Sega announced yesterday in a press release that their best selling tennis series Virtua Tennis will be hitting store shelves in May 2009, that includes on the Nintendo Wii.  Before you Wii owners (myself included) start dreaming of Wii Sports tennis, only more responsive and on a grander scale, I caution you that they have not released any information on how the Wii's "unique" controls will factor into the game mechanics.  I am a little frightened that the Vice President of Marketing, Sean Radcliffe, chose the "Court Games" as the feature he wished to highlight for the Wii.   The last thing this console needs is another mini-game affair attached to wagglefest main feature. Microsoft recently announced that Xbox Live will be free of charge on February 17 to February 22nd. Now you may all think has Microsoft gone crazy, Xbox live free? No they have only given us this reward to celebrate the launch of Grand Theft Auto 4 Lost and Damned. For 5 days you will be able to play the multiplayer mode on GTAIV for free. Im Looking forward to participating in this event and think Microsoft will attract alot of gamers to GTAIV because of this i believe. Valve announced in a press release today that the DLC to their best-selling game, Left4Dead, will be free for all users on all platforms.  Both 360 and PC users will be able to enjoy 2 new Versus campaigns and a new Survival mode.  I know I speak for everyone when I say "Thank you, Valve!"  Of course, on the plus side for Valve, they've just secured a boat-load of brand-loyal followers for years to come.             Though Famitsu Magazine shelled out plenty of details regarding the upcoming Street Fighter IV downloable content, all the information pertained to Japan specifically. Today however, Capacom released official news regarding what content would be coming to North America and at what prices. Firstly, the free Championship Mode expansion set to be released shortly after the game’s launch will contain the aforementioned replay mode which will allow players to save and upload videos of their fights.
