New Multiplayer VR Game Werewolves Within Has Been Outed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Werewolves Within A new VR game, Werewolves Within, has been announced and pits players against each other to see who truly has a Werewolves Within… The mainstream VR hardware is still a bit off from release and it looks like we have yet another odd game to add to the list as Werewolves Within has just been announced. While the title does sound a bit goofy it does look like Red Storm is trying to make something truly unique out of the gate for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Werewolves Within wouldn't be a true Ubisoft game if it wasn't trying to capitalize on every available platform that it can right out the gate after all. Read More...

Come As You Are For New Quantum Break Footage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Quantum Break A new cinematic trailer for Quantum Break has been released and it adds some darker tones to Quantum Break with a cover of Nirvana If for some reason you didn't have a good grasp on how the theme of Quantum Break will feel then it is time to see yet another cinematic trailer for the game. I swear Remedy wants to pump out more of these then any real gameplay but seeing as Quantum Break is using a very life like structure for the characters what you are about to see could quite easily be gameplay and we just don't know it. Of course this isn't the only thing to take away from this latest trailer for the game. Read More...

NightCry Is Looking To Terrify Sometime This Spring
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of March 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
NightCry After a nice little alpha demo of NightCry it looks like the development team is prepping for a Spring release for NightCry on the PC Last year we were able to see that NightCry was funded and in the works from Nude Maker studios. There was a lot of rejoice as many, myself included, loved the Clock Tower games that this was game was going to be building off even if it wasn't a direct sequel. As Kickstarter campaigns go of course we were all updated with a few things during the time of success and now and if some of those backers had been keeping a close eye they would have seen a nice little alpha slice of NightCry to have been played all last month. It looks like things went well and the feedback that was given was helpful as it looks like the PC build of NightCry is now well on its way to release in the next few months. Read More...

Homefront: The Revolution's Goliath Edition Equips You For War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Homefront The big collector's edition for Homefront: The Revolution has been revealed and it comes with a drone inspired by Homefront that you can use at home The release of Homefront: The Revolution is still a ways out as it is still set from May 17th and you still may be on the fence about picking up a copy. It happens and that usually leads publishers like Deep Silver to throw together some great bonus editions of their games like they have here with the Goliath Edition for the next entry into the Homefront franchise. It really looks like the way that we are going to want to play Dambuster Studios' creation as it will let us take some of the action off the screen and into our homes. Read More...

Here's our review on how they did When it comes to some great storytelling The Walking Dead graphic novel is one of the best. Mortal Kombat X The fourth and final new character coming to Mortal Kombat X, Alien, has been shown off and now we can solve the great question in Mortal Kombat X over who is the better hunter The last of the new fighters heading to Mortal Kombat X has been shown off and now we have a good look at the xenomorph, or Alien, from the franchise of the same name. Now is the time that NetherRealm Studios can sit back and just rake in the cash as the Kombat Pack 2 and Mortal Kombat XL are just days from launching and we have some great reasons for all of it. Especially if you and your buddies want to keep answering the question of who would win between Alien and Predator in a fight to the death. Read More...

The BioShock Collection Gets Rated Yet Again For Possible Release
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of February 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Bioshock The BioShock Collection has been rated again, this time in Brazil, and it looks more like the BioShock Collection could be a real thing In September of 2015 we had our first "leak" of a supposed BioShock Collection from the South African ratings board. It was claimed that it was in the works from 2K Games, heading to the PS4 and Xbox One, and heading to them on November 27th of 2015. Seeing as that day has come and passed it was easy to think that a BioShock Collection was just a fleeting thought and nothing of truth. That was of course until it was rated yet again and put a bit more substance to the possibility that we will head to Rapture again on the next gen systems. Read More...

Another ADR1FT Gameplay Video Shows Off How Serene Space Is
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of February 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
ADR1FT A new ADR1FT video has been released just after the release day announcement and it is more accolades for ADR1FT than any true showing Earlier in the month it was confirmed that ADR1FT would be getting its PC release on March 28th and the console version would be soon after. Three One Zero has been working hard on making the game the best VR experience to have and it has impressed quite a bit. That's why I find it odd that it took so long after the initial announcement for 505 Games to give us the trailer talking about said praise for ADR1FT as well as extra the release date. I guess again, beggars can't be choosers here and we should just be thankful. Read More...

Mortal Kombat X's Drunken Master Has Stumbled To The Forefront
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of February 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat X The third new character coming to Mortal Kombat X in the next DLC push, Bo' Rai Cho, was shown off and Mortal Kombat X looks to be in for many fart jokes The third or the four new fighters coming to Mortal Kombat X via the Kombat Pack 2 DLC has been shown off at it was the lovable drunken master Bo' Rai Cho. NetherRealm Studios gave us a glimpse of the character during the story mode of MKX but now the DLC is bringing him fully to life and bringing more "comic relief" to the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Comic relief in the terms of he kills with farts in Mortal Kombat X. Read More...

Mortal Kombat X Lets The Massacre Get Underway
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of February 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat X The break down for Mortal Kombat X's upcoming Leatherface DLC has been shown off and it looks like he has a lot to add to Mortal Kombat X in terms of fighting and awesomeness The next character for Mortal Kombat X's upcoming Kombat Pack DLC has been shown off and it is glorious. Leatherface has shown his face and variations in the latest Kombat Kast that NetherRealm Studios held yesterday. For those still not in the know this is how they have shown off pretty much everything for Mortal Kombat X to date and now with the DLC and Mortal Kombat XL version almost here for the PS4 and Xbox One it was high time to show us another character in his true form. You can see the full recap of what was shown off for Leatherface in Mortal Kombat X but if you want to save some time it is a lot of great movie references and moves for the character and he looks to be even more brutal than Jason was in the first pack.
