23 Days
The reveal for the upcoming 23 Days is finally here, and it shows how many horrors we will survive over 23 Days
Indie horror is having an amazing year, it would seem, and we just keep getting more in all areas out there. Here, we have yet another in the video game space with 23 Days coming from a solo developer at DiolProd for the PC. That is something that most will usually not write home about, but it is an achievement, and now we have the full reveal of the game to look at. Not just look at, but also to see how things will alter and shift over the run of the 23 Days that the game will have us all playing through. I am hoping that is an in-game set of time and not a real-world aspect, as the current state of gamers might not have the attention to last that long. But, I digress.
As the story goes here for 23 Days, we will be taking on the role of Alex Ryan, who happens to wake up to find the world that was known is gone. Maybe not fully gone as one would expect, but altered enough to the point that it feels gone. A world that is blending reality and nightmares for Alex to face while exploring all that is now out there. I would like to assume that all is so Alex can finally get some answers to what is going on and make it through the 23 Days that are given to try to make it home. All with the mix of puzzles and realistic visuals to further immerse us all into this world. Thank the gods that it is not just another bodycam title, and the developer is leaning into making everything look and feel as if we were there in first person. You can have a look at the new reveal for the game a little bit further down the page, then hope that it is able to live up to the hype that it has already started to build.
23 Days — Reveal
23 Days is an atmospheric first-person psychological horror game where each new day becomes an increasingly terrifying trial.
After an unexplained incident, Alex Ryan awakens in his own home and realizes that the familiar world has disappeared. Beyond the windows is a blinding white light, the doors are tightly sealed, and the house itself begins to change.
The only voice from outside belongs to Morgan. He claims to know the way to salvation.
Following Morgan’s instructions, Alex finds himself in places where reality no longer obeys familiar laws.
Over the course of 23 days, he must explore ever-changing locations, confront his deepest fears, and endure events that increasingly blur the line between reality and nightmare. But with each passing day, the world grows more distorted, and the familiar reality begins to collapse. Alex must preserve his will as an ancient darkness sinks ever deeper into his mind.
Each new day brings the inevitable ending closer. When the twenty-third day arrives, there will be no way back.

Do you think that 23 Days will just be the number of shifting realities out there, or did the developer get clever to force us to play the game in real-time to see it all? How different do you think the worlds are going to be, and will it be more than just creepy hospitals, warehouses, and parks for us to wander through? Would this have worked better for you as a bodycam horror game, or are you stoked to see that they are aiming to give us the visuals modern engines can pump out there? Let us discuss it all in the comment section a bit further down the page here. We will keep our eyes on the lookout for more to share for 23 Days, so please keep on the lookout here for those updates. You might want to follow all of our social channels to make sure you see all of those updates as soon as they go live out there. You will not want to miss any of the updates that we have for you.
