South Of Midnight Gives Us A Bit More Of Its Moodiness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of February 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
South Of Midnight South Of Midnight goes a bit more of the stop motion to offer up more of the “feel” South Of Midnight is giving It looks like we are going to be getting a whole lot of mood out there for South Of Midnight just before it launches on the Xbox Series X|S and PC. Just in case we all did not have a feel for what Compulsion Games was going for from all of the trailers and little bits of gameplay we have had before. With April 8th not too far off, seeing how the game is going to function is usually the better idea for those looking to pick it up. That is not what we have here today, as we have a new stop motion video for South Of Midnight to help set the tone and “feel” of the game. Read More...

Rise Of The Ronin Is Now Wandering Onto Our PCs Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of January 2025 - 10:00 PM ]
Rise Of The Ronin A PC release for Rise Of The Ronin is on the way with Rise Of The Ronin getting all of the usual upgrades for that I think it is high time that we stop claiming games are only going to be for a specific platform from the start, as Rise Of The Ronin is now on its way to the PC after a nice little year of being on the PS5. Even first-party titles are getting shifted over, so it only makes sense that a title from Team Ninja would get ported over to the PC after having a short little tenure there. Maybe it is just me, but it is what it is. Read More...

The Secrets Are Never At Rest In The Story For South Of Midnight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of January 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
South Of Midnight More of the story for South Of Midnight is out here now along with a solid release date for South Of Midnight I know back when South Of Midnight was first announced, I was curious and excited to see how different folklores were going to be highlighted in our video games. This is something that seems to have been a bigger shift recently and Compulsion Games was taking aim at some of the Southern United States and areas to dig into some new stories to focus on. Now, we have a taste of the bigger story that South Of Midnight is going to be bringing to the Xbox Series X|S and PC. A story that we all are going to have a chance to experience on April 8th, 2025, with the final release date placed down on all of our calendars out there. Read More...

The Story Is Evolving More For The Upcoming Assassin’s Creed Shadows
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of January 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed There is more to the story for Assassin’s Creed Shadows and we have one more push for that as we wait for the Assassin’s Creed to release It is going to feel weird that Assassin’s Creed Shadows missed the usual mark of a November release out there, but it was the choice that Ubisoft needed to make and get the game back to what the fans have been waiting for. Especially with the setting of this one being a place and era that fans have been asking for since the first title launched so long ago. They felt the full brunt of that when the story beats and the gameplay itself was flowing out there, and took even more time. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 1/13/25 — 1/17/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 18th of January 2025 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Well, this was certainly a solid week in video games and all of the interactive media out there. The House Of The Dead 2: Remake Is On The Way To Give Us More Rail-Shooter Fun
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 13th of January 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
House Of The Dead Another bit of House Of The Dead fun is on the way back to us all with the announcement for The House Of The Dead 2: Remake It looks like we all loved the first remake that was out there that now we have The House Of The Dead 2: Remake on the way to us all now. I mean, Megapixel Studio and Forever Entertainment did an amazing job bringing us the previous remake to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC that it would make sense for them to bring the next one back to us all. Even if we do need to wait until the Spring of this year to see how The House Of The Dead saga continues in our homes. Those of us who were able to play the originals in arcades might know how it all goes, but that was half a century ago, so it would be understandable if we all forgot some of that along the way. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 11th of January 2025 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week What a fun way to start the year off here even if it was a little slow on the side of video games and updates in general. It was the week of CES 2025, so that is a little more on our side of things as Marvel Rivals and Toxic Crusaders did start us off with some fun announcements. All so we could better experience what the convention had to show us for the Hyperkin Competitor and The Last Of Us experiences out there. Not to mention an "Aggrogamer After Dark" update for some video games that we are going to have to figure out how we can share with you all. Read More...
