by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 9th of October 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place Live in the world of A Quiet Place a bit more with a new feature added in for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead Here we go with a fun new twist that many thought should have been in A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, and now we have full confirmation that it will be. In a game where the characters need to be completely quiet, it would be fun for Stormind Games to add in a reason for the players to be completely silent too. Beyond just giving us all the high-tension scenes that will keep us trying to survive. To add further to it, when A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead launches out there on October 17th for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, there will now be an option to have microphone detection turned on. Tormented Souls 2 Just Got A Little More Cinematic To Offer More Horrors
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of September 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Tormented Souls A new cinematic for Tormented Souls 2 is out there with a look at a few of the environments we will explore when Tormented Souls 2 launches A spooky day has come and passed and we have more to see for Tormented Souls 2 as it comes to some of the cinematics in the game. Well, more of the way some of the scenes will look and most likely feel as we play through what Dual Effect and PQube are building for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. More so as all of what we have to look at feels like it is using the engine of Tormented Souls 2 to show things off and not some extra hype video that will not look like anything the final version will look like. Even if this is still a little early in the game's engine with the final release of the game slated for 2025, but I digress. Read More...

A Dangerous Game Of Hide & Seek Is On The Way With A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of September 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place Go behind the scenes once more for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead to see how the stealth mechanics will function in the world of A Quiet Place In A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, not only will we need to make sure we are quiet, but in many instances we are going to need to be able to stay hidden too. Even though the Death Angels in the world should be blind, it looks like there will be instances where Stormind Games has made it so they could bump into us in general. Sure, that could cause a sound but it would just be easier not to have that happen and keep all of the audio to a lower level in general. Read More...

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead Is Offering More Sound Than Expected
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 4th of September 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place Go behind the scenes with A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead to see how the team is further playing with sound based around A Quiet Place It is always weird to think of sound design when it comes to titles like A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, when it is supposed to be quiet, but it is a major factor when it comes to the gameplay. That said, we should probably have a good look at all of that and how Stormind Games is building things out to not only fit the film but make the game as engaging as possible. That would be the topic of the latest behind-the-scenes video we have from the Saber Interactive to show off the team's work. Read More...
