Woolfe: The Redhood Diaries to be at Gamescom and playable in the consumer area for the first time to the public If Woolfe: The Redhood Diaries sounds familiar but you can't place your finger on it, it was showcased during the ID@Xbox montage during the Microsoft press conference on June 9th. Some of you may have heard about the game before that, have a free cookie, but to the public at large that was one of the largest showcasing of the game to date. It was announced a little under a year ago so it is pretty cool for the developers to get the showing at E3 and now Woolfe is getting a nice playable version at Gamescom. A new 'summer' trailer has been released for Space Hulk: Deathwing coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC If you have an illness and the only cure is more space marines then look no further than Space Hulk: Deathwing. This is the latest in the Space Hulk franchise, at least in the video game world, and it definitely looks like it is going to have a cure for that illness. As if there weren't already enough of those franchises coming out later this year or in 2015 but different stokes for different folks I guess. With the E3 demo for Styx: Master Of Shadows being released we can see how it can be a better Thief game than Thief turned out to be Here we go with Styx: Master Of Shadows, yet another little gem I missed out on at E3 due to time constraints. Luckily, like many other titles, the demos and gameplay didn't stay at the convention for long and now we get a nice 14 minute look at the gameplay for Styx: Master Of Shadows. This title has only recently made it onto my Gamedar and that makes me a little sad. Recently Chris Ashton from Turtle Rock Studios revealed that there will be a single-player campaign in Evolve It would seem that I was a bit confused before when it came to Evolve and the play modes of the game. I was under the impression that it was a multiplayer experience through and through. Looks like I was wrong as Turtle Rock has only focused on showing the multiplayer aspect of Evolve and kind of pushed the solo play to the side lines. The Kickstarter campaign has begun for the spiritual sequel to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. that is simply titled Areal Well it looks like the minds and talent behind the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. franchise have finally announced their upcoming title Areal. Announced and looking for funding at that. Funding through Kickstarter to go one further and to add yet another fragmented sentence to the list here as we bring you the updated news from West Games. The release date for Metro Redux has been announced for both the collection and individual titles getting the upscale We had a possible "leak" yesterday for a title I have been excited for but today we have one for Metro Redux; another major thing of excitement for me. It looks like we are all going to get to enter the Metro again August 26th. Or you'll be entering the Metro for your first time in a fully upgraded version of both Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light. A listing for Batman: Arkham Knight on the Microsoft Marketplace may have outed the new release date for the game Let's start this week off with a bang as we may have the new date for Batman: Arkham Knight via an accidental "leak" on the Microsoft Marketplace. If it is to be believed it looks like we will be driving around Gotham as soon as February 24th 2015. Only if the below listing, since removed from the site, is spot on with the date. There was a Doom 4 teaser released during E3 but the full reveal is slated for QuakeCon. We have that teaser though If there is one thing that I hate about E3 it is that we all get so busy that things like the new Doom 4 teaser trailer falls through the cracks and doesn't get its 15 minutes of fame. Early on the 19th of June, Konami and Hideo Kojima showed off the closed doors demo for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Good news for all of you who didn't want to take the time to read through my Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain impressions from E3. While At E3 I Got To See The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It I was lucky enough to see The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt at E3 2013 and again this was one of the titles I was able to close out E3 2014 with. This time around CD Projekt Red had another year to build and expand on everything in the game. You should have seen some of it if you watched one of the press conferences online or in person. While At E3 I Got To See Evolve In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It I have heard so much about Evolve from every other even that I have had to miss out on. Hearing that I would be able to play it at E3 got me excited as all of the trailers and gameplay footage up until now has had me extremely interested. So I made the trek over to the 2K booth and settled in to see how the game plays and if Evolve can live up to the hype that I have seen flung around for it. Here's My Take On It Destiny was a huge push during last year's E3 and every other gaming event that took place up until now. Of course that meant that Activision and Bungie again had to come out strong with something to show for the game as we are only months out from the release and there are only so many more gaming conventions to show off at.
