by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of March 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Scavengers A new survival shooter, Scavengers, has been revealed and will be using some new technology to keep Scavengers’ AI ahead of the curve Get ready to add another survival title into the mix as Scavengers has been announced and coming from Midwinter Entertainment. It will be their flagship title and will be hopefully making some big pushes for the gaming industry in terms of multiplayer survival shooters out there. Yes, that is the basics of Scavengers, but there is of course much more coming for it all. Like the fact that it will take place in a not-too-distant future where a new Ice Age has come and a new mutated disease is messing with all of the world's life. Read More...

At least for the game here that Frontier Developments is making for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but it is something and now fans can get excited just for that. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 10th of March 2018 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Time to put another week of video games in the bag and look back at what happened this week. It was a pretty big one for a few franchises out there as Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 and The Division 2 where given the announcements and the hype for Far Cry 5 is hitting some heights. We also had a chance to see a few smaller titles get some new updates as we had more to see for A Plague Tale: Innocence and The Beast Inside this week as well. I will take all of that and more for our video games for sure. Read More...

Review — Bridge Constructor Portal
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of March 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
Portal We sit down and review Bridge Constructor Portal. It is all the fun of building bridges and the humor of Portal. Here is our review of Bridge Constructor Portal It can always be fun when we get mash-up video games out there that take two IPs and combine them into one and that is what Bridge Constructor Portal is here to do. The name here says it all as Headup Games aims to bring the game over to the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch for the first time to get us all into building bridges and then hoping for another Portal game to release. Staying on topic though, here we go with Bridge Constructor Portal as it has come out and is available for all. Read More...

Forget What You Know As Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Is Official
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of March 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty It has been officially announced that Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is coming and it also looks like it will ‘revolutionize’ the Call Of Duty franchise We all knew it was coming and now we have official word that Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is going to be this year's installment into the franchise. Given that Treyarch gave us the last one three years ago and that is how Activision seems to cycle the developers on the franchise, it makes perfect sense that we are heading back into the Black Ops world. The interesting part of this announcement though is the fact that we will be getting this year's Call Of Duty title a bit earlier than normal as it is already locked in for an October 12th release date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. A Plague Tale: Innocence Has New Screenshots To Whisk Us Away To A New Location
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of March 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
A Plague Tale New screenshots for A Plague Tale: Innocence are here and they give us a look at how some clashes have left more bodies lying around in A Plague Tale After a nice long wait, we finally have more to see for A Plague Tale: Innocence to get our hype back up for this interesting sounding title. In fact, last I saw anything for the game it was in a small room at E3 last year where Asobo Studio was showing off the very basics of the game and how we would be traversing a horror-scape filled with plague rats that could only be kept at bay by the light we held or set. It was one of the more interesting titles I saw then and I have been keeping an eye out for anything else to show off for A Plague Tale: Innocence. Read More...

The Beast Inside New gameplay of The Beast Inside’s current demo is out there now and it gives a better taste of what horror The Beast Inside will have for us The Beast Inside just recently kicked off the Kickstarter campaign to get the game funded and brought to completion. Since it launched it has been kicking ass and taking names as it is almost at its base goal with just under a month left to go. It looks like many out there are digging what Illusion Ray has to offer and want to see it come to completion. As things are in the world though, there are many who are on the fence for The Beast Inside, as they like to see some kind of substance of a game or item before throwing their hard-earned cash at it. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Mark another week of video games in the bag here for 2018 as we had another fun week and a whole lot of news to cover. There were also a whole lot of new video games getting the announcement treatment like The Blackout Club and The Beast Inside. SoulCalibur VI Gets Nightmare Back Into The Mix Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of March 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
SoulCalibur Add another character to the SoulCalibur VI roster as Nightmare is back to add the fear and darkness to the SoulCalibur franchise yet again Mark it down as not the biggest surprise for SoulCalibur VI, but it looks like Nightmare is on the way back into the fight and is now being shown off. It would have seemed odd if Bandai Namco did not include the character into the roster, but now we have a complete confirmation. I know fans of SoulCalibur in general will now be excited and ready to go whenever it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2018. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 28th of February 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
The Beast Inside The Kickstarter campaign for The Beast Inside is in full swing and now gamers who were interested in The Beast Inside can help fund the game and see what could be coming Here we go with another video game trying to get off the ground through Kickstarter, as the campaign for The Beast Inside is underway. Well, it has been underway for a few days now, but I would be remiss if I did not pass the information along to you so you too can help Illusion Ray get the funds needed to finish up the game. I say finish up as it does look like The Beast Inside has had a whole lot of work already done on it and even if the Kickstarter fails, I am sure there will be a release from Movie Games at some point down the line. Review — Immortal Redneck
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of February 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
Immortal Redneck We sit down and review Immortal Redneck. This quirky game has made its way over to the PS4 and Xbox One now. Here is our review of Immortal Redneck Last year, some gamers out there had a chance to pick up and play Immortal Redneck when it launched on the PC. Here we are under a year later and the game is out there again with CremaGames bringing it on over to the consoles as well. Sadly, we missed out on Immortal Redneck the first time around but I guess that is why we are back with a review of the new-ish version of the game as it hops onto the PS4 and Xbox One. It is another roguelike title that may be added into your list for the low price of $19. Read More...
