Hitman Misses The Original Mark In Terms Of Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Hitman Hitman has been delayed until March of 2016 but it is stated that this is so Hitman can launch with more content than originally planned Well it looks like this is one contract that Agent 47 was not able to close on time as Hitman has been hit with the delayed stamp. It looks like Io Interactive has made up their mind to push the PS4, Xbox One, and PC release of Hitman out until March of 2016 sometime. All of this in the guise of wanting to add more content to Hitman's full release and not just rely on being able to update and add on as the life cycle of the next Hitman plays out. That was of course the idea when it still had its December release date that Square Enix had already written in semi-stone. Read More...

Allison Road Creeps Ever Closer To A Real Thing
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Allison Road Allison Road has moved on from being a small demo project and is now looking for funding to make Allison Road the game/experience that fans have been looking for It looks like Allison Road is on its way to becoming a full title for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One as Lilith Ltd is now looking to crowd fund the game through Kickstarter. Pretty much the traditional rout for smaller teams to get funded but in the case of Allison Road it will most likely be the best case scenario given all of the fan support and requests as it looks like this is going to be as close to the famed P.T. Rumor — BioShock Collection Might Have Been Leaked
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of September 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Bioshock A video game retailer may have spilled the beans on BioShock Collection and its existence in the latest BioShock rumor out there If you've been holding out for BioShock to make it to the next gen consoles then it looks like the wait may be paying off. If rumors are to be true here it looks like something called the BioShock Collection will be making its way to the PS4 and Xbox One here on November 27th. I believe we in the states here call that Black Friday. But that is the rumor that has made it online so take the news of a BioShock Collection however you will just know that 2K Games has already refused to address the claims with the usual "we do not respond…" style of answer. This Week In Video Games 9/7/15 — 9/11/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of September 2015 - 11:14 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games It has been a shorter week in the video games world here but that still doesn't mean we didn't get to what we could. It did allow for us to play catch-up on all of those video games we had sitting around or just launched here recently. Only now we get to look forward to titles like Rock Band 4, Hellblade, and The Wither 3's DLC that are all coming. At least based on all of the video games we had to cover this week even though, like I said, it was shortened by the most recent American holiday and we took a break to play some video games. Ten More Guitar Hero Live Tracks Have Been Revealed To Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of September 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
There have been ten more tracks added to the ever growing list of Guitar Hero Live songs that will be playable when Guitar Hero Live officially launches There is still over a month before Guitar Hero Live hits homes around the world. October 20th will creep up on us like a bad burrito and we'll be jamming out to all the songs that FreeStyleGames could cram into Guitar Hero Live's disc. Of course this will be expanded based on all of the other options Activision is forcing into Guitar Hero Live to make sure we have a well-rounded set list of songs but we'll focus completely on the disc list as that will be available for all who purchase Guitar Hero Live no matter what. At least that is the hope… With that said it looks like we have ten more tracks added into the list here for Guitar Hero Live. Read More...

New Hitman Gameplay To See That Brings Down The House
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Official gameplay for Hitman has been shown off and released into the wild to show us all how far the new Hitman title has progressed to We've seen plenty of Hitman footage "leaked" out by those testing the alpha build of the game. It never looked to eye-poppingly amazing before as it was always someone who doesn't know how to play Hitman, from the looks of the gameplay, as well as people with PCs that could barely seem to run the game. To fix this issue for all of us looking forward to Hitman on December 8th it looks like Io Interactive has taken it upon themselves to give us a real play through of the same area we've seen leaked and not plugged up by Square Enix to date. All of which right out of PAX over the weekend so we know it is as fresh as they can make for now. Read More...

The PlayStation Experience Is Coming Back & To A New Location
by Julia Schoebel [ Friday, 14th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
PlayStation Sony has announced that the PlayStation Experience will be happening again only this time the PlayStation Experience will be in San Francisco Given the success of last year's PlayStation Experience it would be a bit daft to think that it wouldn't be making a huge comeback this year. For the uneducated this would be Sony's huge PlayStation "Fan Fest" of sorts to show off all their new and current IPs, hardware, and ideas coming to their platforms. Seeing as they didn't make a big push for anything sans the Morpheus at E3 and other conventions we can most likely expect the PlayStation Experience to only show off items for the PS3, PS4, PS Vita, and the like but who knows? Maybe Sony will have some kind of huge surprise just for this event here and no one but they know at this time. Read More...

Escape Plan Bravo Initiated For Tales From The Borderlands Next Week
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of August 2015 - 07:02 PM ]
Episode four for Tales From The Borderlands is releasing next week and we have a few screenshots to whet the whistle for the new addition to Tales From The Borderlands The wait is over as we have a release date for the next episode of Tales From The Borderlands. Only a two month wait for this episode titled Escape Plan Bravo so it looks like Telltale Games is getting back into the swing of things and keeping us all going on their titles. Even better that it is one of their better ones to me and still encompassing around Gearbox's franchise that we are all wait to get another addition to outside of Tales From The Borderlands. Maybe we'll all luck out and Tales From The Borderlands will culminate into an official Borderlands 3 announcement using some of the cannon that is being set here. Read More...

Hitman Is Looking Sharp In The Most Recent Screenshots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
New screenshots for Hitman have been released out of Gamescom 2015 and we have some talk about the demo that was shown for Hitman on the show floor We may not have any new official gameplay video to show you for Hitman out of Gamescom just yet but we do have some new screenshots to show you just how dapper Agent 47 will look while clearing out hit contracts. By dapper I mean how he will look in the standard clothes that Io Interactive will be giving him for when we all dive back into the Hitman on December 8th on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. While there may not be any crazy costumes on 47 just yet at least we can get a real good look at how Hitman is shaping up in the visuals department as of Gamescom here. Read More...

Guitar Hero Live Brings A Lot More In The Way Of Vocals
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
It looks like Guitar Hero Live will have vocals in the mix as well to keep Guitar Hero Live up to snuff with its competitors It looks like Guitar Hero Live is getting something that many have wondered would be included since it was first announced; vocals. It looks like FreeStyleGames didn't want to leave any Guitar Hero fans left out or Activision wanted to make sure it could truly compete with Guitar Hero Live's competitor in the gameplay options and not just the soundtrack. No matter the case here though it looks like vocal options are making the way back into Guitar Hero Live when it hits the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices on October 20th this year. Now we just wait and see if drums are making it back in here for Guitar Hero Live too. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 7/27/15 — 7/31/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of July 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Another week in video games is down and we are gearing up for another. More reviews and more news for all kinds of video games to come. I truly love that we were able to bookend this week with Until Dawn and had quite a few other zombie type announcements with Zombi and Advanced Warfare DLC. That is also if we miss out on the world of video games getting Mafia 3 coming with more news next week on that. I guess there will be a lot more news during Gamescom but we'll all have to wait and see as the crowds descend on all of those video games being shown out there. Read More...
