With the fall of the mighty THQ and the purchasing of South Park: The Stick Of Truth by Ubisoft, all of us have been questioning what may or may not change in the final product. Especially since Ubisoft has it's hearts with the French and the Canadians and the minds behind South Park love to tear them apart. With questions like that and a huge interest in the game, I took a seat and watched what Obsidian had to show us at E3 after the great publisher swap. E3 2013 Impression: Murdered: Soul Suspect

If there was one title I was overly excited to check out at E3 this year it was Murdered: Soul Suspect. Just the basic announcement by its self gave quite a few reasons why it could be an amazing new IP, but I got to actually sit down and check out a bit more of the game than has been shown. Here's a bit of what I am sure we will all be able to see here in the not too distant future. As has been mentioned in the announcement, we get to play as Ronan O'Connor who used to be an investigator in Salem, Massachusetts with a shady past. In what seems like an attempt to not force an exact belief structure, Ronan gets dropped in The Dusk (Ghost realm) that is a bridge between the land of the living and whatever is the "next. Watch The Call Of Duty: Ghosts All Access Livestream Right Here

So just as Konami did earlier, Activision is hosting a PrE3 event. The only difference is that this 30 minute event is all about one title, Call Of Duty: Ghosts. It starts at 11am PST on the 9th, A.K.A. today. Unless you are reading this in the future then we'll just go with June 9th. Either way you should be able to see it below, even if you are viewing from the future. What are they going to cover? The E3 Daylight Trailer Is Just As Cryptic As The Game

Back during PAX we got a little bit of hands-on with Daylight and the developers were a bit close lipped about some of the specifics even while we were playing the demo. As you move through an abandoned hospital with but your phone for light and direction you encounter cryptic things about the environment that we had to piece together to continue. A nice little feature that isn't all that common in games today and with the below E3 trailer it looks like it is going to move into their PR for the game as well. Is Dying Light A Capture The Flag/Parkour/Zombie Game?

Talk about another E3 trailer that is all CGI and no game play. A new trailer for Dying Light has just been released into the wild and it surprisingly shows no game play despite the fact that it will be on deck at the convention this year. What is interesting to note though is that even though there is no game play some of the events could point toward other aspects of the game than "survive the zombie uprising." Here's The Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 Trailer Outside Of The PrE3 Event

Yesterday we got a look at what Konami and its developers are bringing to E3. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 being one of the larger titles talked about and shown off. Amongst all the PR hype and a dumb looking Mega64 parody we got a nice 6 minute trailer showing the game in action. Knowing what we gamers want it would seem that Konami has clipped the trailer out and supplied it for all of our viewing pleasure. Here it is without all the other BS around it. Here Are A Few New Screenshots Of The Evil Within, But No New Info

Talk about being tight lipped. While most other larger titles are getting new trailers and information spewed all over the internet leading up to E3 it looks like The Evil Within is holding back. Well holding back a bit as you will see a few "new" screenshots below but nothing new to add to the overall game. See The Next Generation Of Mo-Cap With inFAMOUS: Second Son

Let's add a bit of a break from the E3 trailers and PrE3 announcements for a moment and take a look at how some of the next gen tech is shaping up in regards to motion capture. Since both the PlayStation 4 and inFAMOUS: Second Son are going to be huge things at the event I am sure we will get to see more, but for now let's look at how much detail the new hardware and software will handle the fine movements in a game. Some of these being things that can help define a character's mood without the need of speaking. Pretty interesting even though the main character looks to have a lazy eye most of the time. By now we all know the premise behind Wolfenstein: The New Order. The Nazis got the bomb first and ended up winning WWII because of it and William "B.J." Blazkowicz, AKA you, are given the orders to try and take down the Nazi powers that be. Standard affair if I do say so myself outside of the super tech that the Nazis have at their disposal. Saints Row IV Is The Most Dramatic Saints Row Game... EVER!

We all know the Saints Row franchise to be over the top and not one to take its self serious. Saints Row IV is no exception to that either even though the new trailer released for E3 has it quoted as the most dramatic in the franchise. Hells, this "War for Humanity" trailer does look very dramatic, at parts, but it really is all kinds of hilarious. If you were expecting something else then you might not know the franchise. Miss The Konami PrE3 2013 Show? We Have It Here For You

Even though we are still days out from E3 week, Konami has taken it upon themselves to "go first" with the showcase of what they have coming in the next year. This isn't anything new for Konami and will probably stay the same for the coming years. The entire "event" went live at 10 am PST and as of this posting just about ended, but we have it in its entirety in case the real world had you pulled away from you computers.
