Rise Of The Tomb Raider Looks More Like A Stealth Game Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
New gameplay footage for Rise Of The Tomb Raider was shown at Gamescom and it looks like there will be a whole lot more stealth action than remembered in any Tomb Raider title before Another non-shocking title to be shown off today for Microsoft's press event at Gamescom was Rise Of The Tomb Raider. They are so proud to be getting Crystal Dynamics' title to the Xbox 360 and Xbox One first that of course they want to show off all the cool things those gamers will get before the PS4 and PC crowds. Can't fault them for that. Read More...

Guitar Hero Live Brings A Lot More In The Way Of Vocals
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
It looks like Guitar Hero Live will have vocals in the mix as well to keep Guitar Hero Live up to snuff with its competitors It looks like Guitar Hero Live is getting something that many have wondered would be included since it was first announced; vocals. It looks like FreeStyleGames didn't want to leave any Guitar Hero fans left out or Activision wanted to make sure it could truly compete with Guitar Hero Live's competitor in the gameplay options and not just the soundtrack. No matter the case here though it looks like vocal options are making the way back into Guitar Hero Live when it hits the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices on October 20th this year. Now we just wait and see if drums are making it back in here for Guitar Hero Live too. Read More...

The Reckoning Is Coming For Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
The final DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Reckoning, has a date and a trailer to show off all of the extras we will get for Advanced Warfare before the next Call Of Duty comes All good things have to come to an end and that is no different for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare's DLC packs. Especially since we are going to be getting the next huge title to the franchise here in a few months it would make sense that Activision would want to press on from this Sledgehammer Games title in preparation. Advanced Warfare has had a great run and now on August 4th the final bit of DLC for the game will hit the Xbox One. Read More...

Zombi Is Shambling To The Next Gen Systems Real Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Zombi has been confirmed to be making the port from Wii U to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in under a month's time so get ready to play Zombi U again If you are like me you most likely missed out on Zombi U back in 2012 given the fact that it was a Wii U exclusive title. Something that I am guessing that Ubisoft also regrets forcing as it received only mediocre reviews and didn't sell to well even for being one of the few horror titles available on the system at the time. The reason I also say that they most likely regret releasing Zombi U as a console exclusive there is that now three years later it is making the jump to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC with a re-branded name of Zombi. Not too clever there but I guess it works as only Wii U titles should have the 'U' shoehorned in there to make sure you know what console you are playing on. Read More...

FreeStyleGames are trying to think outside the box and here we are getting playable concert footage or debut music videos just for the game. Not only are we going to get to play these Premium Shows in Guitar Hero Live but completing them on specific difficulties or challenges in them will also unlock other in-game things. Read More...

Rumors Were True As Rise Of The Tomb Raider Hits PS4 In 2016
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
The rumors have been confirmed as it looks like Rise Of The Tomb Raider will have a PC and a PS4 release date in 2016 It looks like all those prayers worked everyone as Rise Of The Tomb Raider is now officially heading to the PS4 and PC. That's great news for everyone except the PS3 owners. The bad news in this is that it will be another year before Crystal Dynamics will be able to get Rise Of The Tomb Raider off the Xbox 360 and Xbox One as both versions are slated for a 2016 release window. The PC version getting an "Early 2016" and the PS4 version getting a "Holiday 2016" timeline. Review — The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter. Is It Worth Your Time? Did it upgrade to the new engine and platform well? Here's Our Review of The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter Originally The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter came out on the PC last year using the Unreal 3 Engine to extremely decent reviews. It is an interesting indie story game from The Astronauts that is more of an exploration experience and puzzle solving thing than anything you may think given the trailers but a game none the less. The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter was well received none the less and this drove the team to upgrade the game to Unreal 4 engine as well as bring it to the PS4. Read More...

A Lot Was Missed In That Assassin's Creed Syndicate Demo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new video for that Assassin's Creed Syndicate alpha demo has been released showing all of the things we may have missed in Assassin's Creed Syndicate already Yesterday we had a nice, long look at that Assassin's Creed Syndicate demo from E3. We had multiple angles and points of attack shown with all of the freedom that Ubisoft normally gives us in an Assassin's Creed title. Unbeknownst to us and apparently the play of the stream there was a whole lot more going on in the demo that some of us may have missed. Somethings environmental, some gameplay, and some just new uses for things we already know. Read More...

Here's A Bit More Assassin's Creed Syndicate In Action
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of July 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
During a live stream of Assassin's Creed Syndicate we were able to see the E3 demo of Assassin's Creed Syndicate played in a few different and exciting ways We've all seen one version of the E3 gameplay demo for Assassin's Creed Syndicate but how about the one that most of us were writing about? You know the one that the general and "non-preferred media" public of the expo were able to get their hands on. Usually that would be lost to the wind as Ubisoft pushes on with all of the newer stuff for Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Thankfully for those who wanted to see and experience the floor demo it looks like it was shown off here recently during a live stream event and captured for us all. Read More...

Guitar Hero Live Gets Ten More Tracks & A Pre-Order Incentive
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of July 2015 - 07:03 PM ]
Ten more tracks are added to the ever growing list of Guitar Hero Live songs and now there is also a pre-order incentive for those who want to secure Guitar Hero Live before launch Because we all know that we need a solid Guitar Hero Live set-list to work with it looks like we have ten more tracks to add to the list of songs we can rock out to on October 20th. FreeStyleGames has their work cut out for them to do this but as long as they keep the tunes flowing for Guitar Hero Live I doubt anyone will take up issue unless the controllers begin failing out of the box. I don't think that would be their issue and more Activision's but still… None the less we have ten more tracks listed out for us all when Guitar Hero Live launches and we have that wonderful list just a bit further down for you to look at and listen to the tracks in question. Prototype Biohazard Bundle Brings Both Titles Back For The Next Gen Systems
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
The Prototype Biohazard Bundle has been quietly released and is bringing Prototype and Prototype 2 to the next gen systems as of today Talk about the most silent release ever as the Prototype Biohazard Bundle is available as you are reading this and I have not even heard of its existence to date. This would be a HD remsatered bundle of Radical Entertainment's amazing titles [Prototype] and [Prototype 2]. Yea it is another HD remaster for the PS4 and Xbox One but you would think that Activision would have at least mentioned something in passing before today to get more people buzzing about the Prototype Biohazard Bundle and make sure people ar buying this digital version of the games. There has to be some good reason right? Read More...
