The Climb A new developer diary for The Climb has been released and it shows off some of the ways that the developer is trying to make The Climb the most realistic climbing sim to date A few months back we first caught wind of The Climb as it began its development cycle. This would be the new rock climbing simulator that Crytek is working on to give us all a nice new experience to have with the Oculus Rift. For the most part The Climb sounds just like the title makes the game sound. Guitar Hero Live Another Guitar Hero Live event is going on and this time we are getting a Shred-A-Thon to usher in Guitar Hero Live's unveiling of Through The Fire And Flames It is finally here as Through The Fire And Flames is coming to Guitar Hero Live. In fact as you are reading this you can know that gamers out there who have turned on FreeStyleGames' title can experience it now in the five day long Shred-A-Thon that is going on at this very moment via GHTV. Hitman Another promotional trailer for Hitman has come out and it helps dictate a little more on the overall story of Hitman's episodic journey as well as some of the items to be used If you had no clue that the new Hitman was about being in a world where assassination is key then you have no clue what the franchise is about. Luckily for those not in the know Io Interactive has a new trailer for us all to take in to get us hyped for Hitman's eminent release on March 11th in terms of the first episode and PS4 exclusive contract. Garden Warfare 2 A new gameplay video for Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is out and it shows off some of the other plant types we will play in Garden Warfare 2 outside of the norm You would be daft to think that Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 was going to deviate from the normal set up that we had in the previous game when it came to variants to the core classes/characters. I'm not talking a few new skins that PopCap Games threw together to make it feel like there is something completely different for each of the characters but in some cases, hopefully in Garden Warfare 2, these added different gameplay features into the mix. Star Wars LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens has just been announced and coming later this year to further expand the Star Wars universe in a way that only LEGO can do We all figured it was coming but now we have an official announcement for LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens. I would have thought that TT Games would have tried to get this out closer to the release of the film to try and capitalize on all of that at the time but it just wasn't in the cards I guess. Street Fighter V A new trailer for Street Fighter V has made its way out and shows off all of the launch modes that will be included in Street Fighter V once the game goes live If you thought that Street Fighter V was going to be some basic fighting game where there was only one way to play over and over then you were mostly wrong. I say mostly as it looks like Capcom has released another new trailer for Street Fighter V that shows off all of the different modes of gameplay that will be coming when the game launches on February 16th for the PC and PS4. Final Fantasy XV New gameplay footage for Final Fantasy XV has been released and it looks like Final Fantasy XV is deviating a bit more from the formula we once knew We had a nice look at some of the stealth action coming for Final Fantasy XV in the near future already but during the last Active Time Report over the weekend we had some new gameplay footage that shows all of that have a huge change since last we knew. Square Enix still hasn't fully defined out for us all on how it will fully play out when all is said and done but those who have played the early demo of Final Fantasy XV on the PS4 or the Xbox One may be seeing things altered a bit more. I'm talking about the delay announcement at the start of the week and then a whole slew of new games like Conan Exiles and Song Of The Deep getting full announcements. The Division The season pass for The Division has been announced and offers up gamers three major expansions for The Division post-launch as well as other goodies The beta for The Division is now fully underway and it looks like there are going to be some extras to be able to get for those who fall in love with the game based on just this beta. Of course these won't be free extras as that isn't usually the case with games like this or out of Ubisoft but a whole bunch of extras in the way of a Season Pass for The Division. Black Ops 3 Another trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's upcoming Awakening DLC has been released and we are fully introduced to Black Ops 3's first chapter of Zombies DLC The date is almost here for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's first major DLC and the start of the new Zombies adventure. February 2nd at least for all of those PS4 owners out there as the Xbox One and PC gamers need to wait another month, most likely, to get their taste of where Treyarch is taking the zombie story line. Homefront An online co-op mode for Homefront: The Revolution has been shown off and the first details of Homefront's new missions based co-op mode have also surfaced with it Our first look at Homefront: The Revolution's online co-op mode called "Resistance Mode" has finally come. It isn't a huge shock that Dambuster Studios was going to add a multiplayer mode into Homefront here but now we have a nice little look at how some of the 12 missions for the game will play out. That of course being 12 missions just for the online co-op as the full version of Homefront: The Revolution hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 17th is slated to hold a massive 30 hours of solo gameplay to be enjoyed. For the most part these new missions for Homefront: The Revolution that are to be played co-op are aimed toward helping players perfect their "game" and level up but it also sounds like there is a bit more to it. Umbrella Corps New information for Umbrella Corps has been released and it details a solo mode for Umbrella Corps as well as a few RE4 and RE5 inspired locations to fight in So far Umbrella Corps has had the focus placed on the multiplayer aspect of the game. It has all been a lot of "What would Resident Evil have been like from the side of the trained military group from Umbrella and other corporation vying over the bio-weapons" kind of thing so far. Well it looks like Capcom isn't going to have only that kind of gameplay in Umbrella Corps when it lands in May for the PS4 and PC. That happens at 8pm PST for those looking forward to that but the real tease here for Final Fantasy XV is a nice little look at the magic and stealth mechanics that we will get to fumble around with when the full game lands.
