way that HBO Max will be celebrating the upcoming Lanterns show. Not just with some of the basics you might think of, but in a bit of training that one might go through. Fandom The annual SDCC Fandom Party is on, with another fun headliner announced to play this year’s SDCC Fandom Party If there was any doubt that we would see Fandom back at SDCC again, you can put all of that to rest. The ninth annual party has now been set for the convention, and we have a list of what to expect and who will be bringing us all together in the fun after hours. That's also not to say that there will not be a lot of things we did not expect to be out there again, but that is for all involved to surprise us all with. Candy Land The fun of Candy Land is coming to life before, during, and after SDCC 2026 with the Candy Land Café Another of those famed board game properties is coming to life, with the announcement of the Candy Land Café. A nice little bit of fun that will get us further into the sweet fun that Hasbro has been carrying for decades now. Dreadcore Head out into the world with Dreadcore, and a new cyberpunk horror with the announcement we have for Dreadcore: Locked Unit It feels oddly fitting that we have had a few dystopian and cyberpunk-style horror games announced here, and now we go out there with Dreadcore: Locked Unit. A new one on the way from a lone developer that is going to lean into some different themes than we have had as of late when looking at the genre. Themes like transhumanism and false freedom, to name a few, which weirdly do feel on point for the current climate out there.
