Vampires More Vampires will be prowling the night when Vampires: Bloodlord Rising opens the coffin this coming October We are just on the verge of Gamescom 2025 kicking off, and what weirder way to start it than with Vampires: Bloodlord Rising. I know, this is not one of the massive titles so many gamers have been bleeding to get a sight of, but it is one that Mehuman Games and Toplitz Productions have been toiling away on to give us something fun for this Halloween. That being more vampires on our PC, with their new game that is slated to hit Early Access on October 23rd. Better Than Dead Rush into the brutal gunplay of Better Than Dead, with a new bodycam shooter that Better Than Dead will be giving us all The run of bodycam games keeps on flowing, as we get to see Better Than Dead making its way on out there now. Unlike the others, though, this one looks as if it is moving down a different genre than we have seen in the others before now. Something that I am sure MicroProse will be amped to show off with Better Than Dead leaning more to the FPS and action side of things instead of the usual horror bits we have had before now. Just like some of the other games that place the hashtag in the title, this one feels like it has stayed a little on the down low even if Astro Production wants us all to know it is on the way to the PC in 2026. It has been an odd staggering for the game since Wired Productions started releasing it all on the PC, and then the PS5, but that is how it goes sometimes. Those who were able to hold out for this version of KARMA: The Dark World will have some little things to look forward to, though, as well as getting all of the updates and changes that have been in place for a while now. Mortal Kombat Mortal Kombat is back on again, with a new red band trailer out there for the upcoming Mortal Kombat II movie The fight is carrying on with a new look at Mortal Kombat II. Well, more of a first true look at the upcoming film for us all, and with all of the over-the-top violence in the mix too. Tony Hawk Officer Dick is coming back to Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and he is bringing a friend for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 It looks like more fun is on the way for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 with Officer Rick taking up a board and shredding with the greats out there. A character that would have been odd to not see Iron Galaxy Studios and Activision not bring in, as he has been a staple in so many of the titles over the years. All the way back to the origins of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater when it first last, if my memory serves. The only difference is that this one has a new and maybe better design for the character. Witcher See the future of The Witcher with the latest Tech Demo that has been shown off for the upcoming The Witcher IV We all lost our minds when The Witcher IV was announced and all we had was a very basic cinematic and then a title card. Fast forward just about half a year, and here we go with some new updates from CD Projekt RED and Epic Games on how things are going for the game. Not only for the game, but also with how some of the features of the Unreal Engine have been altered for all to use and to make this title look and run smoother than it could have in the past. Prohibeast A new stealth-tactics title, Prohibeast, has been revealed to us with Prohibeast giving a solid twist on a dark era in history Those looking to get a different slice of prohibition-era fun, then you might want to take a look at the recently revealed Prohibeast. A new title on the way to the PC from SUPER AC that will not only be giving us a slice of that, but in a way that many might not specifically expect. That being the fact that we are getting a stealth-tactics title where we will be playing anthropomorphic versions of historical characters and others made just for Prohibeast. Project Pantheon A new teaser for Project Pantheon is out there with Project Pantheon giving us a vastly different post-apocalypse out there than we have had The gods are no more out there, and it is time to try to pick up some of the pieces out there with Project Pantheon. A new Action PRG title from WOLCEN Studio that will have us entering into a deal with Death itself and trying to bring some order to the chaos that has come from all of this. All in a new hack-and-slash RPG with some extra extraction gameplay elements in the mix for the PC. That is the higher concept for Project Pantheon, but it does look as if there could be something deeper when it all comes to the story, too. Read More...

Here is our review of half of Carmen Sandiego The Carmen Sandiego IP is certainly one that has been around for a while and holds a place in so many hearts out there for those who have been gaming since the 80s when the original title dropped out there. A solid way for kids to learn about the world and other bits of history from HarperCollins Productions and then spinning off into so many other titles and media as well. One might be hard-pressed in the modern age not to know about the IP or the titular character. Read More...

KARMA KARMA is finally paying off with a new physical edition of KARMA: The Dark World on the way to the community out there Fresh off the recent launch of KARMA: The Dark World on the PS5 and PC, it looks as if we have yet another launch on the way for the game. After many have played and enjoyed the game up to now, it looks as if some woes and wants are being taken in with a new physical edition of the game coming to us all this Summer. It will be only a PS5 edition and on the limited side of things, but maybe that is the karma we all have to pay with most PC titles going the way of digital-only in general. It does help the release on the Xbox Series X|S to get a similar treatment, but that all might be based on how this new version of the game pans out. Read More...

Tony Hawk There is more of the Tony Hawk fun coming out there with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 heading to the Switch 2 as well It should come as no surprise that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is now on the way to the Nintendo Switch 2. This most likely would have been part of the original announcement for the game if Iron Galaxy Studios and Activision did not have to wait for the new console to get its official showcase, but that is a whole different can of worms. We now know that it is officially coming and not going to be part of some backwards play for those who are picking it up on the original Switch. Five Nights At Freddy’s The next film in the Five Nights At Freddy’s line is one the way and we have a new teaser to look at for the upcoming Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 In the wee hours of the night, for some, it looks as if the animatronics have crept out there and offered up a new teaser for the upcoming Five Nights At Freddy’s 2. This would be the film that Blumhouse is making based on the IP and not some new rehashing of the original video game with the same name.
