Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Gaming This has been one insane week and we have tried to cover everything we could for E3 and all of the news, announcements, and everything in gaming. There is still a whole load of impressions and hands on we are still trying to churn out so you can get a feel for what you may have missed or didn't have the chance to actually play. A transcript of EA's 2014 E3 press conference Like any press conference should start, EA's began with the CEO Andrew Wilson taking the stage and welcoming everyone to E3 and their press conference. He immediately sets the show off by announcing a video for Star Wars: Battlefront will be shown at E3. He announces that the conference will be showing games releasing in the upcoming months and other games that will take longer but we'd get more in-depth looks. While At E3 I Got To See Dead Island 2 In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It Ah Dead Island 2, now here is a title I can completely get behind and that was based just on the trailer that announced that the game was coming. Who doesn't like a little zombie killing action in a non-depressing yet not-over-the-top comedic way? More or less the balance between The Walking Dead and Dead Rising in terms of tone and mood. Dead Island 2 was announced at the Sony press conference and just as before it came with an amazing trailer to show it all off If I had to say one thing that Deep Silver does insanely well it has to be trailers for games and they did it again for Dead Island 2. Oddworld: New 'N' Tasty gets a new E3 trailer to show off how beautiful the HD remake is looking up until now While I am not always the biggest fan of the "HD remake" after seeing the following trailer I can fully get behind Oddworld: New 'N' Tasty here. As memory serves the original Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee looked spectacular using today's standards as a guide. At least if you could take what was on our standard resolution TVs back then and properly upscale it for our new high resolution/4K TVs. A trailer for the Gauntlet reboot has been released showing off all the gear and weapons that we will be using in the game Earlier this year we had the announcement for Gauntlet getting the next gen treatment with a nice little trailer. Now that Gauntlet is slated to be shown off to the world here next week it should be right time to show off some actual gameplay. Isn't it? Have a look at the new 'Battle Mode' for Batman: Arkham Knight's Batmobile and be sad that the game has been delayed until 2015 sometime Looks like we get to add Batman: Arkham Knight to the list of delayed games with something exclusive to show at E3 here next week. In this case it is the new "Battle Mode" for the Batmobile and all of the insanity that is packed inside of armored beast. Oh, and also there are a few new in-game shots for the game that shows off Batman's ride a bit more as well as Batman doing what he does best; kicking ass and chewing gum except Batman doesn't like gum… Or was it Batman doesn't like guns? I could have sworn that was the case but it looks like the new Batmobile has helped the Caped Crusader over that hatred and into love with them in Batman: Arkham Knight. Read More...

Telltale games has just announced that The Walking Dead Season 1, Season 2, and The Wolf Among Us will be coming to next gen consoles Mark this down under not-to-shocking-news as it looks like The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us from Telltale will be making the jump to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. That is both Season One and Season Two of The Walking Dead as well not just the most recent season. This is all in physical form for both the PS4 and XB1 for all three and also the PS3 and 360 for the titles that have yet to have a physical disc for those consoles. Read More...

Ready At Dawn Has Released A Developer Diary Showing How The Mythology Of The Order: 1886 Has Blended With Real History. Last week we got a look at some of the gameplay for The Order: 1886. This week, we get a behind the scenes look at how Ready At Dawn approached the lore and world of the game. A lot of which is all inspired by the real world locations and history with a twist to make the game epic as well as feel grounded in the real world. That sounds a bit odd but it also follows many other game story development when it comes to titles that parallel the real. A new gameplay trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight has been released showing off a bit of everything in the game. Including a view of the Scarecrow. Finally we have a bit of gameplay for Batman: Arkham Knight and it does more than just show off Batman kicking ass in the same form we have had throughout the Arkham franchise. We get some new looks at the villains, including Scarecrow and the Arkham Knight. We also get to see how much fun it is going to be wrecking Gotham with the Batmobile. Read More...

The Walking Dead Season Two Episode 3 has a new trailer and is slated to be on all platforms/markets next week. It boggles my mind sometimes on how Telltale likes to keep their new releases so secret until they do what they just did with The Walking Dead Season Two Episode 3. Just like all of their other titles they wait until the week before to put out a trailer for the game, claim it is coming soon, and then give a solid date for five to seven days later. Eight new screens have shown up for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare showing even more of the future tech and world. Now that the PR train is rolling for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare it almost feels like I should be waiting to get everything out in one big push. Then I look at what is coming and realize that most of you are most likely of the mind set of "I want it now!" That being said, I couldn't hold back the new set of screen shots for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare even though they really don't come along with any real news or updates. The official announcement and press release for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare has been opened up and not leaked now. I am sure by now you have seen the Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare announcement trailer. If you were like me then you most likely may have been wondering how the visuals didn't seem to coincide with the teased in-game screen shots. After seeing the following screen shots I think I will place most of the blame on the limitations of YouTube instead of what we will actually be getting on our PCs and next-gen consoles.
