If that means literally on October 31st or one of the surrounding dates that video games usually launch on, that is still up in the air from Jukai Studio and Versus Evil. I have a feeling it could be closer to one of the other days so we have a chance to fully experience Stray Souls on the big spooky day, but it could be the same.
