Metro The collector’s edition for Metro 2039 has been announced, and it will bring us all a bit deeper into the Metro While we still might not have a release date for Metro 2039 to hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC at this time, it does feel like that news is going to hit us all very soon. I say that, as 4A Games and Deep Silver have now let the cat out of the box to show off what we will be getting in the Collector's Edition of the game. It is not ready for pre-order as of yet, but all Metro fans are going to want to take note of this, as it brings the game to us physically and with a big extra bit for real life. That last part being that this edition will also house a full-size replica of the Stranger's Helmet from the game so we can wear it all while playing through all of the madness the IP is about to give us. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with the week ending on a high note for all of our video games out there. Not just because we were finally able to get our review of People Of Note out to you all, but we had some other big news drop along the way. Like the fact that Metro 2039 is on the way to us all, and that Atomic Heart has its final DLC out there before heading into the sequel. Metro The world of Metro is finally on its way back, with the first reveal and look at the upcoming Metro 2039 True to the word, we have the full reveal and first looks at Metro 2039 after that nice little tease 4A Games gave us at the beginning of the week. Not only all of that, but we have some gameplay and a solid feel for where the title is going. It looks as if Metro 2039 is going to head back into the darkness we all knew from the start, but in a way that is more a reflection of the real-world issues going on and how choices in life can lead to these dark places. That is more of the meta side of things, but I am guessing that Deep Silver will also want you to see just where the game is going to go when it launches this Winter on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Just that announcement and not much else, as 4A Games and Deep Silver are planning a larger announcement further into this week, but we have a nice little tease to let us know that Metro 2039 is going to be a thing.
