by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 8th of September 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Dreadcore Head out into the world with Dreadcore, and a new cyberpunk horror with the announcement we have for Dreadcore: Locked Unit It feels oddly fitting that we have had a few dystopian and cyberpunk-style horror games announced here, and now we go out there with Dreadcore: Locked Unit. A new one on the way from a lone developer that is going to lean into some different themes than we have had as of late when looking at the genre. Themes like transhumanism and false freedom, to name a few, which weirdly do feel on point for the current climate out there. All so we can see more of the Dreadcore line out there and have a new and dark experience on our PC when it does come out there. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of August 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week What a week this was here for us, as we had so many things to cover that were not video games in general. Even as we started to wrap up everything for Gamescom, that came out, too. The bigger bit is the podcast and review that we had for the Toxic Avenger, which hits theaters as you are reading this. We also had a bit of fun looking at Return To Silent Hill, which does still fall into the video games realm, but is still a film we are excited for. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of August 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Silent Hill Get ready to Return To Silent Hill, as the film now has a release date and we have a new look at the foggy Silent Hill It has been such a while since we had the first little tease that Return To Silent Hill was on the way to theatres and taking fans back into the foggy nightmare. Not that we have not had some great video games to do the same, as Konami holds onto that IP so very strongly. But, not everyone out there is a gamer, and some want to have that Silent Hill experience that they have had a bit of already with a few other films out there. Which is why it is fun to announce that we have something new for the film to look at as we all gear up to see it in theaters on January 26th, 2026. Read More...

Vampires More Vampires will be prowling the night when Vampires: Bloodlord Rising opens the coffin this coming October We are just on the verge of Gamescom 2025 kicking off, and what weirder way to start it than with Vampires: Bloodlord Rising. I know, this is not one of the massive titles so many gamers have been bleeding to get a sight of, but it is one that Mehuman Games and Toplitz Productions have been toiling away on to give us something fun for this Halloween. That being more vampires on our PC, with their new game that is slated to hit Early Access on October 23rd. These creatures of the night are a staple for the holiday, so it feels right to have them all flooding in with new simulation titles just before the spooky nights truly fall upon us. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of August 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week So, it was a shorter week for us, given that we just made it all back from SDCC. That did not mean we did not have a whole lot to share out there for the week in video games and all of the other aspects, just that we had such little time. Especially as we are getting everything from Peacefest and Peacemaker out there from SDCC 2025, as well as our fun from the Clown In A Cornfield Experience we had to do. That was not even the video games that were offered out there with Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival having the announcement and Toxic Crusaders finally getting a release date. Read More...
