Just Dance is on its way back to us all, with the latest announcement for Just Dance: Decades Of Hits
Get your dancing shoes ready, as we have Just Dance: Decades Of Hits on the way to us all on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and Switch 2 as of today. In fact, they'll be on the way to us all very soon, as Ubisoft didn't just reveal this title, but also gave it an October 13th release date for all of those platforms. A perfect little treat for all of us out there who have been waiting for a new Just Dance title to bring home. Especially after going through all of the subscriptions and other forms that the IP has taken over the decades. That is to say, this one will be bringing it all into one space for us to play around in, and not require so many other things to get out there on the floor again. That also includes the hardware… for the most part…
Even though this is all just a reveal and basic announcement for Just Dance: Decades Of Hits, we do have a bit that we can divulge into the mix out there. The big one is that this one will bring all of the songs from the last three years into one space for us all to play with, as long as you owned the previous titles before this one. This version of Just Dance will only require us to use our phones as the controller and nothing else this time around. Not that we all didn't enjoy the Kinect or the motion controllers we needed before, but this does open things up for those who have a phone they can use. If there are specific features that are required for that to work, well, that's not fully known at this point. I'm going to guess it does require a smartphone at the very least, and most likely something that came out within the last few years. Not a hefty ask, but still one that might have some gamers out there not wanting to head to the dance floor in worries they will need to upgrade their phones again.

Perfect for any family night or party, up to six players can dance locally in Just Dance: Decades Of Hits. Playing Just Dance is easier than ever by using a phone as a controller; no extra accessories needed. For unpredictable, chaotic fun where the rules change every round, players can jump into Party Mode. Or they can get moving with Workout Mode, which tracks calories burned with each dance. Every player can customize their own profile with the new multiple dancer card system.
Those who own Just Dance: Decades Of Hits as well as Just Dance 2023-2026 editions will be able to access all their songs in one place on the same console without having to switch games or separate menus! This also includes songs from purchased Music Packs and songs available through an active Just Dance+ subscription.
