Heavenly Sword is getting the big CGI film treatment and we have a trailer for it. How does it look so far? Back in November of 2013 we got the first look at what the Heavenly Sword CGI film would look like. I had my reservations, and still do, about this film and some of the things that looked to be missing when everything was announced. One of whom was one of my favorite characters Kai. At least that concern has been covered as she shown in this new trailer in all of her arrow shooting glory. Read More...

A partial Achievement list for South Park The Stick Of Truth has hit the internet and it is full of the humor we should be expecting from the game. We have the list of non-hidden items here. If you were not expecting the achievements/trophies for South Park The Stick Of Truth to fall in line with the franchise, then what were you expecting? If you were holding out for some reason then wait no more as you can be assured that they are as we have the list of open, most likely the non-story based, achievements for the game fresh from Xbox Achievements. You can go there to find out the values if you wish but most of the 50 are worth only 15 or of the bronze trophy level. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week. Here's a recap of what we covered in gaming. It's been a busy week in gaming here. We've had an awards show. We've had some new games out for review. We had a few new writers contribute. Hells, there was even a day where it seemed that all we were getting in the news was from Square Enix. You know the day I am talking about. Well, sometimes things fall through the cracks or are blocked on Facebook as per The Zuckerberg initiative. Read More...

It looks like Transformers Universe has become a MOTA instead of a MMO. Here is a trailer to show you how the game is looking now. It doesn't feel like that long ago that I heard about Transformers Universe and it was a browser-based MMO title in the works. Now it looks like, as the franchise namesake, Transformers Universe has transformed into a MOTA, or Massively Online Tactical Action game if you will. Or from the trailer, it looks like the multiplayer from the Activision published titles in the recent years all amped up and being the only gameplay. I won't lie, but a Transformers based MMO most likely would have played that same as how Transformers Universe now looks. Read More...

It has been confirmed by Andrea Pessino that The Order 1886 will have no multiplayer mode. Is that really a big surprise? It seems to be a slow news day here so we are going to make a deal about the news that The Order 1886 will have no multiplayer mode and stay strictly a single player, action, 3rd person title. That is directly what the co-founder and CTO Andrea Pessino of Ready at Dawn has taken to twitter with at least. While The Order 1886 has looked like a multiplayer title from the trailer shown announcing the game, it really is no big surprise to me and I truly hope that they do keep it that way. Read More...

We Sit Down And Review The Wolf Among Us - Episode Two. It's been a while since we picked up with Bigby and crew so lets see if the wait was worth it. It seems like it has only been a few months since the last episode of The Wolf Among Us, which seems like a bit of madness. It's been close to five months to be a little more exact. Given that you would think that Telltale would have a nice, long, and amazing addition to the episodic adventure. Well let's dig into it and see if the wait and money was worth it for The Wolf Among Us — Episode Two: Smoke & Mirrors. Read More...

Here is a nice video clip showcasing what looks to be the entire boss fight for the Toy Maker in Castlevania Lords Of Shadow 2. Spoiler alert if you can't understand that. So the title is a bit of a misnomer but none the less we have a nice new video for Castlevania Lords Of Shadow 2. It features a character that was first introduced in Castlevania Lords Of Shadow — Mirror Of Fate; the Toy Maker. Don't fear if you still have no clue who that is by the way. The below video seems to pretty much give you what you need to know for CLoS2 as well as the entire boss fight from the looks of it. Read More...

If you have ever wanted to fully take your PlayStation 4 games on the go with your PS Vita then here is a hack for you. Most of this was thought up by a young child. When the PlayStation 4 was first noted to be able to allow for remote play I was all stoked with the promise it could bring. More in the terms of being able to keep my PS4 games going no matter what is going on in my real world. Yes you can read that as I want to keep gaming as I poo. Colorful, I know. Read More...

Thief has gone gold and we are now getting our Master Thief 101 course. Well more like a "here's what to expect in the game" course. It is now official. Thief has gone gold and will be seeing our consoles and PCs soon. Soon as in February 25th for us here in North America and days afterward for everyone else not in Japan. So with that announcement of course we get a new game trailer for Thief but not the typical one. In fact this is more of what to expect in the game instead of a bunch of hype video to get you excited. Read More...

It has just been revealed that Murdered Soul Suspect will be coming to next gen consoles as well. Also, we have a lead as to the official launch date for the game. So yesterday (2/3/14) it was revealed that Murdered Soul Suspect would be coming to the Xbox One. In fact, there was a nice long video showing off the game on Microsoft's latest baby. There were also a few other cool things that were shown that I will bring up in a bit. What was less gone over is the fact that Murdered Soul Suspect is also slated for a PS4 release as well but that wouldn't come from the Xbox One video but the latest from Airtight Games; which I have also included below. Square Enix has given us a nice little recap of the whole story of Final Fantasy XIII up until now. Just in time for Lightning Returns. I am not one for the 'retro' gaming thing but I would be lying if I didn't get a kick out of the latest re-cap video for Final Fantasy XIII. It is all set up so that anyone who has yet to play Final Fantasy XIII or Final Fantasy XIII 2 can get a run down before Lightning Returns comes out and that they shouldn't need to play the other titles to be able to shell out their cash for the new game. Ok, so that was a lie. While the eight minute video for Final Fantasy XIII is a fun re-cap, there are so many things that are glossed over in the story here. Read More...

Bethesda has given us a new look at the Elder Scrolls Online in CGI trailer format. Sit back and watch as it will probably get you excited for the game's release. If there is anything that can get us all riled up right now it is a new trailer for Elder Scrolls Online as no one who is in the βeta is allowed to even show off a single screenshot yet. Even if you have played the βeta for Elder Scrolls Online I am sure that you will also get excited to see the new Arrivaltrailer that quietly shows us a bit of the game's rich story through silent heroes. It sounds a bit odd, but it works. Read More...
