A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just when we thought things might have slowed down after all of the video games announced and updated recently, we had another full week. A new and dark VR title, By Grit Alone, is looking to take us into a world where we will only survive By Grit Alone Those looking for a new and terrifying VR title to experience might want to start to take note of By Grit Alone. This would be a title that Crooks Peak is working on for the Meta Quest 2 and 3, if you happen to have the hardware to experience it all. An experience that sounds like it will be a mix of many fun IPs we have had in the horror and sci-fi realms over the decades. A new RPG, Alkahest, is announced and it looks like Alkahest is going to give us a lot more of the action-adventure everyone loves Those who may have grown tired of the various action-adventure RPG titles we have had recycled over and over can now get excited to see another entering the ring with Alkahest. This would be a new title coming to the PC from Push On that will be taking us into another medieval setting filled with many of the same styles of fantasy creatures and elements we have had many times over already. All with a bit of a realistic touch to help Alkahest try to stand out from all of the others who usually lean more into the fantasy side of it all. Read More...

A sequel to Damned is on the way with Damned 2 offering up a bit more gameplay out of the gamescom latam event Another asymmetrical multiplayer title is on the way with Damned 2 getting a new showcasing during the gamescom latam event going down. A new way for us to experience some horror in the world on the PC from 9heads Games Studios, so hopefully you have not been burnt out on that genre as of yet. If you have, maybe Damned 2 will offer up something new for you as it is not based on any specific IP and could be able to branch out further than the others. A new look at Terminator: Survivors is here to show off how the Terminator and many other aspects of the game are coming to life It has been a little bit since we had a fun update for Terminator: Survivors, and now we get to go behind the scenes a bit for the game to see how it is being made. All so NACON can further show off how they are making a game that many have wanted while also gearing us up for when it will be hitting the Early Access phase of things. One more look at Zoochosis offers up a bit more of what we will be doing & experiencing in Zoochosis when it launches There is still a whole lot about Zoochosis that many still do not know about as we are waiting patiently for it to drop on the PC. Even though we have been given quite a bit to look at for this weird horror bodycam title that Clapperheads is working on. That said, we are back to look at more and maybe learn a few things about the game from the source, not just from piecing together what we can from a bit of gameplay. We sit down and review Capes. One more take on superheroes, in a new world, and with some fun turn-based functions. Here is our review of Capes In a time when superhero media is all over the place and having a hard time giving us something new, Capes jumps out there in the mix to give it a shot. This would be the latest title from Spitfire Interactive and Daedalic Entertainment that is aiming to give us some of that while also mixing the turn-based gameplay too. A new hide-n-seek game, Midnight Murder Club, has been revealed with Midnight Murder Club offering up a darker twist to this children’s game When you hear of a title like Midnight Murder Club, I am going to guess that your mind does not jump right into a hide-n-seek kind of game, but that is what we have coming at us here. This would be a new title from Velan Studios that is taking the fun of that children's game and giving it a dark twist. Not only in the fact that Midnight Murder Club will be more like hide-n-seek in the dark with flashlights, but we will also be shooting those we find in this weird six-player multiplayer game. Those looking to play Epic Mickey again will be able to play it again soon with the release of Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed After waiting a bit since it was announced, Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed finally has a release date to get excited for and get us ready to experience the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. A release that is still coming at some point during the Summer for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC from Deadbolt Interactive and Perp Games. The colony needs some new guidance in Endzone 2 and here we have a look at just what else the world of Endzone will need from us The world is always changing and it seems to be the same thing we are going to be seeing in Endzone 2. As long as we are willing to set out and do that again when Gentlymad Studios brings this sequel title to the PC when it is ready. Then we will get more of the colony-building and Sim City style gameplay out there, again, just in the Endzone universe of things.
