Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The year has kicked off and, just as we thought, things are a bit slow on the gaming side and video games out there. That is to be expected. Although, with certain copyrights being lifted, we did see that Infestation 88 did not take long to make the announcement. Then there were a few more updates for Prince Of Persia: The Lost Crown and a possible hint at when we can play Silent Hill 2 remake. All of that and a build toward the release of the Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League in the coming month too. Read More...

Vestiges: Fallen Tribes Sets Up A New Virtual War For Water
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of December 2023 - 08:00 PM ]
Vestiges A new strategy card game, Vestiges: Fallen Tribes, has been announced with Vestiges giving a new twist to the genre There is a running theme, it would seem, that we are going to be seeing many titles in 2024 where the world is fighting over resources and Vestiges: Fallen Tribes is adding to it. This new title, coming from WanadevStudio, aims to take us into a new world where water is scarce and we are fighting over which tribe out there gets it. That caveat in Vestiges: Fallen Tribes, though, is that this is a fight that has been going on for a long time and not something that has just cropped up. Read More...

Exoborne Will Need Us To Master The Apocalypse Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of December 2023 - 06:00 PM ]
Exoborne The announcement for Exoborne is here to show us a flashy new apocalypse that Exoborne will soon bring The world is ending… again… and this time we have Exoborne to look at for the reason for it. Not in a real-world kind of way but in the way of the latest title that Sharkmob and Level Infinite are working on to give us all a new experience on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. All with the good news that Exoborne's apocalypse does not look like it will be zombie-based. No, it will be environmentally based, and with the world claiming everything back from humanity… Okay, that is getting a little too close to home for this planet so I might have to recant what I said before. Death Relives The story for Death Relives is expanded a bit more with Death Relives still leaving a lot to the imagination The story has been a little vague for Death Relives, and it looks like we are going to be getting a little more to it all today. All while Nyctophile Studios also gives us a little look at the gameplay for the game. Chasmal Fear Gives Us More Of The Body Cam Horror We Might Need
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of December 2023 - 10:00 PM ]
Chasmal Fear New gameplay for Chasmal Fear is out there to tease a bit more of what we will play with when Chasmal Fear launches The body cam footage games seem to be the next big wave of titles we are going to get with Chasmal Fear offering up some fun new gameplay for us all to enjoy. This is a new title coming out of MystiveDev that has been built in the Unreal Engine 5, as many others have been, that will be leaning more into the horror of things instead of the more realistic monsters out there. Take that as you will, but Chasmal Fear offers up some gameplay with many more monsters and hulking beasts than we have seen in any of these other entries into the 'genre'. Let us have a look and see if this will keep us all glued to our PC once it gets released into the world in 2024. Read More...
