Catherine: Full Body Has Been Officially Announced
by Jana Lass [ Friday, 22nd of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Catherine The official announcement for Catherine: Full Body is here and it looks like we are getting more of the Catherine fun sometime next winter What was once speculation is no more as Atlus has officially announced that Catherine: Full Body is coming to the west next winter. That may be a bit of a misnomer though as it is more like the game is coming to North America and Europe next winter and not just 'west'. No matter how you want to slice it though, Catherine: Full Body is coming and hitting the PS4 and PS Vita hard with what looks like not only a remaster of the game but a remaster with some added bits in to further expand the oddness of the game and its world. All kinds of fun you may or may not have been hoping for next year. Read More...

The Dealer Will Be Joining Into More Of The Fun Of Hand Of Fate 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of December 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Hand Of Fate New DLC for Hand Of Fate 2 is here and it looks like The Dealer will be joining in on the fights of Hand Of Fate 2 in his own way There is more Hand Of Fate 2 on the way out there for those fans who have played, beaten, and enjoyed the game. Given the popularity of the franchise that Defiant Development has here, it makes perfect sense and players on the PC version of the game can get said DLC right now and add in The Dealer as a new companion to the game. PS4 and Xbox One owners of Hand Of Fate 2 will need to wait until next year to get it, but seeing as it looks like it is a free bit of DLC here just for owning and beating the game, can you really complain? Well, of course you can, it just would not make much sense at the end of the day. Read More...

Dive Into A New Style Of Narrative Adventure With The Council
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
The Council A new narrative title, The Council, has been given the announcement treatment with a few twists to the episodic formula to make The Council shine Fans of episodic murder mysteries get ready to add another to your watch list as The Council has been announced to add into the mix and will be bringing all the intrigue you may have been waiting for on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It also looks like history and occult buffs may want to take notice too as Big Bad Wolf is mixing all of that in as it looks like a good period piece with all of those iconic people from 1793 that were "ruling" the world. People like Napoleon Bonaparte and George Washington to namedrop a few, but I am guessing the rest of The Council will be filled with others from around the world during the time as our protagonist looks for his missing mother while trying to navigate all of the social machinations and skills of all of the others at this weird gathering of the minds. Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Is Heading To Consoles As Well Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Warhammer It is official now that Warhammer: Vermintide 2 will be heading to the consoles after much speculation that we would see this Warhammer game head there too Since Warhammer: Vermintide 2 was first revealed and shown off for the PC it was heavily speculated that we would be seeing the game also on the consoles at some point. It was speculated but never confirmed from Fatshark and it seemed odd to many. Especially since Warhammer: End Times — Vermintide made the jump to the PS4 and Xbox One after a year of being released. It Is Time To GTFO With Some New Gameplay For The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of December 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
GTFO New gameplay for GTFO is out there and it gives a better feel for how GTFO will look and play when it finally launches in 2018 Here we go with more gameplay for GTFO than what we had before. Granted, before it was all a tease for what we have now, but that does not change the fact that we have some new and solid gameplay from 10 Chambers Collective to look at here and see just what is going on in this game. It is an FPS as we all could have guessed from the teases, but it looks like GTFO is going to be much more than that. At least in terms of atmospheric feelings and sights to be had in the game. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 16th of December 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week of video games down for the year and only a few more to go. So much we all want to know out there and so much that the developers and publishers just will not give us. At least not give us so we do not spoil any of those video games out there. God Of War and Far Cry 5 could become unplayable if we had everything spoiled for us right out of the gate. Read More...

The Inpatient Is Aiming To Bring You Deeper Into The Immersion
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
The Inpatient A new behind the scenes video for The Inpatient is here to show us just how much further into the experience The Inpatient will take us besides just VR It is no surprise that games like The Inpatient are aiming to give us all the best immersion that we can hope for on the PS VR. That is kind of one of the things that VR is all about, but it looks like there was a lot more for this game than Supermassive Games had to show earlier on. At least out of the demos I have played, but come January 23rd it looks like we are all going to have even more reasons to give The Inpatient a go as they have many other hidden gems mixed in to bring the immersion level to an all-time high. At least for this title and on the PS4, but still it is a pretty solid feat to have accomplished when you look at it. Read More...

Resident Evil 7 Is Bringing Gold & Now Joe Baker
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of December 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Resident Evil The gold edition for Resident Evil 7 is here and now we have a new look at Joe Baker for Resident Evil 7 and just what he is looking to do Today is the day that Resident Evil 7's Gold Edition is hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC and that means that all of the DLC we have been waiting for is also hitting the systems to fill out the game just a bit more. That's right, as well as this big bundle for the game that Capcom has for us, they also have all of the DLC out there from the Not A Hero bit where we take on the role of Chris Redfield again, but also the "found footage" part where we get to meet Joe Baker. Yes, there is one more to the clan of villains in Resident Evil 7 and this just happens to be the grizzled man we have seen in the past teasers for the DLC. Read More...

All Hope May Not Be Lost In Metro Exodus
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Metro Exodus A new trailer for Metro Exodus shows how hope may not be lost in the game's universe and also maybe the release date for Metro Exodus During The Game Awards we had a nice new look at Metro Exodus and a bit more of how the game's world has progressed from where we last left it and all of the horrors that laid within. Things have always been bleak in the world that 4A Games has brought to life in this FPS, but this latest trailer looks to give us all a little bit of hope. At least that seems to be the theme here in this trailer and whether or not that is true, we at least get a fun new look at Metro Exodus and just what is going on. Read More...

MediEvil Is Officially Getting A Remaster For The PS4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 11th of December 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
MediEvil It looks like a proper MediEvil remaster is coming as a 4K version of MediEvil was announced during this year's PlayStation Experience Back in 2015, rumors began to circle that there was a MediEvil remake or remaster in the works when a video popped up online showing just that. Everyone swarmed to it thinking it was the case but as it turned out this was just a fan remaking a level in Unreal 4 for fun and not something that Sony was officially working on for the PS4. It was sad to see that, but this version of MediEvil looked amazing and rekindled a lot of hope of getting a new title out of all of it. As it turns out, that excitement and interest was noticed as we are now getting a full remaster of the game on the PS4 sometime in 2018 now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
World War Z During The Game Awards last night, World War Z, was announced so we could further diving into the world of World War Z with new stories If you were watching The Game Awards last night then you most likely saw the nice little tease for World War Z. Not the next film from Paramount, but the new video game coming to us from Saber Interactive. It is all set in the World War Z film universe, but other than that it does not seem to be linked to anything we have seen thus far. We already lived that story and do not need to go through it again in game form on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...
