The next season for Mythic Quest is almost here and we have a short look at what to expect in Mythic Quest After a lot of waiting out there, the next season of Mythic Quest is almost here for us all to enjoy on Apple TV+. This would be the comedy show that highlights how things could be behind the scenes at a video game studio. One that has been crafted after Ubisoft, loosely, and stars a whole lot of big names in film and voice acting as well. If you have not seen Mythic Quest before now, you should head out and watch the first three seasons now. Read More...

New experiences could be on the way for The Last Of Us as we see just how Sony could bring The Last Of Us & other IPs to life What if I told you there could be a way to step into the world of The Last Of Us further than just a VR setting or a conga line haunted house? Would you be interested in that or would that scare you away? Maybe a mixture of both, but that will not stop us from taking a look at a new concept for immersive experiences that Sony is aiming for with the new hardware they are trying to bring to market. All with a showcasing during CES 2025 and a bit of a teaser for it all to give those who could not attend a little taste. Read More...

Hyperkin has a new controller on the way with a look at the updated Hyperkin Competitor controller While gaming is not usually a huge focus out at CES, this year Hyperkin came on out there to show off the new Hyperkin Competitor as it is licensed by Xbox. Normally, it is not a huge thing and one would expect it to just be something that has the branding of the company on another company's product. That is only slightly the case with this one as the Hyperkin Competitor is taking the form of another competitor's product to give many gamers a layout and experience that was only able through third-party and other backdoor ways out there. The biggest bit being that it is an Xbox Series X|S style controller but without the split stick design. Read More...

An open alpha test for Decimated is here with all manner of improvements for Decimated out there for you to check out It has been a good clip of time since we had something to share for Decimated after we had the big announcement it was heading to the PC years ago. This would be the new title that Fracture Labs has been toiling away on that will place us into a new cyberpunk world to go through some surviving and some role-playing in the game out there. Thankfully, it was not dead in the water and Decimated was still being worked on. All to the point that those interested in it can now hop into the open alpha test of the game as of right now. A new 2.5D platformer, Restitched, is announced with Restitched giving off a feel of another big title in the genre Those who are fans of 2.5D adventure using stitched together creatures will be glad to see we have another adventure on the way with Restitched. No, this is not another title in the line of a popular mascot IP, but a new one that Trixel Creative will be putting together on the PC. One that feels like it is getting right up to the line of things but not crossing it so Restitched will be able to launch out there. Once you are able to dive into the newly released gameplay footage to come along with this big announcement, you might be able to figure out what we are talking about without calling out the other IPs directly. The release dates for Carmen Sandiego are now set down for us so we can head back into the hunt for Carmen Sandiego again It was announced not too long ago that we would be seeing another Carmen Sandiego title back in the mix of things on the PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch, PC, and various mobile devices via Netflix Games. There was a bit of a mixed reception at the time, but that did not stop Gameloft and HarperCollins Productions from pushing forward and building the game out further for us all to get excited about. It is a return to form with the thief in the world and I, for one, was excited to see how it will be us playing as Carmen Sandiego in the game and not specifically hunting her down again. Some new updates are here for Toxic Crusaders to give us a sign of what is to come later in the year when Toxic Crusaders releases It has been a bit since we had a solid update for Toxic Crusaders, unless you have been lucky enough to go to various smaller gaming conventions around the United States. That is where Retroware has been showing off the bulk of the game updates, changes, and allowing some to play the demo live with them. A demo that PC gamers can pick up and experience as we have already here. Read More...

Season one of Marvel Rivals is almost here with some new characters and villains on the way to Marvel Rivals very soon Now that we have had a good amount of time to stew in what Marvel Rivals had to offer in Season 0 of its lifecycle, we are here to see the official release of Season 1 out there. The first full season of new content to join the game as NetEase Games has promised and to see if it will have the staying power on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC as it did over the holidays. Given that this will further expand some of the story in Marvel Rivals, that will be fun. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week As we though, this has been a rather short and slow week for all of our video games out there. We still had a few fun and new announcements, but a good portion of it all was catching up on things like the Ōkami sequel that is on the way, a look at the next thing for Dying Light, new modes for Hollowbody, and getting Think As Thieves out there in the mix. Not a week full of video games, sure, but one that had a whole lot for us to look at even with all of the holidays that have been going down. If only there was a good way to keep things going and the lights on better without needing to do all of the hard work when we should be having some happy times. Read More...

Join in the fun with Ayasa as you take on the latest demo that is now out there for Ayasa: Shadows Of Silence Those who might be in the market for a fun new title on the way to us can now take notice that Ayasa: Shadows Of Silence has a new demo for us all to play out there. At least there is a new demo on the PC with Aya Games still working on getting the full title there and on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch too. That is still slated for 2025, but as mentioned, we can get a small slice of the game right now to see just what kind of adventure Ayasa will be taking us all along. In a new platformer that looks to be set in a very different post-apocalyptic world with even more weirdness going on than the usual setting for it all. Read More...

It is time to become Thick As Thieves with the latest stealth game that we had announced recently also called Thick As Thieves Grab your thieves’ tools and gear up to head into a new video game experience with Thick As Thieves. A new title that OtherSide Entertainment and Megabit are working on that gives us pretty much what the title is alluding to. A new stealth game where we are taking up the role of thieves in a multiplayer setting to see who can get the big score first. All of which on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when Thick As Thieves is ready to launch. Read More...

A new survival challenge is on the way with Brutal Cube that will have us going solo or with others to make it out of the Brutal Cube It certainly does feel as if co-op survival games are all the rage out there and here we go with Brutal Cube getting the same announcement to give us more for it all. A new title coming to the PC from Woziva that will have us playing together and working against a new kind of threat out there. As the title of the game alludes to, it is going to be a bit brutal. A new Onimusha title is on the way after a very long wait with the announcement for Onimusha: Way Of The Sword It only took a bit of time, but it seems like Capcom is ready to bring back yet another title from the past and not in a remaster or remake style with the announcement for Onimusha: Way Of The Sword. It seems to be all the rage for them and I am sure that fans of the action series will be glad to finally have a fully new entry into the IP. That and to head back into feudal Japan with the fantasy that it all can bring us on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Read More...
