by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of May 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games One more week in video games in the bag and many more to go. Although I have a feeling we are going to be on the lighter side of the news here soon as E3 is rolling in and there will be way more rumors that we can shake a stick at. All that aside though, this one has been fun with all kinds of updates on Final Fantasy XV and Dishonored 2. Not to mention our latest reviews here for Hitman and The Magic Circle. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of May 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Technomancer A new trailer for The Technomancer has been revealed that shows off the various companions you will have in The Technomancer to help you tame the wastes of Mars As it looks, you won't be completely alone when you tackle the world of The Technomancer. We knew there were going to be NPCs and other characters to populate the world that Spiders has crafted for us and even that some would be helpful. Now we get to see just how helpful as we have a trailer for The Technomancer devoted completely to just that; the companions. Not a moment too soon either as the wait until June 28th is almost over. Plants Vs Zombies The next major update for Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 has been announced and it brings one of the largest maps to Plants Vs Zombies ever this Summer It looks like more trouble is on the way to Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 but thankfully it is the kind that we are all looking for. In this case it is in the form of another major content update from PopCap Games as we are getting a new map, characters, and a whole lot more. Also all of those general updates that EA like to have added in for Plants Vs Zombies here but that isn't something we all care about. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 5/9/16 — 5/13/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of May 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This was a slower week in video games but we made it through. Of course I chalk all of this up to it being Friday the 13th week as well as it being filled with a whole lot of game releases. But of course we also did get a lot of Mafia 3 news out there as well as some Hellblade and of course it wouldn't have been a solid week in video games without the Friday The 13: The Game updates. You know it had to have some solid stuff this week and of course it did. I have a feeling that next week may just about the same in the lighter side of news of video games. Read More...

Five More Ways Mafia 3 Is Not Your Normal Open World Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of May 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Mafia 3 More gameplay for Mafia 3 has popped up online and along with it comes some good explanation on how Mafia 3 is not an open world clone If what we've seen so far for Mafia 3 wasn't enough to get you interested in picking up the title then I don't know what is wrong with you. I'm sure Hangar 13 would feel about the same way given all of the insane advancements and changes to the franchise that look to make it truly new. Of course you have a lot of people out there stating that Mafia 3 is just another open world clone of games like GTA now but as some new gameplay and impressions would show those people may be just as wrong as the mafia was to kill Clay's crew. As it turns out there have been some other major media outlets that have had a chance to place hands on with Mafia 3 and gain access to some new gameplay footage. Read More...

Meet All Of The Turtles Here For TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of May 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
TMNT A set of new video clips for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan have been released and each gives us a look at the different TMNT fighting styles and personalities we're getting By now it should be safe to assume that most people know who the characters are for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan. In terms of the main character we are going to get to control in the game. Sure Platinum Games may have tweaked a few things to make it fit into the game's world and also for gameplay reasons but it should be safe to assume. If not then it looks like you are in luck as Activision is bringing us all more to look at for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan in terms of just how each of the turtle's will be fighting and fitting into the video game universe here. Head Back To Arkham As Leaked Batman: Return To Arkham Box Pops Up
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 9th of May 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Batman A new leaked image all but confirms Batman: Return To Arkham is a thing and we will be playing as Batman again but in terms of the previous Arkham titles It seems like one of the worst kept secrets for the Batman franchise has been revealed after a whole lot of leaks and rumors spreading around. There is still no solid word out of Rocksteady Games or out of Warner Bros. at that but if the most recent box art to pop up is valid it looks like we will be seeing Batman: Return To Arkham sometime soon. Mafia 3 Will Have You Driving More Like A Stunt Driver
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 9th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Mafia 3 A new trailer for Mafia 3 has been released and this one focuses more on the driving mechanics of Mafia 3 which the developer claim as more Hollywood Stunt Driver than anything If you were hoping that Mafia 3 was going to be deviating from its franchise's grounded history in driving then you might be a bit upset. For those like me then you may glad to see that Hangar 13 is deviating from the norm a little bit to give us a better cinematic feel when driving around New Bordeaux. At least this is what the most recent trailer and dev explanation for Mafia 3 is aiming at as we are getting what they claim is a Hollywood Stunt Driver feeling when it comes to this game now. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of May 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Such an amazing week in video games this one has been. We started off with the announcement of a new Call Of Duty title and then ended with the announcement of Battlefield 1. All with a bit of Dishonored 2 mixed in and the start of the mad rush to get all of these reviews out to you all. We need an extra 30 hours to get to all the video games this week and even then I don't think we would have enough time. We are not even in any kind of convention season so we can only imagine how crazy all of that will be. Read More...

Minecraft We Sit Down And Review Minecraft: Story Mode — Order Up. This Is The Fifth Episode Of Telltale's Take On Mojang's Famed Franchise. Here's Our Review On How They Did Normally this would be the final end-cap on the season for Minecraft: Story Mode but as it turns out we still have three more episodes to go before season one officially ends. Yes, Telltale Games is taking this whole story into an eight part thing instead of the traditional five. I guess there is a lot to tell for Mojang's title that has never had a story before.
