Assassin’s Creed Shadows Shows Off Both Sides Of The Blade Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of March 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new walkthrough for Assassin’s Creed Shadows is here to show how this Assassin’s Creed is offering up two vastly different experiences We only have one more week to finally get our hands on Assassin’s Creed Shadows after all of the extra waiting we have had to endure. It might have been a bit of a struggle, but we are in the endgame for it and Ubisoft is ready to offer up a whole lot of fun for us so we are ready for March 20th when the game lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. That is, we have a whole lot of new gameplay to dive into for the game and to see just how Naoe & Yasuke will be rolling around in this Assassin’s Creed. Both are vastly different characters and not just a gender swap as we have had before, so let us see just how it is all going to function in this upcoming outing. Read More...

Get Ready For A very Dark Investigation To Unfold With Hell Is Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 11th of March 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Hell Is Us New gameplay for Hell Is Us is finally out there to offer up a look at how the investigations will go down in Hell Is Us Those investigator hats are going to be needed here with the latest gameplay we have for Hell Is Us. Not because we need to dig into any hidden means that Rogue Factor might have hidden in the gameplay, but because that is the focus of it all this time around. That being the investigation and exploration parts of Hell Is Us that we will have to endure when the game lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this September 4th. Even if this third-person action game does not jump out and look like it would have a whole lot to do in that area of video games. Read More...

Better Use The Pendulum With The New Gameplay We Have For The Occultist
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of March 2025 - 10:00 PM ]
Occultist We have some gameplay to look at for The Occultist so we can get further into the mindset of our Occultist out there In the mix of all of the fun with the recent Nacon Connect, we had a bit of The Occultist slip into the mix out there. An interesting choice, given that it is DALOAR and Daedalic Entertainment behind the bulk of it all, but it is one I will gladly take as it gave us all a bit of the gameplay we can expect when the game lands in 2026 for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Something a bit further beyond than just another first-person horror experience and also fitting with all of the paranormal things we have on the way. So, get ready to see just a little bit of what The Occultist has to offer and some of the frights we can expect to experience next year. Read More...

Set Out For A New Adventure In Game Design With Side Quest
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of March 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Side Quest The spin-off series from Mythic Quest, Side Quest, is dropping out there very soon for us all to pick up yet another Side Quest Just as the fourth season of Mythic Quest is coming to an end, it looks as if things are going to carry on a bit more with Side Quest. This would be the spin-off show that was in the works from Ubisoft and Apple TV+ to further capitalize on the popularity of the show while giving more of the cast and crew ways to flex their talents a bit more. It also allows for some of the smaller side characters in the bigger story some time to shine. Just as any good side quest in a video game would do out there. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 22nd of February 2025 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go putting another week down with so much more than video games covered here. Just as we promised, we dipped into some TV with Twisted Metal, some film with Until Dawn, and then interactive live experiences with Universal Horror Unleashed coming to Las Vegas. Sure, the first two there are based on video games but the latter one lets us live in something like our horror video games out there. Interactive experiences, as they all are. Read More...

Stygian: Outer Gods Gives Us All A Taste Of The Horrors Within
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of February 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Stygian The story of Stygian is expanding further with a demo for Stygian: Outer Gods on the way to us by the end of the month The Old Ones are coming back to place all the horrors they can on humanity with Stygian: Outer Gods. A title that we heard about a little while ago from Misterial Games and Fulqrum Publishing that is on its way to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. All of that is still up in the air for now beyond an Early Access coming to the PC at some point in the year. That is all nice and good, but the better news we have here is that Stygian: Outer Gods will be offering up a slight taste of it all with a new demo for the game on February 24th. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of February 2025 - 06:00 PM ]

Not in a way that would be detrimental as we have seen in other ways this goes on in the world, but in a new interactive documentary that Visual Concepts is dropping into the game for us all to experience. A mode that will allow us to see some of the great matches from the past of the WWE and give a different twist to how they played out or who even was part of it all. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of February 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Twisted Metal The next season of Twisted Metal will be streaming soon and we have a taste of the upcoming Twisted Metal tournament taking place We all lost our minds when the second season of Twisted Metal was announced and we had a bit of a teaser a while back. At least, I'd like to think most of us lost our minds as this Peacock show was vastly better than most were expecting it to be. Now, we are back and looking at how things are going to progress into the next season. The season that will officially give us the Twisted Metal tournament I know some were hoping to see before. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of February 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
WWE More of the WWE matches fans have seen will be showing up in WWE 2K25 when the game opens up to the world We are getting so close to getting back into the ring with WWE 2K25 that it is probably time for us to take a look at some of the gameplay that is on the way. I mean, March 14th is not too far off and I am sure that Visual Concepts has put in more work to shake things up and keep this 2K line flowing on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. With WrestleMania 41 also happening soon as well, it will be nice to finally see what new match types and other additions will be coming to the game. Especially since these usually tend to be a solid mix of the old and the new when it comes to everything including performers. Read More...

Things Are Going To Get A Bit More Colorful With Dreampainters
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of February 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Dreampainters A new puzzle title, Dreampainters, has been revealed with Dreampainters taking some great steps from other giant games If there is one thing we love around here, it is a good puzzle game, and that is what it looks like we are going to be getting with the reveal of Dreampainters. A title that sounds like it would be closer to the likes of Splatoon or Concrete Genie, but as we are seeing from Stability Games and Frozen District, it is something quite a bit different. Almost as if they took some of the better aspects of Portal, and made that into a full game. From the reveal that we have for Dreampainters, that is truly what it looks and feels like we might be seeing on the PC in the future here. Read More...

Rise Of The Ronin Is Now Wandering Onto Our PCs Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of January 2025 - 10:00 PM ]
Rise Of The Ronin A PC release for Rise Of The Ronin is on the way with Rise Of The Ronin getting all of the usual upgrades for that I think it is high time that we stop claiming games are only going to be for a specific platform from the start, as Rise Of The Ronin is now on its way to the PC after a nice little year of being on the PS5. Even first-party titles are getting shifted over, so it only makes sense that a title from Team Ninja would get ported over to the PC after having a short little tenure there. Maybe it is just me, but it is what it is. Read More...
