Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we all thought, this week popped off with so much in the way of new and fun things in the space of video games. Even before we got into The Game Awards this year, we had shown like Fallout getting shown off as well as the trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI not waiting to release on that night. Blade The announcement of Marvel’s Blade is here and Blade will have his own video game out there in the world one more time Even though many are still waiting for the film to show up out there, it looks as if we are getting a video game based on Marvel’s Blade. A new title that was showcased during The Game Awards and let the world know that the Daywalker was coming back. Coming back and coming from Arkane Lyon and Bethesda when he does come. Not that they have not tried to give us a vampire title not too long ago either… but this one is coming from the Dishonored and DEATHLOOP developers and not the others. Read More...

Vampire The fourth playable clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is here to round out all of the types of vampire we will get to play The time has come and we have our final clan for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 when it comes to playable clans from the launch. Just as we thought it might be, it looks as if The Chinese Room is giving us all the Ventrue to use in the fight of the night. These are one of the main vampire clans that we normally would get to use in the game on tabletop as they fill the usual stereotype of things as well as give us a social way to handle many of the issues out there. Alone In The Dark A new delay for Alone In The Dark is here with the devs for Alone In The Dark taking longer for a great reason We have one more delay in the mix for the upcoming Alone In The Dark for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Not due to the fact that the game is not flowing out there well, but for good reasons for Pieces Interactive and not the normal bad things that normally get pushed. We will speak on that in a moment. Shadow Gambit Two more DLC expansions for Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew has dropped with some big treasure on the way to the crew of Shadow Gambit The adventure is continuing out there with two more DLC expansions for Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew landing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Landing and available right now along with some other fun updates that Mimimi Games has for us all in the mix. A whole lot of treasure is to be had while also getting to go through the journey of two more members of the crew in Shadow Gambit. The Last Of Us The new mode for The Last Of Us Part II is shown off as we all wait for The Last Of Us Part II Remastered to launch out there One of the big pulls for The Last Of Us Part II Remastered had to be the new mode that was announced to be coming out for the game. I say that, as many have been able to experience the game on the PS5 for a while now even if it was not truly native. Naughty Dog, I am sure, wants everyone to experience it in that way, but the bigger thing is the new No Return Mode that we are getting in The Last Of Us Part II. Grand Theft Auto The reveal of Grand Theft Auto VI is officially out there and we get to see more of the Grand Theft Auto fun in the mix The anticipation is finally over and all of the leaks and rumors are now brought to light with the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI. A title that has been speculated on for many years after Rockstar Games gave us some of the final big updates for the previous title. Wonder and speculate no more, as it is on the way and looking amazing. Mortal Kombat The next DLC character for Mortal Kombat 1 is on the way with a tease toward what else is on the way to Mortal Kombat 1 soon For those that have been looking for the next DLC character coming to Mortal Kombat 1, here we go with the announcement that will be Quan Chi. The necromantic sorcerer that has been a staple in the IP for a long while with NetherRealm Studios, and he is coming back to give us more to play with just before Christmas. Those that have the Early Access to the DLC out there, Quan Chi will be hitting Mortal Kombat 1 on December 14th on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Fallout The first trailer for the Fallout TV show is here to let us see how faithful to the Fallout games it is going to be It has been well-known that there was a TV adaptation coming for the Fallout over on Prime Video, and now here we go with a really good look at what is on the way. Not only that, though, but it looks like we also have a start date for when we are going to get to go into this acclaimed story again from Bethesda. Suicide Squad The other two members of the Suicide Squad are highlighted now to bring us further into Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League The next two members of the team are here to get their time in the light for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. That puts the whole team out there now for us and how Rocksteady is going to be handling them after taking the time to get the game on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 2nd. If you have not paid attention so far, these two characters are Deadshot and Captain Boomerang for the Suicide Squad as they team up to do what the title states. An odd thing given that the holiday season is currently focused around certain countries and not the whole world, but that does not mean we did not get some great updates for Five Nights At Freddy’s: Help Wanted 2, South Park: Snow Day, and Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. All video games that are still on the way to us all and needed some kind of update but also not the ones I was expecting to hit before the award season in the coming weeks. Texas Texas is getting a little bigger with two more characters coming to The Texas Chain Saw Massacre soon Those looking to have the Slaughter Family expand a bit more in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre need only wait a little longer for that to happen. The Last Of Us Those looking to continue the story of The Last Of Us will be glad to hear that The Last Of Us Part II Remaster is on the way It looks like all of those fans out there who wanted to play The Last Of Us Part II natively on the PS5 will soon get that want filled. Naughty Dog has made the announcement that there is a 'remaster' of the game on the way this coming January 19th that will finally give the world this version of the game. It seems odd to have a remaster after only three or four years of its original release, but The Last Of Us Part II is getting it.
