Have Some Gameplay For Vampyr To Gaze Into Its Soul
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of August 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Vampyr Another gameplay video for Vampyr has been placed online for us to watch and see if there is something new to spy for Vampyr after all of its showings It's always a good day when you get new gameplay for an upcoming game we are all excited about so I was over joyed when I saw that we have more gameplay for Vampyr. Ever since it was first announced by Dontnod and then showcased by Focus Home Interactive I was ready for the game to launch now even though it is still slated to come in 2017 at some point. I've tried to stay up on all of the news and tidbits here for Vampyr and now another video has been uploaded for us to watch right out of Gamescom. Read More...

World Of Final Fantasy Gets All Blue With New Screenshots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy A new batch of World Of Final Fantasy screenshots have been released and it looks like a lot of classic Final Fantasy characters/monsters are getting added in Usually a game like World Of Final Fantasy would be something I would overlook given the art style and the "cuteness" shown so far. Thankfully I have been pushing past all of those biases to see what Square Enix has to offer and with each new batch of screenshots and video for the game I am glad I do. Now I am on the verge of not being able to wait for World Of Final Fantasy to finally release on October 25th as we have a whole new batch of screenshots that look to bring a lot of the classic characters and monsters back into the mix. Review — Ratchet & Clank [Blu-Ray]
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of August 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Ratchet & Clank Ratchet & Clank has recently hit the small screens of home with new content. We had a chance to sit down and break the film down piece by piece. Here is our review of Ratchet & Clank Maybe you remember back when Ratchet & Clank first came out and that there was a feature film that was slated to launch with it. It did launch in theaters shortly after the video game's launch and Insomniac Games had its IP all over the place for a short time. As films always do, Ratchet & Clank left the big screen and we were left with only the video game to keep us coming. Read More...

At first we heard Square Enix had to delay the game by two months and then we had a huge release of gameplay to kind of make up for it. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of August 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games There we go with another week in video games down and another huge convention full of updates and news to have under our belts. Gamescom is still going on as this is being written and there is still plenty more to be given out from it. Hopefully more for Final Fantasy XV now that it has been delayed or at least some more solid stuff for South Park without all the stank. I do not envy those who had to play that demo with the reverse gas mask on. Read More...

This can't be a huge surprise as Activision has had the mode added into all of its versions of this IP and Infinity Ward is bringing it yet again. Resident Evil 7 Gets More 'Found Footage' & Story Details
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of August 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 A new gameplay video for Resident Evil 7 has been released and we get to see more on the story of Resident Evil 7 than we previously thought before Hopefully by now you've had a chance to give the Resident Evil 7 demo a run for its money and had a chance to see just how the game is going to play out. If anything you've at least seen some of the footage that Capcom has already pumped out there so far but have yet to explain any of the story. This would be the bigger reason why a lot of people don't think that Resident Evil 7 is going to be a "zombie" game still but more of a ghost story. Read More...

It's Time To Push A Lot More Final Fantasy XV Into Our Brains
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 16th of August 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV A new gameplay video for Final Fantasy XV has been released and it shows off almost every aspect of Final Fantasy XV we have heard and then some Yesterday we had some very sad news for Final Fantasy XV as it was delayed until November 29th. We won't go into all the details on that as we had it all from Square Enix yesterday. One little tidbit that was nicely added in with the delay of Final Fantasy XV was the fact that we were going to get a solid new video for the game to look at as we wait. It was stated to be about a half hour long but as it turns out we have almost twice that as now we have a nice long gameplay video to look at and it has all kinds of new details. Read More...

See What It's Like To Wear The Cowl In Batman: Arkham VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 15th of August 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Batman A new look at Batman: Arkham VR shows us all a bit of the gameplay as well as what it may be like to become Batman in the Arkham franchise There has been a lot of buzz around Batman: Arkham VR since it was first announced and so very few fans have been able to fully experience this PlayStation VR exclusive game/experience. Even out of SDCC it looks like only about 500 fans had a chance to give Rocksteady Games' run in the VR space a try and it has been a lot few out of E3 where Warner Bros. brought the same thing. Have A Drink As Final Fantasy XV Has Been Delayed A Bit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 15th of August 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV The release date for Final Fantasy XV has been pushed out and we won't be seeing Final Fantasy XV until around this Holiday Season This all started out as a small rumor over the weekend but it looks like these Final Fantasy XV rumors have ended up being true. As it looks, it doesn't look like Square Enix will be bringing us the game on September 30th anymore as it has been hit with a delay of sorts. Yes, it is sad but Final Fantasy XV has now been delayed until November 29th worldwide for the PS4 and Xbox One. Just about two months and with most of it being listed with the most generic of reasons of "needing more polish" to make it the best version of the game ever. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games Another solid week in video games in the bag and damn this one was filled with a lot of exciting things. We were able to get out our reviews for Adr1ft and Batman from Telltale and we also were able to see THQ come back into form in a small way. Also a whole lot of updates to other video games like Gears Of War 4 and Resident Evil 7 for us all to chew on. We are also so very close to another huge gaming convention here too that will most likely come with a whole lot of other news and tidbits all their own. Read More...

Robinson: The Journey Will Take Us All On A Brand New Journey
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Robinson The first developer diary for Robinson: The Journey has been released and we can see how Robinson: The Journey has been crafted for PlayStation VR from the start Maybe you've heard of Robinson: The Journey or maybe you haven't. This would be the new PlayStation VR experience that Crytek has been working on that will take us into the land of dinosaurs and hopefully let us have the best experience ever. That would be the long and short of Robinson: The Journey as there still is no release date or much in ways of gameplay mechanics but we do have a new behind the scenes video to look at to see just how the game has been crafted to give us a true experience and game at the same time. It looks and more and more like a form of Jurassic Park to me though. Read More...

Review — Batman: The Telltale Series — Realm Of Shadows
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 11th of August 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Batman We sit down and review Batman: The Telltale Series — Realm Of Shadows. This is the first episode of Telltale's take on the Batman franchise. Here's our review on how they did It seemed like a weird time to bring out Batman: The Telltale Series given all of the other titles fighting for the limelight back when the game was first announced. But given that Telltale Games has had a pretty solid record on their storytelling titles to date I know myself and many other tried to ignore all of the other Batman going on to give this version of the franchise a fair shake. Well the first episode of the game has been released and we have been able to play it. Read More...
