Evil Dead A new Evil Dead character (David Allen) is coming with the rest to Evil Dead: The Game next week now All of our rumors and speculation for the DLC coming for Evil Dead: The Game came to fruition as we have the next survivor added in and now all set to drop on us soon. Here we have the confirmation that David Allen from the 2013 will be joining in with Mia and The Plaguebringer to the game as Boss Team Games expands the rosters with the DLC. The Callisto Protocol New gameplay for The Callisto Protocol has been revealed and it shows off how far The Callisto Protocol will go with the gore The gameplay keeps on rolling out there for The Callisto Protocol and this is a nice new bit we have out of Gamescom that shows off two different bits for us to enjoy. The Expanse Fans of The Expanse can see a bit more on how The Expanse: A Telltale Series is going to further expand it all The hype train is getting up to steam for The Expanse: A Telltale Series and out of Gamescom we have some new gameplay to take in and see how they are going to further the story in general. Given how much work Telltale Games has to do to get back to their heights again, this could be a bit of an undertaking. Blacktail A new bit of story for Blacktail is here for us to dig into so we can see if we will be a good or bad witch in Blacktail The story of the Yaga is carrying forth with Blacktail and now we have a little more to go on for the story and maybe one of the other gameplay elements that The Parasight has only gone into a little bit so far. Given that the game is still slated to come to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this Winter, we are going to need everything out there that we can. Outlast Outlast fans will be glad to know that they can relive some of the horrors soon when The Outlast Trials enters into a closed beta Those that are brave enough out there will definitely be glad the hear some news on when we will get to experience what The Outlast Trials has to offer up to us. Things have felt a little sparse out there for news and updates when it comes to the game, and we all are still waiting for a final release date for the PC, but out of Gamescom this year, we did get a good little update. Borderlands Head back into the Borderlands with the official announcement for the New Tales From The Borderlands out of Gamescom Another of the worst kept secrets out of Gamescom is here with the official announcement for the New Tales From The Borderlands. The follow-up to the amazing title that Telltale did a long while ago, but with Gearbox Software behind the wheel to bring it to us. It will be interesting to see if they are able to bring us the same kind of gameplay experience we had in Tales From The Borderlands, but at least we all know it will be hardcore in on the lore and humor of it all. Here is our review of The Mortuary Assistant It feels like we have been getting a whole slew of simulation style games and job-sims in the industry, and now we get to add one more with The Mortuary Assistant. The latest title to hit the PC from DarkStone Digital and DreadXP, only that this one also goes a bit further than just being a job simulation game. Evil Dead A new demon is coming for Evil Dead: The Game and it is another from the long history of the Evil Dead IP A new class of demon is on the way to us for Evil Dead: The Game next month in addition to Mia, which we had confirmed last week. You should take note that it says new class and not just a new skin with this demon, presumably, bringing a few new game elements in from Boss Team Games and further the evolution of the matches. Even though it is hard to tell from the basic announcement on just what we are going to get, the name Plaguebringer and what we can scrape from the past Evil Dead films, could point us closer to what we are about to get. The cult from The Chant is on full display again and this time with more from the cast that will bring The Chant to life There have been some extra looks at The Chant in the past that hinted at the otherworldly elements that we would have to handle when the game launches, but now they are in full force here. It looks as if Brass Token has opted to stop tiptoeing around the cosmic horror side of things and give us all a look at the madness we will have to face in addition to the cult that our protagonist is getting inducted into. Even if it does look like it is all supposed to be some New Age mumbo-jumbo in The Chant, we can now see how dark things are going to go and how we are going to have to figure out how to fight back.
