A new story bit for Prohibeast is out there to help us understand our bigger role in the world of Prohibeast Now that we have been able to drink up all of the gameplay for Prohibeast, it is high time that we go back into the world to get a bit more of the story. At least as much of the story that SUPER AC is willing to give us before the game launches on the PC this May. That does not seem like it will be much time given when all of this is going down, but those looking for a quirky game like Prohibeast seems to be, then you will be glad to have even the slightest bits to keep you going until the planned release. Especially in a world where Prohibition happens again, only this one is not about alcohol and about meat. Read More...

Wander about the gameplay out there for There Are No Ghosts At The Grand and give the demo for There Are No Ghosts At The Grand a try It is time to start trying to clean things up again in There Are No Ghosts At The Grand with some new gameplay. New gameplay that not only gives us all a little more to tap our toes to in this musical, Lovecraftian, renovation title that Friday Sundae is working on for the Xbox Series X|S and PC, but it also gives us a deeper look at the rest of the action we will have to partake in. Especially as it looks like we are not going to be confined to a single property in There Are No Ghosts At The Grand, and will have to touch up the town. All of this while hunting down some ghost stories, and that is just for starters. Read More...

Go behind the scenes again with Directive 8020, and see how the ship we will be wandering came to be in Directive 8020 Here we go with the latest transmission from Supermassive Games as it all comes to Directive 8020 out there in the universe. Even if we all still have to wait until May 12th to have a shot at playing the game on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. While the wait carries onward, though, we can have a look at the ship that we will be roaming in the horrors of Directive 8020. Along with all of that, we can see how the alien has taken things over slowly, as well as how it went from the clean corporate look from the concept art to the truly "lived-in" ship that has character. We sit down and review People Of Note. A new turn-based RPG with a load of Rhythm added in. Here is our review of People Of Note. It is time to get those instruments tuned, and vocals warmed up, as People Of Note is out there on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC. The latest title that Iridium Studios and Annapurna have placed out there to get us all a little more musically inclined. The world of Metro is finally on its way back, with the first reveal and look at the upcoming Metro 2039 True to the word, we have the full reveal and first looks at Metro 2039 after that nice little tease 4A Games gave us at the beginning of the week. Not only all of that, but we have some gameplay and a solid feel for where the title is going. It looks as if Metro 2039 is going to head back into the darkness we all knew from the start, but in a way that is more a reflection of the real-world issues going on and how choices in life can lead to these dark places. That is more of the meta side of things, but I am guessing that Deep Silver will also want you to see just where the game is going to go when it launches this Winter on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Go behind the scenes with Invincible VS, as we get to see how the animated version of Invincible is coming to life in the game Now that the open beta for Invincible VS has come to an end, we need a little bit to keep us all going until April 30th when the game fully lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. At least for those who have been sold on what Skybound and Quarter Up have been working on after getting to test things a bit. This all means that we are hitting the stage where we get to go behind the scenes a bit more with Invincible VS to see how they are taking the game from page, to series, to the video game world out there. The world of Metro is carrying on forward, with the announcement we have for Metro 2039 that is on the way It looks as if we are headed back into the tunnels again, with the announcement that Metro 2039 is on the way. Just that announcement and not much else, as 4A Games and Deep Silver are planning a larger announcement further into this week, but we have a nice little tease to let us know that Metro 2039 is going to be a thing. A nice bit of news after all of the other games that we have had, and the trip into the VR space that we were able to see not too long ago. Even if information about all of this is scarce, we can still kick back and try to speculate where things are going to go in this one. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just like that, we are done with yet another full week in the world of video games out there. One that had us all over the place, from massive titles to the smallest of indie titles. That is not a complaint, but just fun to see that we do not always need to have titles like 007 First Light or Silent Hill dominating the screens. We can also have video games like Koshmar: The Last Reverie and Mouse: P. Read More...
