by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of April 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Daymare The physical version of Daymare: 1998 for the consoles has a bit more to show off along with some Daymare physical goodies too The release for Daymare: 1998 on the PS4 and Xbox One is slowly coming up with April 28th within eyesight. This will allow more to give the game a go even though some of the PC crowds did not find much taste for this title from Invader Studios. It is kind of how all of this goes here. This is not why we are back as it seems we have a few new details on the physical edition for Daymare: 1998, specifically the Black Edition, and just what little extras this bundle will hold for those looking to give it a go. This Week In Video Games 3/30/20 — 4/3/20
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of April 2020 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Mark one more week down as completed into this year and then a whole lot more for the world of video games to take in. Not all of it was the best, like the delay for The Last Of Us Part II, but we had some solid stuff to be happy for over the week. There was a whole lot that we were given for Final Fantasy VII Remake and then the reviews for Moons Of Madness and the Injustice comics to help out. Least of all to mention the new video games we have to play this week alone. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of April 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Wasteland The release date for Wasteland 3 is now set in August as the Wasteland team takes time to use all the beta feedback It looks like one more game out there has been hit with delays due to all of the current events with Wasteland 3 no longer making its original release date. It should not be shocking at all with so many, inXile Entertainment included, have gone into a work from home setting. That does not mean that all work will be halted for the game, but it sure will be slow down a bit. That is why Wasteland 3 is now going to be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on August 28th of this year. Read More...

It Is Time To Make Things Right In Endzone: A World Apart
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of April 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Endzone The release for Endzone: A World Apart is here and we all can have a chance to try to survive the world of Endzone a bit early As we are not all trying to survive some madness right now, we can add in another way to do it in a virtual setting with Endzone: A World Apart. A title we all knew was coming from Gentlymad Studios with a few fun little videos to get us ready. Now, in an Early Access at least, we are able to give Endzone: A World Apart a go on our PCs to see if we can fare any better than we are now. Granted, the world in the game went through a vastly different end of times scenario but it is still something that we will need to try to survive here. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of April 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
John Wick The release date for the PS4 version of John Wick Hex is set to allow more gamers out there to pretend to be the titular John Wick It has been a bit of a wait, but it looks like John Wick Hex now has a release date in sight for the PS4 version of the game. That still leaves the Xbox One out there in the lurch as the PC version came out back in October. It is a weird movie that we have seen here by Bithell Games and Good Shepherd Entertainment, but it is what it is. Thankfully, a new wave of gamers will get a chance to experience John Wick Hex on the PS4 on May 5th of this year. Read More...

Here We Go With Another Soulslike Title With The Announcement Of Mortal Shell
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of April 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Shell A new title, Mortal Shell, is announced and Mortal Shell will be bringing a new twist to the Soulslike game genre Things are getting darker here in the gaming world, as we have an announcement for Mortal Shell today. This would be the next entry into the soulslike genre of games with the look and feel fitting perfectly into it all. All with what looks to be the nice twist that we will be able to change "shells" to fit exactly how we want to play and not just the same one everyone usually gets. This is where I am guessing we get the title Mortal Shell, as it looks more like we are going to be a spirit riding in these hunks of flesh to go out and do what we need to do best. Read More...

Review — Moons Of Madness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of April 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Moons Of Madness We sit down and review Moons Of Madness. A new entry into the cosmic-horror genre that also happens to not be on Earth. Here is our review of Moons Of Madness Anytime I am offered a new entry into the horror genre I am down, which is why I was over the moon to hear and see Moons Of Madness announced and then released. Some of you may remember that it was launched back in October for the PC, but some of us had to wait a bit for it to finally hit the PS4 and Xbox One. I was one of those people and it hurt a bit to have to wait. Read More...

Be The Sum Of Your Choices As Gamedec Hits Kickstarter
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of March 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Gamedec The upcoming cyberpunk title, Gamedec, has hit Kickstarter to help get funded and with that comes some gameplay for Gamedec If you remember back to the better times of last year, we had the announcement for a cool little title called Gamedec out of Gamescom. Try not to get those two confused, as one is a giant gaming convention and the other is the upcoming title out of Anshar Studios. A fun little point-and-click cyberpunk title that will have us delving into some dark territories as we play detective and solve some mysteries and crime. That is what a Gamedec does in the game and we are just the next one to take on the mantle. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of March 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Samurai Shodown The next DLC character for Samurai Shodown now has a release date and it is another fun one from Samurai Shodown’s history We are all waiting for the next big update for Samurai Shodown, and now it looks like that day will be on April 1st as the next DLC will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch versions of the game. No, this is not going to be an April Fool’s Day joke from SNK, just the date that was selected to drop this on the world. It could have been a lot worse and, thankfully, it looks like they are just trying to get more fun out in the world as fast as they can. Read More...

Rogue Company Offers Up Its First Bit Of Gameplay For Those Not In The Alpha
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of March 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Rogue Company The first gameplay for Rogue Company is here to see how this team-based shooter is looking and how Rogue Company could handle as development ventures forward into the world The headline more or less says it all, as we have the first gameplay to look at for the team-based shooter Rogue Company. That is not to say that there is not more to it all here, but that is the bigger news coming out of First Watch Games here. I mean, it is kind of a bigger deal so we can all see if Rogue Company is going to warrant our time on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, or PC when it does launch. Read More...

A Glimmer Of Hope Is Here In The Otherwise Grim World Of Endzone: A World Apart
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Endzone A new update for Endzone: A World Apart is here to show how we will still have electricity in the world but it could come at some cost in the mix of Endzone With all of the harshness we have seen in the world of Endzone: A World Apart, it would be nice to see that we are going to have some luxuries or niceties in the mix. The survivors in the game's world would need something to actually live for besides just going through the motions. This is why we are back yet again with a new update out of Gentlymad Studios to show that they will at least have some electricity in the mix of it all. Read More...
