A few days ago we got a few new screen shots for the rumored Assassin's Creed Unity. Well Ubisoft has just placed a hidden blade into the neck of that rumor and confirmed that Assassin's Creed Unity is a real thing and is coming this "Holiday Season." If you need the full proof we have the trailer below. It looks like it is a pre-rendered job even though it clearly states that this is alpha footage of the game. This looks leap and bounds over what was originally stated as alpha screens but I'll let you be the judge.
So there you have it. Assassin's Creed Unity is fully announced and with nothing more than a little confirmation on the setting of the game. If you needed more than the locations in the trailer and the previous screen shots I would like to think that the guillotine would suffice as well. It was all the rage during the French Revolution and all. Now I hope there will be cake to eat. There needs to be a good cake instead of bread.
What are your thoughts on this? Let us know in the comments. Are you excited for a French Revolution Assassin's Creed or were you hoping that Assassin's Creed Unity would have taken place somewhere else or during a different time? Make you thoughts count.
