This Week In Video Games 12/15/25 — 12/19/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 20th of December 2025 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we were expecting, this was certainly a full week of video games. Some of it is catching up from all of the big announcements we did have, while also offering up some other games that were left out of The Game Awards, as they would not drive money to the show. Titles like Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival and Painkiller, even if others like Divinity and WARLOCK hit on the harsher themes and mature content in the same ways. It is kind of why you still need some of the mavericks like us out there covering the various video games that are not going to be big news for the "mainstream. Read More...

Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival Shows Off How The Sights Are Coming Together
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of December 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Hellraiser A new developer diary for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival is out there to help us show how Hellraiser is finally coming to video games One of the more interesting updates we had that was not part of The Game Awards this year had to be from Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. Almost as if the award show was even afraid to touch the topic of the game. Yet Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games carry it all onward to make sure we know what is going on. Perhaps it is due to the graphic nature of the Hellraiser IP, and the awards show did not want to risk losing any of that ad revenue, so they played it safe for themselves while keeping gamers in the dark about it. UN:Me Announces A New Way That Souls Will Be Swapping Out There
by Juliet Meyer [ Thursday, 11th of December 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
UN:Me Learn more about some souls in UN:Me, a new title announced that will have us all question just what might be going on in UN:Me It seems as if we are on a Japanese horror theme today, as we have another title getting the announcement with UN:Me. A new title from historia and Shueisha Games that is heading to the PC. All well and good. The fun little twist on this mind-bending, third-person, slight horror experience is that we are going to have many souls inhabiting our protagonist. Read More...

Postal: Bullet Paradise Is Time-Hopping Its Way Into Our Timeline
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of December 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Postal A new Postal game is on the way to us all with Postal: Bullet Paradise, and it looks like things are even more dystopian than ever Just when you thought the Dude might have had his last run, timelines switch up and give us Postal: Bullet Paradise. A new title in the line of the IP with Goonswarm Games working on it, and Running With Scissors bringing it all to the PS4, PS5, Switch, Switch 2, and PC in 2026. All to keep the Postal IP alive, shooting up all of the things, and keeping the toilet humor flowing out there. Along with the basic power fantasy that we know all gamers want to have, but very few are willing to admit to in a positive way. Read More...

Things Are Finally Switching Up With Assassin’s Creed Shadows
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of December 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed Assassin’s Creed Shadows has now launched on the Switch 2, and we have a bit of fun seeing how Assassin’s Creed Shadows will run Those looking to take their kills on the go with Assassin’s Creed Shadows can do that today, as the game has now launched on the Nintendo Switch 2. A day that I know some fans have been waiting for, and others waiting to see how Ubisoft will handle the port over to the new mobile console. A move that seems to allow players to keep the fun they might have had on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC ongoing. Read More...

Call Of Duty The next season for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7 zombies is on the way, with more of the Call Of Duty zombies mode going further out there The undead are looking to go interstellar with the first season of content on the way to the Zombies mode for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7. Well, not really looking, but are actually going there, as Treyarch gears up to keep this story going and fans engaged with the mode out there on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The normal move it feels like the Call Of Duty IP, and many others do, when they need something shocking to drive fans into a tizzy. More Than Just The Huntsman Will Be On The Loose In A Few Days
by Jana Lass [ Tuesday, 25th of November 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Huntsman New spiders are on the way to Huntsman, as we get closer to the final release date we have to fear the Huntsman We are about to get swarmed here in a few days, as Huntsman crawls its way out to the PCs out there. The full game is ready to release, with OnTheHouse Studios getting this arachnophobia title wrapped just in time for the creepiest of holidays to pass. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 24th of November 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Silent Hill The official trailer for Return To Silent Hill is here to get us all ready for our final home in Silent Hill It certainly feels like we have seen more teasers and behind-the-scenes videos for Return To Silent Hill, but we are finally here with the first official look at the film. It is still a tease of sorts, as this is just a trailer for the film, but it is something to give us a better feel for what will be hitting theaters on January 26th, 2026. That and to get a better feel for how the team is bringing the look and feel of Silent Hill 2 to life in the film form. Not a direct retelling, so we have been told so far, but something that has truly inspired the film to give fans of the game something deeper to look out for. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 11/17/25 — 11/21/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 22nd of November 2025 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Let us wrap up this week of video games and news out there. Not that we truly have a choice in it all, as the week is coming to an end and the news is going to dry up a bit. Even if we did get some solid things like season three for Twisted Metal on the way, so racy gameplay for Hellraiser: Revival, and some looks at 007 First Light and Jurassic Park: Survival in the mix. Along with some smaller video games getting the highlight and release out there in the wild. Read More...

The Gameplay Is Getting Sexy Out There For Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of November 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Hellraiser New gameplay for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival is out there to give us a feel for the pain that Hellraiser will be bringing us The sights are coming for us all to see, with the official gameplay for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. Gameplay that might be a bit questionable for some out there, as it does look like Saber Interactive had to make a whole lot of censors to get it out there in the wild. Thankfully, not so many that we are not able to see what pleasures and pains the game will offer up when it hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in 2026. All very fitting for the Hellraiser IP, but not for the general audiences of the internet. Read More...

Phantom Line Fires Off A New Playtest With Some New Threats Out There
by Juliet Meyer [ Monday, 17th of November 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Phantom Line Some new threats and anomalies are on the way to Phantom Line, as we all get ready to take on a whole new playtest for Phantom Line It is time to wake right back up and get ready for another play test on the way for Phantom Line. The little co-op shooter set in the liminal spaces beyond our reality that Antistatic Studios has been crafting is further evolving, and that means more things to play with. As long as you can hold out until March 5th to do all of that on your PC. That feels like such a long wait to get to see all of the new threats and anomalies out there in Phantom Line, but they need to build that hype up somehow. Read More...
