Take the Borderlands fun on the go, with the recently announced Switch 2 version of Borderlands 4 that will be launching I had a feeling it was only a matter of time before we heard it was happening, but here we are with Borderlands 4 getting the full Switch 2 announcement for release. Not overly surprising with Gearbox wanting to make sure all of the fans that truly want the game have the option to throw all of their money at the studio. The Xbox release for KARMA: The Dark World is on the way, with a new filter to play KARMA: The Dark World with The final release for KARMA: The Dark World is on the way, with the Xbox Series X|S version of the game getting a release date. It has been an odd staggering for the game since Wired Productions started releasing it all on the PC, and then the PS5, but that is how it goes sometimes. Those who were able to hold out for this version of KARMA: The Dark World will have some little things to look forward to, though, as well as getting all of the updates and changes that have been in place for a while now. A new bit of gore is on the way with Dying Light: The Beast as we have to wait a little longer for this new Dying Light title As if games about the undead and infected coming after us were not bloody enough, here we go with Dying Light: The Beast ramming even more of that brutality into our eyes to make us all squirm. That is not the specific goal of Techland with the game, but they certainly wanted to hit us hard with how rough things might be out there. Well, beyond knowing it is a theme park management simulation that Outlier has been working on, and in the Mar Attacks universe of fun. The basic, what you have most likely seen in the various tidbits of coverage we have had for it so far. It does seem, though, that the word needs to get out there a bit more for Mars Attracts, and here we get to see some of that secret sauce that is going to make the game a riot for any and all who wish to give it a go. I try to donate blood during SDCC each year, and here is my experience with the Blood Drive of SDCC 2025 Every year SDCC has a massive blood drive held in The Grand Hyatt. As usual, when I attend Comic Con, I make sure to stop by this year and offer up a donation that is always critical. I wanted to discuss donating this year, not only to encourage people to give but also to let them know about both the experience and the potential goodies you can pick up. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week So, it was a shorter week for us, given that we just made it all back from SDCC. That did not mean we did not have a whole lot to share out there for the week in video games and all of the other aspects, just that we had such little time. The console announcement for Beneath is officially here, so even more players can see the horrors flowing up from Beneath Maybe I have gone a little mad, as I thought this was something that was announced before, but it does look as if Beneath will be getting a console release for the game when it launches now. Maybe this was something teased before, and Camel 101 was not able to fully confirm at the time, but I was fairly certain the Lovecraftian Shooter was hitting the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when it launches this year. All of that said, it is now confirmed, and it looks like this version of Beneath will also have a few of those fun little extras that the consoles are known to bring along with them when games launch out there. The Peacefest brought so much to SDCC 2025 to entertain & to allow Peacefest to help usher in Peacemaker season 2 There was a whole lot of hype for Peacefest before we all went out to SDCC 2025, even to the point that tickets for it were so popular that the server crashed for it all. This was not some new or massive con that was going on instead of SDCC, but a fun little off-site event to further hype us all up for the upcoming season 2 of Peacemaker on HBO Max. More of a specialized version of SDCC with Peacefest focusing mainly on the man of the hour. There were many things available for the event, and we were invited to check them all out as it unfolded. A beast of a character from Invincible is on the prowl with Battle Beast entering the fight for Invincible VS Grab your mace and get ready for a fight with Invincible VS bringing us all Battle Beast for the fight. A character that I am pretty sure we all knew was coming since his whole schtick is fighting and causing levels of violence in the world. It would have been a truly odd thing if Skybound Games left the beast out of the game, but here we are ready to praise it all.
