by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of February 2024 - 10:00 PM ]

Donkey Kong on the Switch and a whole lot more to look at for those who have been waiting for that to finally get here. The more of it all and not just the game. That is why, I am guessing, that Nintendo has a nice little bit of gameplay and fun to share with us all to get ready to place Donkey Kong against Mario one more time in one of those classic trials and tribulations we know them, all from. That and drop a nice little demo to get fans further excited and ready to play the game if they were still holding out for some reason. Read More...

Suicide Squad We sit down and review Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. A co-op looter shooter with the core plot in the title. Here is our review of this Suicide Squad title After a lot of waiting, a few delays, and many other hurdles to get out there, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is out there for us all to experience on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A title that seems to carry on the story and setting that placed Rocksteady on a solid pedestal for a while now. This time in a co-op looter shooter instead of the detective action titles that the Arkham titles gave us. Read More...

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Gives Us All Some Final Gameplay To Enjoy Before Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of February 2024 - 10:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy New gameplay for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is here as well as a bit of a demo for us to enjoy before the launch of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth We knew there was a lot to come out for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth with the latest State of Play that went down, but I do not think everyone expected to have as much as we did. Not only did Square Enix give us all one more trailer to look at before the game launches on the PS5 this coming February 29th, but we also have a demo and a whole lot of new gameplay. Not new gameplay as in we have not seen it before, but new gameplay that are features and functions that were not even in the Final Fantasy VII Remake or Intergrade versions of things. Read More...

It Is Time To Showcase Some Of The Terrifying Gameplay For REVEIL
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of February 2024 - 06:00 PM ]
REVEIL Just ahead of the launch for REVEIL, we have a nice long bit of gameplay to show off the horrors coming in REVEIL Things are starting to truly ramp up here for REVEIL now that we are only a month out from the March 6th launch of the game on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Ramping up so much that Pixelsplit took the time to sit down and show off a massive amount of gameplay to the world recently. At least massive in the way of how some of the puzzle elements of REVEIL are going to play out and then how some of the bigger horror sequences are going to function in the game. Grab a snack and get cozy as we gear up to see how this new title is going to seep into our nightmares as well as twist our brains just a bit more than they already are. Read More...

Demonsomnia Is Here To Spread More Of The Bodycam Horror Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of February 2024 - 10:00 PM ]
Demonsomnia More of the bodycam horror is on the way with Demonsomnia coming with a demo for Demonsomnia out right now We did call it from before that the bodycam style was going to be the next big craze and here we are with yet another title in the vein with Demonsomnia. A new title from Woziva that will be using the style to add to the horror but a few other fun tricks to get us all further engaged with the game. Some of it through different filters that the bodycams will have on them during the gameplay, but also with making Demonsomnia a co-op title in the mix of it all too. Not overly groundbreaking, sure, but it is a nice little extra to try to help sell us all on getting used to this look and feel in the horror world. Read More...

See Just How Far Things Have Advanced In The Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons Remake
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 5th of February 2024 - 08:00 PM ]
Brothers Compare things between the original Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons and the upcoming Brothers Remake as it comes to the gameplay After over a decade of time and upgrades to the various technologies out there, one would be certain to think that the Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons Remake is going to be leaps and bounds beyond the original version of the game. It should blow us all away, and it seems Avantgarden has the same thought when it comes to it all and what the Unreal 5 engine can give us for it. With February 28th quickly approaching and the Brothers Remake landing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC then, it should be time for us to see those improvements side-by-side with the original. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was definitely one of those weeks where things were all over the place for the various video games we had to talk about. Almost as all over the place as the early launch for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League that happened. That and the waiting until the last moment to get that promised gameplay for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2. Thankfully it was capped off with other video games like Judas and the Silent Hill 2 remake getting some big info drops and videos to enjoy. Read More...

Metro Get ready to virtually step into the world of Metro with the announcement we have for Metro Awakening There were many surprises and announcements during the most recent State Of Play that PlayStation held, and here we go with Metro Awakening getting added into the mix. If you recognize part of the title from past titles, then you would be on the right track as Deep Silver is working with Vertigo Games to bring us another run in the Metro line of titles and in the massive novel world that has been built. This time, though, it will be on the PC and PS5 in a VR and PS VR2 setting. All so we can better experience the Armageddon that we have not fully been able to experience as of yet. Read More...
