It has been announced today, on the 10 year anniversary of God Of War, that we are getting God Of War 3 Remastered for the PS4 in July We've all been waiting for a God Of War title to grace the PS4 since launch and now we are finally getting it in the way of God Of War 3 Remastered. It's been ten years and three consoles since the first title came out so the time felt right for Sony Santa Monica to bring the last huge title out again. All of the other God Of War titles got the remaster/HD treatment so I guess God Of War 3 needed to go through the same action. The release date for Woolfe: The Red Hood Diaries from Grin Studios is finally here for the Steam version The time has come and Woolfe: The Red Hood Diaries has launched. At least the Steam version of the game has launched and we are still waiting to hear about the PS4 and Xbox One launch dates for the game. Dontnod has revealed the date for the second episode of Life Is Strange for all platforms Good news for those who loved the first episode of Life Is Strange and have been eagerly awaiting the second. It looks like Dontnod didn't want you to have to wait too long and the next episode is due out on all platforms on March 24th. Hopefully that means all regions as well so there will be no delays for anyone who wants to continue the story of Life Is Strange. It is close to the six week timeline for release isn't it? Hells, even Mortal Kombat X had a delay announcement for the last gen systems. Nothing like what happened to Uncharted 4 and Homefront being delayed until 2016 but at least nothing was cancelled. This of course is all to go along with the showing off of two titles coming out here soon; Battlefield Hardline and Bloodborne. PlayStation and From Software have announced that Bloodborne has gone gold and also have given us a new trailer to go along with that If you were worried for some reason that Bloodborne was going to be delayed then you can worry no longer. Bloodborne has gone gold and disks are being printed as you read this. To go along with this, From Software has also put together a nice little trailer to show off Bloodborne for all and what we can look to expect that we haven't seen already. While confirming the release date for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Konami also has released a look at the collector's edition and new details for the MGO mode we've seen in the past Yesterday we had the "leaked" announcement of the Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain's release date and to no big surprise it has been confirmed by Konami that it is going to be September 1st. Bethesda has announced that they are releasing a new prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order titled Wolfenstein: The Old Blood There is no doubt that Wolfenstein: The New Order was an amazing addition and revitalization to the franchise. In fact it was so good I wanted to play through twice not for the deviating story lines but to enjoy it all again. Well it looks like we are getting even more from Bethesda and MachineGames as they have just announced a prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order titled Wolfenstein: The Old Blood due out on May 5th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The official story trailer for Bloodborne is out for all to watch and try to figure out what is going on in the world that Bloodborne is set in The first 18 minutes have already been spoiled for Bloodborne so we all may think we know a bit of the story and how the game will play out. A new look at Bloodborne's environments has been showcased and it really highlights the creepy, gothic setting Bloodborne will have If there has been one thing that has impressed me for Bloodborne it has to be the setting and environment for the game. I am a sucker for creepy, Gothic settings and there is no doubt that From Software is bringing the 'A' game for Bloodborne in that aspect. Even when I have had shoddy hands-on experiences with the game this has been one thing that has kept me wandering around and searching every nook and cranny of the levels so I can get the full appreciation for Bloodborne. We have a new look at all of the options we are going to have when it comes to our characters in Bloodborne…and a bunch of new gameplay If you are looking to have your own special snowflake when it comes to Bloodborne it looks like you are going to be in luck. From Software has added in a whole mess of options into the game to customize your character however you want and they were so nice to give an exclusive look of all of that. At least an exclusive look for all of that to IGN so they could take us all through a quick minute version of all of the option Bloodborne will have to make you all nice and special.
