Here we go with another fighting game called The Chainsaw Incident. It looks like a throw back to the original 2D fighters with a bunch of chainsaws… If you like chainsaws and fighting games The Chainsaw Incident might be right up your ally. It is a new 'indie', 2D fighting game in the works from Crazy Piranha and Or1go for the PS4 and PS Vita. Below we have a bit of concept art and a nice and shiny teaser trailer for The Chainsaw Incident. Feel free to check them out. Read More...

Sony has released a teaser for an upcoming Sly Cooper feature film. See it in its CGI goodness and wait for the 2016 release. Who here is a Sly Cooper fan? You know, the "gentleman thief" that warmed out hearts on the PS2 and then recently on the PS3 and Vita. Still don't know who I am talking about then click here for more details as we don't have time to go back and go over all the adventures of this anthropomorphic raccoon and friends. Feel free to come back once you've done your research. Ok, so you are back or never left. Read More...

Microsoft purchases the Gears Of War franchise from Epic Games this week and tasks Black Tusk Studios to continue the franchise. What does this exactly mean though? All of you Gears Of War fans should be dancing in the streets right now. While yes the news is just about Microsoft picking up the franchise it also makes it completely obvious that there will be a Gears Of War coming to the Xbox One and going forward. So the franchise isn't just dead in the water after the lackluster acceptance of Gears Of War: Judgment. So really good news for those fans as the franchise is going to have a chance to get back to its success from GoW3. Read More...

Just As In The Real World, It Is Going To Be Raining In inFAMOUS Second Son's Version Of Seattle. Here Is How The Dev Team Is Accomplishing That. Every time we take another look at inFAMOUS Second Son all I can think is how we are getting closer to being able to play out our fantasies in a simulation of real world locations. Seattle being the location in this instance. This seems a bit odd for the fire and neon wielding hero of the game as it is well known for its rain but I am sure it will work somehow. Read More...

It's time to go behind the scenes of South Park: The Stick Of Truth and see what has been going into the process of making such an epic game. It has been some time since we had anything new from South Park The Stick Of Truth, unless you want to count the show's Black Friday trilogy that ended as a giant ad for the game. Either way it is high time and…we really have nothing more except for a few looks at how the game has been designed from the start up until now. It is all in video form with a few small interview tidbits from Matt and Trey, but all in all there is nothing that we haven't seen or heard before. Read More...

The second episode of the Burial At Sea DLC of BioShock Infinite has a new and 'Exclusive' trailer out. If you don't care about minor spoilers then check it out. I will still go on record and state that I was not a big fan of the BioShock Infinite story but the Burial At Sea DLC has kind of attracted my interest. Not because it is back in rapture, but it seems to have what the first two titles had; an interesting and creative storyline. Granted I have yet to play the DLC yet and only have the trailers to work off so I could be way wrong. Read More...

Lightning Returns Final Fantasy XIII is bringing a lot of changes to the franchise with it. Here's a look at how the combat has evolved from the previous title. By now I am sure a good chunk of you have played the Lightning Returns Final Fantasy XIII demo on your respectful consoles. I know I have and I was intrigued and bothered by what I got to play. But this isn't a "review" or hand on kind of thing so we will save all of that for later. Yea I know, boo…hiss… I'll deal with it. Read More...

The latest Castlevania Lords Of Shadow 2 trailer gives a full montage of all the voice actors and major characters we will see in the game. Who doesn't like a good montage? Just in case we've all missed out on who will be in Castlevania Lords Of Shadow 2, both character and voice-wise, we have been given a new trailer for the game defining just that. There are also a couple of in-game shots of the game's environments and gameplay but who cares about that? Am I right? Read More...

Very little has been known about Basement Crawl, but now it looks like we finally have a release date and a bit of gameplay to look at. If you have been tracking Basement Crawl up until now, you'd know it to be a creepy looking version of Bomberman. At least of sorts. We've had the announcement trailer and a few screens with descriptions, but no real gameplay to show off. Well wait no longer as we have a nice little bit of gameplay to show off below. Let's watch. We have eight more eye popping screen shots for Destiny from Bungie and Activision. Did J.J. Abrams take over the game's visual direction? Sure looks that way. I will still admit that I am not completely sold on Destiny yet as many of the developer's fans already are. That said, I cannot deny that it is looking absolutely amazing and my jaw is dropped with almost every new shot. Not as far as The Division just yet but it is getting there with each new batch of visuals or gameplay video. That isn't what sells a game for me though even though it is nice to look at. It looks like one of the best Resident Evil titles, Resident Evil 4, is getting an Ultimate HD port to the PC. Seems about time, right? Just in time for its 9th birthday, Resident Evil 4 is getting the ultra HD treatment with a new edition aptly titled the Ultimate HD Edition. You may be thinking, "But we already have the ability to play it on PC. What's so new here?" Well, have you played Resident Evil 4 at 60 frames per second yet? Read More...

The official announcement trailer for The Amazing Spider Man 2 has been released to the public and it looks like it will be turning a Spider Man villain into an ally. Or is this a ruse? We had a tease for The Amazing Spider Man 2 a little while back and the time has come where we get the full trailer for the game. Yes it is another film tie-in game but the previous game was actually quite decent given the usual lackluster experience these kinds of games usually provide. Hopefully we can expect the same with The Amazing Spider Man 2. Read More...

We Get Another Look At inFAMOUS Second Son With The New Trailer That Is Also Mixed With All The Hype Goodness We Can Expect When It Officially Launches This Upcoming March. We are still months from the official launch of inFAMOUS Second Son and we are already getting a trailer filled with all of the praise the game is getting. A few more stunning screen shots from The Division that are hard to believe are in-game and not pre-rendered. This is what 'next gen' should really look like. I mentioned this before and I'll probably keep saying it, but how did I let The Division slip past my radar for so long? Every time there is something new to show of the game I am blown away with the aesthetics of the game and what the Snowdrop engine can do. If anything, the below screen shots should help drive that home a bit more. Mind you all but one is compiled of 100% in-game visuals and nothing pre-rendered. Read More...
