Let the "viral" marketing begin for Deus Ex: Human Revolution with a fun new website showcasing some of the great augmentations Sarif Industries will be offering up to everyone, Adam included. Not only that, but a lot of other interesting facts can be found by "Hacking" the system. If only the careers section worked. I'd totally be down for some R&D. But I digress. Read More...

Last Week we brought you the first look at the new Ghost Busters game that is being produced for spring 2011. Let's just say they were a bit unimpressive. In fact mixed with the news that none of the original cast where attached to the project, there is a lot of doubt cast on Sanctum Of Slime. I mean they turned the Ecto-3 into a fucking hummer for the game. You can totally see it in the larger images and video below. Now to my hopes. Read More...

With how the Uncharted franchise boomed and wowed us gamers is it really shocking that a third game is coming? Not at all. Especially since the sequel did something that is relatively not done in entertainment. That is being better than the original. Now it is time to see if Naughty Dog can again out do themselves in making an awesome game. If we are lucky, we might get to see some impressive things during this weekend's Video Game Awards on Spike TV. Submitted for panties to start bunching are a few screen shots, box art, concept art and a teaser for the teaser that is going to be shown during the awards show. Read More...

More like four new looks at L.A. Noire for your viewing pleasure. All with a little bit of history mixed in. Like did you know that 1947 was the most violent year in L.A.'s history? Or that it was alright for Lester The Molester to group dead bodies as long as the window was open to any and all voyeurs out there? My personal favorite is the fact that "Talk To The Hand" was coined way back in those days by a flatfoot defending a lone barricade. Isn't history fun and exciting? Read More...

I thought it was called Mortal Kombat because it was suppose to be mortals fighting other mortals for the pleasure of the higher beings all in an attempt to save their worlds/universes/whatever. I always found it odd that there was a thunder god in the mix and has been since the original Mortal Kombat came out. Not very fair for super powered mortals to have to fight a god. I mean, they aren't Kratos or anything. Read More...

Looks like it is that time again. You know the time to brush the dust off a franchise that paid off well in the past because we are running out of original ideas. Square Enix just let loose the announcement of another new Tomb Raider game. A full on game at that and not just a downloadable PSN/XBLA game. Only thing is, they are going to try and tell us all where Lara Croft came from…except it isn't the Lara we already know. Here is the short description of the title Crystal Dynamics will be working on. Read More...

I saw this coming since they announced it. Looks like the exclusive, for now, PlayStation Rewards Program is going to start adding "Quests" into the mix of ways to increase to the next tier of rewards. Yep, you will be able to get those awesome yellow question marks off the website or however you are able to check you progress. Then you can perform the task and turn it in for a little more of whatever they are calling XP for this. I don't know why they called this "Quests" when "Real World PSN Trophies" would have suited it better. Read More...

This just in! The guys who are playing Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Loki (Tom Hilddleston) are going to be voicing the characters in the game too. Not only that, but their likenesses will be used for the character models as well. Holy Fucking Shit Balls! I never would have guessed this in a bazillion years. Words cannot describe how fucking shocked I am. And that kiddies… is what we in the biz call sarcasm. Read More...

I swear the monthly charge thing for Onlive is flip flopping more than Ross Perot's candidacy for President in the 90's. First they are going to charge a monthly fee just so you can buy or rent games. Then they take away the monthly fee and leave it open for anyone that wants to buy or rent games. Now they are offering a monthly fee again. At least this time it isn't just to have access to the games you have already purchased or rented. Looks like anyone that has picked up their MicroConsole or uses the PC/Mac app will have the ability to pay $9. Read More...

With Ghostbusters: The Videogame selling over a million copies, it looks like Atari decided to milk our childhoods for more money by having Wanako Studios, a studio owned by the makers of Naughty Bear, slop together another game in the franchise. From these preliminary views, Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime is going to play just like Alien Breed or Dead Nation with a coat of Ghostbusters paint on it. A 3/4 view running around an area aiming proton beams to wrangle up all the unsavory specters. Maybe they will include the purple slime from the second film in some way. Read More...

We've been through WWII and up to Modern Warfare so now it is time to tackle two "wars" that seem to be glanced over by most FPS franchises. Yea, Call of Duty: Black Ops places us deep in the mix of the Vietnam War and the Bay Of Pigs Invasion all in another attempt to stop the Russians from destroying the U.S. This time they are trying it through chemical warfare and biological warfare. Another year and another, and touted as the last, Saw film and a new Saw game to go along with it. Some would say that the whole franchise has been going downhill for a long while now, on the film side, and Saw: The Video Game was not all that well received by gamers. "So why even make a sequel?" is what you have to be thinking. Is it to cash in on the last legs of the franchise? Read More...

Up until now we have been given pre-rendered scenes and clips to show off Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Those clips did have some gorgeous visuals no doubt. I mean look at the studio and publisher for it, it's kind of what they are known for. But in the end, none of that did all that much to show off what we will actually get to control during the game. I also mean really control since the last "Game Play" clip was more scripted scenes than anything. Below is another clip showing off a bit more of what I mentioned we've missed so far, actual game play. Read More...

Here we go with another rhythm game coming into the mix of things. Pun totally intended. The game this time is DJ Hero 2. The follow up and expansion on from last year's DJ Hero that let gamers hop into the world of "professional" DJing. Like every other title in the rhythm genre there are some new additions outside of the core track list. Some good, some not so good and some just kind of "What The F**k?" Let me break it all down for you and let you know if you should actually pick up a copy of DJ Hero 2. Read More...

Splatterhouse is going to be violent. There is no doubt to that at all. Queue the question… But how violent is it? Well if you look below, you can get a view of some of the new shots of some of the "Splatter Kills" in the game. These are some of those over the top finishing moves that Rick will be performing at your behest. These apparently are the mild ones too as some have been rumored to cause dry heaves in the developer's studio. While I am sure that Splatterhouse's special and stylized kill moves will be awesome and unique, I have doubts that they will have the same effect on us desensitized gamers. Read More...
