Ultra-violent game Hatred has been Greenlit on Steam despite the outcry and disgust from the gaming community For a game like Hatred that has been getting a lot of hatred, pardon the puns this time, it seems odd that if all of it was true then the game would not have been approved by Steam's Greenlight project. Yes, Hatred has reached the appropriate level of positive votes and it is now greenlit to be on Steam once Destructive Creations actually finishes building the game. They have had a long 30 year run that has been pushed and promoted pretty much all year. Battlefield Hardline has a new trailer and with that a whole slew of new gameplay to try and spin the game's core narrative into a positive light Looks like we have a new trailer for Battlefield Hardline from EA and Visceral Games to look at over the holiday week. Just like the story trailer we had earlier in the month it looks like this one also follows more of the narrative and to the un-savvy viewer it looks like it is trying to push more of the positive spin that the police force needs in these current times. Maybe it is just me but the words non-lethal and rescues seem to get placed more prominent than all of the violence that will be taking place in Battlefield Hardline when we get it. Grand Theft Auto V Online still has no Heists but you will be able to have epic snowball fights while wearing ugly sweaters While we are still waiting for our Heists in Grand Theft Auto V Online it looks like Rockstar is at least giving us a few new things to bring us back into the game over the holidays. Today the developer announced that they are rolling out some fun updates for Grand Theft Auto V Online with a bunch of Festive Surprises. We can hope it will be a sneaking way to add in the mode we've been waiting forever to get into the online experience but as of right now it is nowhere listed among the additions and timed exclusives we will be seeing over the holidays in Grand Theft Auto V Online. Hatred was up on Steam's Greenlight for a few hours before being removed and declared not to be published by Valve So this was going to originally be about Hatred being up on Steam Greenlight but as I began to wrap the final keystrokes it would seem that the game has been pulled down. Yes, Hatred was up for community vote on Steam's service to be published but, like I said, it was only there for a few hours before it was taken down for the voting and an official statement was released from Valve on the whole situation. The official story trailer for Battlefield Hardline's single player mode has been released and it is pretty much Cops without editing If there has been one game that has had a rough go with its marketing as of late it is Battlefield Hardline. Not that the PR teams over at EA and Visceral Games are not doing a good jobs. Dead Island: Epidemic, the ZOMBA title from Deep Silver, has now entered an open beta stage for us all to play and test Good news for all of those who were excited for Dead Island: Epidemic but were not able to participate in any of the closed or past betas for the game. It looks like the game has now entered into a full open beta for all to enjoy. Not only that but it looks like there have been a few new things added into Dead Island: Epidemic to entice us all in joining the Zombie Online Multiplayer Battle Arena, or ZOMBA for those who don't know how to make acronyms.
