A Few Updates On PlayStation Now

PlayStation Now was announced and we got some of the news but after getting to talk to some of the people behind the service we have a few updates. Earlier I wrote about my experiences with Sony's new PlayStation Now service that will be coming to market in the next half a year or so. CES 2014 Hands On: PlayStation Now

Sony unveiled PlayStation Now at this year's CES and had a little taste of it on the show floor. Here's what I discovered while giving it a whirl. In case you have missed the announcement, Sony has announced PlayStation Now as a new video game streaming service coming to the PS4, PS3, PS Vita, and Bravia TVs in the near future. Think of it along the lines of OnLive or the PC game streaming feature from GameFly but aimed at PlayStation games and at Sony products solely. CES 2014 Hands On: Steam Machine

Get Teased Some More For Tom Clancy's The Division

The New Tom Clancy's The Division Trailer Shows Off The Amazing Snowdrop Engine But Nothing In Terms Of Gameplay I have heard so many people talk about how awesome The Division looks and how excited everyone is for it. After watching a few of the gameplay videos online, because I missed the first big showing at E3, I too have been getting more and more interested in The Division. I am not a huge Tom Clancy fan but the visuals and little bit of gameplay I have seen makes me ignore that part of the game's title and keep alerts up on anything new. Here's The Story Trailer And Some Proof I remember way back in 1997 when I first spun up Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee in my PS One. At the time I thought it was the pinnacle of graphics and fun story telling. Now it looks like we are getting a HD rendition of some sort with Oddworld: New 'N' Tasty. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes Give You A Case Of Déjà Vu

There Are A Couple Of New Trailers Out For Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. They Showcase Some New Gameplay And The Déjà Vu Mode I don't know if you want to take this as good news for PlayStation owners or not but it looks like Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is going to have a mode just for them. This mode is simply called Déjà Vu and from the looks of it, it is a mode that allows you to replay missions in Metal Gear Solid V using the original skins from the PS One days. Here Is A Possible Fix For You So the PlayStation 4 has only been officially out in North America for a few days. I, like many other excited gamers, spent many hours tooling around in the system, playing games, and watching videos. A New Uncharted Title Has Been Announced For The PlayStation 4, But That Is Really All That Has Been Said Today is the day that PlayStation 4 officially hits the streets of North America but that isn't the only news that Sony wants people focused on. It shouldn't be a huge surprise but a new Uncharted title has been announced for the PlayStation 4. Something that was kind of a given as it was teased that there was going to be another huge title announced just before the console's launch. The Latest South Park Episode Wraps Up The Ludicrous Thoughts On The PS4 Vs. Xbox One Console War…In My Opinion A few years ago, around the launch of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, there was a huge controversy over an acronym that was being used as a promotional piece for the game. Fight Against Grenade Spam was the tag for those that don't remember. They caught a lot of flak for it from the media and at about the same time the brains over at South Park Studios put out an episode, The F Word, which summed up my feelings on the matter. As we move into the new consoles coming out here in a matter of days, one for the PlayStation 4 and eight for the Xbox One in NA, I have been seeing more and more on this gens 'Console War'. We Review WWE 2K14. Does It Live Up To Its Predecessors? After THQ closed down many wondered what would happen to the annual WWE franchise but thanks to 2K games we are here with WWE 2K14. WWE 2k14 holds a great number of improvements over its predecessor and makes an upgrade well worth the cash. Hated There were not many things that I hated about WWE 2K14 as the annual entries are always pretty solid. My only gripe was the games commentary. More than half of the commentary for this game seems to be taken from previous entries or said in a slightly different way. Read More...
