There sure were a lot of those announced or shown off this week haven't there? Although now of them have been anything to write home to mom about but not all video games can have amazing CEs. It has been announced, officially, that there will be another set of characters coming to Mortal Kombat X but it looks like we will have to wait until 2016 for them You would be lying to yourself if you though that the first Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat X was going to be the end of the new characters joining the roster of the game. Even the last Mortal Kombat title before this one had multiple new characters added over time by NetherRealm Studios and that was when DLC wasn't as easy to add in as it is on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC now. A new video from Hideo Kojima has been released thanking all for the support with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and the 28 year run of the Metal Gear Solid franchise Since Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is now out and available for all on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC it would make sense that we have a nice little launch trailer to celebrate with. A new horror title named The Park has been announced and looks to be hitting the PC with its horror sometime this October If you are looking for more horror to grace your PC monitors this Halloween then you are in a bit of a good place as The Park has just been announced to be on its way and just in time for the best holiday of the year. If you have not heard of The Park just yet don't worry as Funcom just announced it and that it is coming to PC in October 2015. The collector's edition for Rise Of The Tomb Raider has been revealed and it is pretty standard in the ways of collector’s editions goes Surprise, surprise. It looks like Rise Of The Tomb Raider is getting a Collector's Edition version of the game. Okay. Not really that big of a surprise here but up until now there has been no word from Square Enix on if there was going to be one or not. Hells, Crystal Dynamics has been pretty quiet on the whole thing but I am sure that is due to them trying to make Rise Of The Tomb Raider the game we want and need and not just a bland addition to the franchise. That is at least what I would like to think as it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside to think that as I'll most likely have another year to sit and wait for Rise Of The Tomb Raider to move from the Xbox 360 and Xbox One over to the PC and PS4. The launch trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has been released and it is full of nostalgia and new gameplay just for The Phantom Pain We are now officially a week out from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain's release on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Next Tuesday, September 1st we will be giving Kojima Productions' final foray into the Metal Gear franchise before departing Konami and moving on to other things. It will be a sad time but it looks like The Phantom Pain will be bringing us so much joy and "ultimate story" that we can overlook all of that and just pine for the game when not in our hands. The Phantom Pain has looked to be one of those titles that have the ability to last for quite some time even if you don't take part in the online multiplayer aspect of it all. Read More...

A stealthier version of the Rise Of The Tomb Raider demo that was shown off at Gamescom has been released to show combat doesn't have to be used in Rise Of The Tomb Raider If you were like me then you were most likely let down with the first showcase of Rise Of The Tomb Raider during Gamescom. It was claimed to be a stealth gameplay demo just for the show but there was a lot more combat mixed in and a lot less stealth than we should expect in Rise Of The Tomb Raider. It looks like Crystal Dynamics heard or read the outcry there as they have just released a new version of that "stealth" Rise Of The Tomb Raider gameplay footage only this time they really do mean stealth as Lara makes her way through the same area without trying to kill or injure a single person in Rise Of The Tomb Raider. Usually I am all about the killing to get rid of those pesky guards in games like Rise Of The Tomb Raider but that just has never been Lara's style before and more along the lines of Agent 47. A new promotional video for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has been released teasing that we will get the answers we've waited decades for It's a little crazy to think that we've been playing Metal Gear Solid games for almost thirty years. Twenty eight to be exact and it has been one hell of a ride that Kojima has taken us on over the years. I guess that will make the ending of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain much more emotional as it will be an end to a rather lengthy run. A new bit of gameplay for DOOM has been released out there and it shows off some good old fashions demon killing…and the BFG Sometimes in the hullabaloo of things stuff gets lost in the cracks as was the case here with the most recent DOOM trailer that was released. There have been so many new things going on due to Gamescom and a plethora of title releases that this new DOOM trailer was also missed by us here as well. We have a new trailer for The Technomancer to show off even if it doesn't show anything more than a bit of Mars from The Technomancer Hopefully you are in the mood for seeing more for The Technomancer. I say that because that is what we have here for you and all today in the form of a new trailer for the game. We can thank Spiders Games for giving us something else to look at for The Technomancer. Sadly though it looks like there is nothing new to truly look at except for a bit more the oddness that is Mars in The Technomancer and one of the mutants that we are going to be compared to while being hunted for "going rogue" in the game. Episode four for Tales From The Borderlands is releasing next week and we have a few screenshots to whet the whistle for the new addition to Tales From The Borderlands The wait is over as we have a release date for the next episode of Tales From The Borderlands. Only a two month wait for this episode titled Escape Plan Bravo so it looks like Telltale Games is getting back into the swing of things and keeping us all going on their titles. Even better that it is one of their better ones to me and still encompassing around Gearbox's franchise that we are all wait to get another addition to outside of Tales From The Borderlands. We Sit Down And Review King's Quest: A Knight To Remember. This Is The First Episode Of The Odd Gentlemen's reboot to the Famed Franchise From Sierra Entertainment. Here's Our Review On How They've Done So Far It's been some time since we last had a good King's Quest and the wait is finally over as we have the next installment to the franchise. This time the developer role has moved over to The Odd Gentlemen and the game is no longer a point-and-click adventure but Sierra Entertainment has kept their eyes closely upon it to try and keep it in the same vein as fans would want and expect. The actual demo for Rise Of The Tomb Raider on the Gamescom show floor has been released at it feels much more Tomb Raider-like than ever I am pretty sure now that Rise Of The Tomb Raider has been announced to not only be hitting the Xbox 360 and Xbox One but also the PC and PS4 that Microsoft is not going to do any justice on showing off what we can all look forward to for the game. During Gamescom they showed the world on their huge stage what Rise Of The Tomb Raider would look like on their system only to make Crystal Dynamics' work look like a Thief/Uncharted rip-off.
