Captain Spirit While at E3, I was able to see The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit. Another of the outside the realm of the usual at E3 came The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit during the Microsoft media event and it is the bridge between the original Life Is Strange and the upcoming second full title in the franchise. DontNod is back at the helm for the franchise here and it looks like they also have Square Enix bringing it to us on June 26th on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Soulcalibur While at E3, I was able to see SoulCalibur VI in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on SoulCalibur VI. There seemed to be many fighting games out on the show floor at E3, which is good for the genre, but some of the good old franchise was out breathing life into themselves and SoulCalibur VI was another one of them out there. Do not think this is a bad thing as it is good to see that Bandai Namco has not abandoned the game and trying a few new things. Especially based on what they had on the show floor for us to play. Tomb Raider While at E3, I was able to see Shadow Of The Tomb Raider in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Shadow Of The Tomb Raider. With Shadow Of The Tomb Raider not that far off from release, September 14th as a reminder, it was expected to see the game have a huge showing out at E3 this year and Square Enix did not let us down. There was a great showing during their huge press event the day before E3 kicked off, but also had a nice long demo for fans to play that Eidos-Montréal had put together just for the show. It was a nice subsection of the core game and let the world see what was coming to Shadow Of The Tomb Raider as well as show how the gameplay has shifted a bit. Read More...

Jump Force While at E3, I was able to see Jump Force in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Jump Force. It feels like this should have been a thing well before, but as it was announced out of E3 this year, we have Jump Force coming at us on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC from Spike Chunsoft. All to add into the crazy games and style that Bandai Namco has been known to bring us when it comes to the anime-style titles out there. Tomb Raider The first gameplay for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is here now and we get to see how the franchise has evolved from the last Tomb Raider title We have been good and waited until this year's E3 to finally see Shadow Of The Tomb Raider in motion. At least in terms of gameplay. Since it has been known that Eidos-Montréal will have the game ready for us on September 14th, it was a given that we would get to see it during Square Enix's media event this year and then again on the show floor. They could have kept all of that under wraps until the release date, but that is just not how all of this marketing thing goes to make sure we are pre-ordering and ready for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider. E3 2018 Can't Be At E3 2018 Or The Square Enix Press Conference? We Have You Covered With The Live Stream Straight From E3 2018 Not everything is going to be on the show floor of E3 2018 and because of that we have these huge press conferences and here we go with Square Enix's huge event just before the doors open for us all. Just as the games and announcements they have for E3 2018 not all of us will be able to be there on the show floor to see them as well. Twin Mirror Another new game is announced with Twin Mirror and we may be questioning our brains when we finally come to the end of Twin Mirror It has not even been more than a week since DontNod released their last title and here we are with an announcement for Twin Mirror here just before E3. I am not going to complain at all, but it definitely looks like they are on a roll here and bringing out titles that take us into different worlds and narratives on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Not to mention that Bandai Namco teamed up with Sony to make Twin Mirror the third early announcement for the week before E3 officially kicks off. Memories Of Mars Memories Of Mars Has hit early access now and players can give the change-up to the survival model that Memories Of Mars offers a go It is time to go take over and fight on Mars again as Memories Of Mars has now hit early access and will be adding another survival-shooter game into the mix for those who want to move on to this one here. This title comes from Limbic Entertainment, with the help of 505 Games, and will place us on the red planet to survive and build up our own areas while also taking down other threats we come across. Soulcalibur Maxi is joining the roster of Soulcalibur VI and we get to see more of the character in action with the latest trailer for Soulcalibur VI One more fighter has joined the ranks of SoulCalibur VI and it is another one that has shown their face in the past but is still not the largest named character for the franchise. At least that would be the case for me. Anyways, it looks like Bandai Namco has officially added Maxi to the roster for this outing of the franchise and Maxi will have all the flare and nunchaku fans of Soulcalibur could be hoping for. LEGO It has been officially announced that LEGO DC Super-Villains is coming and unlike other LEGO video games out there, we get to be the villain It has been teased, "leaked," and now it is official that LEGO DC Super-Villains is going to be a thing and is coming for our PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC on October 16th. Not to steal them, but for us to play and enjoy as the next title from TT Games set in the DC Universe. There have been a whole lot of these, for sure, but as is usually the case, LEGO DC Super-Villains will look to mix it all up a bit and give us something to be excited for with the usual gameplay. Soulcalibur The next character for Soulcalibur VI and it is another blast from the past of Soulcalibur to cause all kinds of Hell and frustration for others The next character to join the roster of SoulCalibur VI has been revealed and it is none other than one of the fan favorites Yoshimitsu. Fan favorite or character that annoys the Hell out of you when someone selects him given his moves and disorienting nature. At least that is how I always found him when I played him in the past and it looks like Bandai Namco is keeping with a lot of the traditional for him in Soulcalibur VI. I will not deny that this is what has pushed me over the top for excitement for the game to finally launch later this year for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

Tomb Raider A new developer interview for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is here and it takes us through the evolution of Lara from the reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise to now I know we are all waiting for another big update for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider as all we have had since its first leak has been a nice looking CG trailer for the game. It showed us what Eidos-Montréal was aiming for, sure, but it did not give us any actual gameplay or too many details for the game. Hellbound The release window for Hellbound is now set for 2019 while we still have a nice free mode of Hellbound to get us further ready for the game It looks like we will need to wait just a bit longer for Hellbound as it has been stated that the game will now be "ripping onto the scene in 2019." Those are the words of Saibot Studios and not some fancy thing I put together for this 90s-inspired first-person shooter.
