Earlier it was announced that XCOM 2 is coming from Firaxis Games and 2K Games after a lengthy feeling teaser campaign What many thought was a possible BioShock teaser from 2K Games has finally turned out to be none other than XCOM 2. Yes, we are finally getting a full on sequel to the franchise that is going to build off XCOM: Enemy Unknown. A new Skylanders title is coming with full speed in the way of Skylanders SuperChargers which also adds vehicles to the mix of the game By this point I know I have been questioning where the Skylanders franchise might and can go. It started the toys-to-life genre of video games and others have tried to follow suit. It looks like Vicarious Visions and Activision are again pushing things forward a little bit with Skylanders SuperChargers. Another gameplay video for Overwatch has been released and this time we get to see Symmetra in action for Overwatch It wouldn't be another week in gaming news without yet another Overwatch gameplay video it would seem. This of course means that Blizzard has released yet another look at a character for the game and this time it is in the terms of Symmetra. That seriously sounds like a name that would be used for GWAR but as they have yet to claim affiliation with Overwatch we'll just go with a happy coincidence here. A new teaser trailer for Rise Of The Tomb Raider has been released to get us all pumped up for what Microsoft will be showing for the game at E3 All last week we were teased with something new for Rise Of The Tomb Raider and here we have it. It's…another tease for Rise Of The Tomb Raider. All along the same veins as the DOOM tease we had from Bethesda a few weeks ago, it looks like Crystal Dynamics has given us pretty much the same thing. Only in this case the tease doesn't look to show any gameplay for Rise Of The Tomb Raider and is all hype to make sure we are all going to be watching the Microsoft press conference at E3. Another gameplay video for Overwatch has been released and this time we have a great highlight for Overwatch's Tracer We have yet another look at Overwatch and again this is another look at one of the characters. This time we have a nice new look at that sassy character named Tracer we have seen in videos past. Blizzard has created a fun looking new character with Tracer and I'll admit she was one of the few that I have been looking forward to for Overwatch. Two more views of Overwatch's gameplay have been released and this time it is for Overwatch's Hanzo and McCree Looks like the character highlights for Overwatch will be on a constant stream of release here as we have two more matches to watch and two more characters being highlighted. In this case Blizzard is showing us off the Sniper-esq Hanzo and straight-out-of-western McCree. These of course are my descriptions and not that from the developer and solely based of the following footage as well as stereotyping that can be seen for each character. Another gameplay video for Overwatch has been released and this time shows off the angelic Mercy for Overwatch Earlier we had a look at Zenyatta for Overwatch and it was a bit jarring and a letdown for me. I was so very excited and then seeing things in action kind of let me down. At least until now as I have seen it looks like it was only the character there that has me on edge about Overwatch. I say this because now we have a good look at how Mercy will handle in the game; at least in terms of the pre-alpha footage that was used to show off the match that focuses completely on this healing angel that looks to play a lot like all of the medics from Evolve. While the medic isn't usually my class of choice in games like Overwatch, the following footage definitely shows me that I may have been too quick to judge based on the previous gameplay that Blizzard has sent our way. Not only that but who wants to see some Overwatch gameplay that focuses on one specific character so you can get a better feel for how they will play? Activision and FreeStyleGames has released the first set of tracks coming to Guitar Hero Live and it's not all to surprising So we've seen the idea behind Guitar Hero Live and what Activision and FreeStyleGames has in the pipeline for us but we all really want to know which rock stars we are going to be pretending to be in the virtual world. Yes the announcement event did give us a couple but we know that there is supposed to be a huge catalog of licenses artists and songs for us to play through. Good news here though as it looks like we can expect updated for Guitar Hero Live track list on a weekly basis and the first 24 artists/songs have been released for us to look at and question. Ubisoft has now officially announced Assassin's Creed Syndicate, a new title that take place in Victorian age London There have been a whole lot of leaks and hints before now but it is not official, this year's Assassin's Creed title is called Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Looks like most of us were not that too far off from what Ubisoft was working on since the last letdowns for the franchise. Thankfully though, and according to the tease before the world premiere of Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Ubisoft has taken all of the past criticism for the Unity and Rogue to try and make this next title the best in the franchise to date. Disney Interactive has officially announced Disney Infinity 3.0 and it is bringing all of the Star Wars fun that the company can squeeze into the game We all knew it was coming but now we have the official announcement that Disney Infinity 3.0 is coming. Not only that but it is going to be heavy on the Star Wars side of things with the content. If rumors are correct we may be seeing Watch Dogs 2 from Ubisoft sooner than we all expected The head line really says it all here as it looks like Watch Dogs 2 may be in development already. At least that is all based on an updated LinkedIn account from one of the Senior Gameplay Programmers over at Ubisoft. It has since been removed from the account but Watch Dogs 2 was listed as a project under that said individual has/is working on with the developer/publisher. You know, because this is just as big of news as Ubisoft just straight out and telling us all that Watch Dogs 2 is in the works given the success of the first game. Read More...

Sad news as Dead Island 2 has been delayed due to unreleased reasons but to make Dead Island 2 a better game You can't tell me you are all that shocked to hear that Dead Island 2 has been delayed here. The original release schedule put it on task to be released Spring of 2015 and since that is about to come to a close and we haven't had much in the way of updates since August of last year it would seem that Deep Silver or Yager were going to make this announcement sometime soon. Sadly though that announcement is today as Dead Island 2 has been pushed back to a 2016 release instead of a 2015 release. There must be so much going on over there since it wasn't just pushed back to later this year but then again Dead Island 2 did sound like quite the undertaking before. Read More...

There is a new gameplay trailer for Hatred as well as a solid release date for the game that has caused so much controversy Love the idea or hate the idea, Hatred now has a solid release date. Well at least for right now Destructive Creations is 99% sure that the release date for Hatred will be June 1st on the PC via Steam. These are video games though and we all know how dates can get shifted around but as of right now that is the date for all of you to go out and play Hatred or try and form some kind of boycott as you are not fans of allowing artists to create what they like.
