by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of October 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
God Of War Step further behind-the-scenes with God Of War: Ragnarök and see how combat and enemies have changed since God Of War November 9th does not seem like it is going to be getting here fast enough with each new look we have for God Of War: Ragnarök. Even with Santa Monica Studio doing all that they can to keep the leaks and spoilers at bay from various others out there. None of that will be featured on the site here. Instead, we will dig into the latest behind-the-scenes footage we have for God Of War: Ragnarök to get us all amped up for the game in a few weeks and to see how it is going to evolve things even further on the PS4 and PS5. This Week In Video Games 10/17/22 — 10/21/22
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of October 2022 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we all should have assumed for this time of year and week, most of the video games we had updates for here were horror-based. Some we knew were coming and others that were poorly-kept rumors out there. I am looking at you Silent Hill. Even if that was a huge shock to see things were going to be more than just a remaster of decades-old titles. Read More...

Learn Just A Bit More As To What Will Let Us Be One Of The Gotham Knights
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of October 2022 - 09:00 PM ]
Gotham Knights A new breakdown video for Gotham Knights has been released that takes us a little deeper into the gameplay of Gotham Knights We are on the verge of getting to actually experience Gotham Knights on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC but some out there might still need a little bit of a lesson to know what is up with the game. Beyond it being an action game that is furthering the story of Gotham after WB Games Montréal has killed him off. One would think that if you were going to be in on Gotham Knights, you would have already thrown down on it with just that little blurb. Read More...

God Of War: Ragnarök Shapes More Of The Story We Are Going To Love
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 18th of October 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
God Of War The story of God Of War: Ragnarök has taken a bit of shaping since the previous God Of War title we have had It is time, once more, to go behind the scenes and see how some of our games are made and shaped out there, with God Of War: Ragnarök being the next on the list. There have been a few bits like this out there from Santa Monica Studio already, but this is a deeper dive into the story with various other aspects yet to come. All so we can have a better appreciation for God Of War and then see the hardships that they had to go through to get this latest one ready for the November 9th launch on the PS4 and PS5. A journey that all started out with some true hardships as far back as 2020, if we all want to try to remember those times… As it has been alluded to thus far for God Of War: Ragnarök, this first part in the ongoing series does focus on the story and how it has been evolving out there. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of October 2022 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It is time to stick a fork in this week as it is done and we had so many video games to talk about this week. Some on the side of titles launching soon as God Of War: Ragnarök and Gotham Knights and others are a still bit of a way off, as the Dead Space Remake is currently. Not to mention a whole lot more for video games like Marvel’s Midnight Suns that will be out before the end of the year and just in time for the gift-giving season. If that is something you plan on taking part in too. Read More...

God Of War: Ragnarök Will Offer Us All Up Some New Immersion For The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of October 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
God Of War The PS5 version of God Of War: Ragnarök will have a few more options to get us further into the God Of War setting For those that have a PS5, it should come as no surprise that this is going to be the system that will show off God Of War: Ragnarök in the best way. I am sure that the PS4 version will still be excellent, but Santa Monica Studio is given much more to work with on the new system and you can see that up to now already. Both in the trailers and gameplay we have had for Ragnarök and the full update they put out there for God Of War in the past. Now, though, we can see a bit more out there to see how this version will take us even deeper into the game when it drops on November 9th. Read More...

See The Future Of Gotham With The Latest For Gotham Knights
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 11th of October 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
Gotham Knights Another launch trailer for Gotham Knights is here to give us a new cinematic look at the story for the Gotham Knights I had a feeling we were going to see more of Gotham Knights before the October 21st release after we had the launch trailer. Now we are here with another launch trailer from WB Games Montréal that gives us a feel for how the characters feel about themselves and the pep-talk they needed to get back out there. Not something that we would expect would be needed from the bat family of the Gotham Knights, but that is why we have Alfred around. Around and most likely going to be killed during our run on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Read More...

Ghostwire: Tokyo Finally Lets You Take Some Glorious New Photos Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of October 2022 - 09:00 PM ]
Ghostwire A new update for Ghostwire: Tokyo is out that adds in a robust Photo Mode into the fun of Ghostwire: Tokyo The update that many of you have been waiting for to come to Ghostwire: Tokyo is finally here. The new Photo Mode for the game is done and out there from Tango Gameworks so you can make sure to be able to capture all of those sick moments in the game on the PS4, PS5, and PC. At least capture them all in a form that you would rather want than just a well-timed screenshot of the action going on. That has been an option since Ghostwire: Tokyo, but that almost always came down to the luck of the draw instead of being able to stage a great shot using the assets that the team has carefully placed in the game in the first place. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We finally made it through a whole week of video games out there with most of the life events calming down a bit. That is more on our end of things and not that there have not been a whole lot of new updates to enjoy out there. All forms of gameplay for the upcoming Dead Space, The Callisto Protocol, and Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II. That is only a few of the video games to have here coming up and help us all settle in for Gotham Knights to launch out in a few weeks. Read More...

Get Ready To Knock Some Heads Out There With The Gotham Knights
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of October 2022 - 05:00 PM ]
Gotham Knights The last push of gameplay for Gotham Knights is here just as we lead up to the official launch of Gotham Knights out there In two more weeks, we are going to be able to step into the nights of Gotham and join the Gotham Knights on their quest to keep Batman's legacy going. It still feels odd that WB Games Montréal has opted to keep him dead in this story but I am sure it will lead into something great. The gameplay for Gotham Knights has done a great job of doing just that so far along with all of the voice talent and other elements that we have had. Now, though, is the time to see the last big push for the game before it hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 21st. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of September 2022 - 07:00 PM ]
Gori The official platform list for Gori: Cuddly Carnage is set for 2023 as we see more on how Gori will be slashing through so many more enemies Up to now, it was only assumed that we were going to be seeing Gori: Cuddly Carnage on the PC alone. All of that was due to the fact that Angry Demon Studio and Wired Productions had yet to truly mention which platforms would get a chance for this ‘skate ‘n’ slash’ title. Even though we still have to wait until 2023, we do get to get the excitement going for Gori: Cuddly Carnage all around since the game is now coming to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Pretty much all of the major platforms will get to see this little psycho kitty out there now. Read More...
