Lightcycles. I get excited just hearing the word. One of the most anticipated movies of 2010, TRON: Legacy, is getting it's own video game (of course). Brought to us by Disney Interactive and developed by Propoganda Games (Turok), TRON: Evolution is tied in closely to the movie and it's storyline, even using the same company that provides the film's CG animations to create the awesome trailer below. Green Day Rock Band is a steady mixture of what you love from Harmonix – play style that is both easy to jump into and addictive  – and what you hate about Activision’s Guitar Hero franchise – it feels repetitive and old.  With Rock Band 2 a couple years past and Rock Band 3 on the way, it raises the question of how annual they expect to make the franchise and still get people to pay for it. A new DLC is "coming soon" for one of this year's major titles. Of course I am talking about Mass Effect 2. Today BioWare has announced the Overload DLC for XBox 360 and PC. When sent to investigate a Cerberus research base that's mysteriously gone silent, Shepard arrives to find Geth overrunning the base. After the reveal for Guitar Hero: Warriors Of Rock and the awesome new tracks, you may be thinking it may have been after E3 that we would hear or see anything further about this next Guitar Hero installment. Well since you are reading this, it is obvious that is not the case. There are still no further details on the game itself, but we do have a look at the next set of plastic guitars we will all be forced to pick up for Guitar Hero: Warriors Of Rock. Although forced might be a little harsh to say after looking at the new redesigns. Popular concert series Video Games Live has announced a crazy line-up of the of some of the most familiar and epic video game soundtracks for a new 90-minute special they are filming for PBS. Now, Video Games Live has been around for a while and is the brainchild of game music composer Tommy Tallirico and Jack Wall. For the unitiated, Video Games Live consists of video game music performed by a live orchestra with game footage and different lighting effects to coincide with the footage. This version of the concert will include music from the Super Mario, Zelda, Sonic, Halo, Warcraft, Final Fantasy, Castlevania, God of War, Civilization, Chrono Cross, StarCraft and Guitar Hero franchises, and will also be "including a musical journey through Classic Gaming". You can also see the art at the bottom of this post. About a year and a half ago ago I bought the first Dead Space used in the bargain bin, looking to kill some time. I wasn't expecting to, but I personally really enjoyed the first Dead Space.
