DinoBlade The release date for DinoBlade is set for July, and we will all get to see just what DinoBlade has to offer soon Things have been quiet for Dinoblade since we first had the announcement out there for the game. It is more of an indie game, and since it's about dinosaurs with swords in a Soulslike melee-based game, it is not shocking that Team Spino hasn't offered up much. They've been focusing on getting the game finished. Something that seems to be just around the corner, with DinoBlade getting hit with a release date for July 23rd for the PC. Read More...

Reshape Your Reality With Your Grief In The Darkness Of Impermanence
by Juliet Meyer [ Thursday, 25th of June 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
Impermanence A new narrative horror title, Impermanence, is on the way to us all, and we have a slight look at Impermanence in the announcement Grief can quickly do a number on someone who isn't able to handle it, and that seems to be the story going down in Impermanence. Not with anything that is going on behind-the-scenes with Bad Choices Loud Noises or Duckosaurus Games, hopefully, but mainly with the protagonist in the upcoming horror title for the PC. All to give us a dark and grim look at how grief, refusing to let go, and obsession can shape the world we live in. In the case of Impermanence, it looks to be much more than just the perceived world of the person suffering from it. Read More...

The new killer is out there as part of the big things coming to the game from Behaviour, and we have one small look at the hockey mask just before he will be slaying all of the Survivors in the summer camps. Star Trek: Shadow Frontier Boldly Takes Us Into The World Of Horror
by Juliet Meyer [ Thursday, 11th of June 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
Star Trek The Star Trek universe is getting a little dark, with the announcement of the horror title Star Trek: Shadow Frontier It is time to mark down a title I never thought we would see in the IP, but here we go with Star Trek: Shadow Frontier. Not that I thought this was based on anything before now, but more that we are getting a true horror title in the universe and from Bloober Team, along with Paramount Games. An IP that's always been known to stay closer to the positive and happier side of exploration is now heading into something that seems truly dark out there. Not that any of the episodes, films, or other forms that Star Trek has taken didn't introduce things that could be horrifying, I'm looking at you Borg, they generally tried to stay away from the true horrors of it all. This Week In Video Games 5/26/26 — 5/29/26
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of May 2026 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We did have a short week around here when it came to video games, but it was still a solidly full week. I will always blame the weird holiday structure that we have to go through, but that is getting way off topic. Especially when we could be talking about the new things for Dead By Daylight and the various things we had for The Backrooms pop up around here. We had the full launch of 007 First Light and also had a chance to test out some music content on the site for you with the Amonklok Tour we had a chance to take in. Read More...
